a bit of an update to an older concept drawing I had of Scope City, the location that the majority of Visible Spectrum takes place in!

Streamline drawing these LMFAO i should probably make some custom brushes myself #especially for the “flat” outer ring of buildings and noise #i do them with the polyline lasso tool but #i could probably just. make a brush. draw it in a circle. and squish the circle into perspective.#But we work harder Not smarter. ok #also YAYYY featuring the slightly updated city center since it had a slight (literal) shift in its look. the ring of buildings around the #center tower is taller on one side to more closely mimic some aspects of sundials

Huge news. Utsu-P's band and idol group are holding a duo live on March 25th. It's in-person only and it won't be livestreamed, so it's basically irrelevant to overseas fans who can't go, but it's still the first time the two will be performing together so I wanted to mention it here.
