Im in love with how the hearts are represented by nether stars,, its just one really cool to think of, instead of it being some modded in thing.

Like do you think the lifesteal members ever look at the night sky and think its alive? The night sky so full of lives, shining and shimmering just out of reach. Do they stare at the nightsky with greed, those with less hearts, do they stare with envy?

Do they ever kill the wither and think how remarkably similar they are to hearts? Holding the nether star close, like it might give them a life back. Do they identify witht he wither, they also drop those same stars when they die after all?

And then, how does it feel to hold a star/life. Does it burn like a real star? Is it freezing cold? Does it thump in rhythms or pulse with light? We are all made of star dust after all, the lifesteal members are just more star than most.

Big Mama must have lost some serious standing in the yokai underworld because it’s gotten apparent that she keeps being beaten by a small group of teenagers and the occasional rat man, and when it’s not them then she’s taking L’s from her own schemes working against her.

And in the ensuing power vacuum, the Hamatos accidentally become the most feared crime family known to all the big bads of the Hidden City.

After all, they’ve publicly outplayed Big Mama multiple times, a couple of them have taken out the heads of two of the most well known criminal organizations, one took out Heinous Green, two are responsible for the destruction of Witch Town, they have ties to both the infamous Baron Draxum and Captain Piel, they won the Doom Dome death race, they’re Battle Nexus Champions, they’ve displayed insane feats of power and defeated impossibly strong enemies, most of them have been to jail, and they regularly mingle with humans.

You can just imagine the notoriety they’d accumulate from word of mouth alone.

.Tai Lung was once a good person. 

.But the betrayal he faced by his adoptive father and the master changed him, it brought out the very dark and worst side of him. 

.He ended up imprisoned and got to see very few people. 

.You were one of the people that he got to see and he became obsessed with you. 

.To him this obsession was love and he loves you so much that he needs to get out of here and make you his. 

.He is the type of yandere who is very possessive and needs to have you by his side at all times. 

.He is also very protective of you and needs to keep you safe. 

.He will save face for you (That is the right way to say it and not the Western way of defending honor, The whole defend your honor is a very much Western thing in media, and saving face is the proper way to describe those things! I learned this from watching various YouTubers who were born and some who still at least visit China!) and defend you with all their might. 

.He is a man who respects you but is also unstable. 

.He is very close to snapping but he has never taken a life before. 

.He has some morals where he will not kill your loved ones to make you his and he would most likely not kill his rivals. 

.He will defeat his rivals in combat, proving to them and you that he is the right man for you. 

.He has the whole major issue of NEEDING to prove himself to not only you but himself. 

.He needs you to know that he is the best man for you. 

.Also he needs to prove that to himself so he is worthy of you. 

.He still will beat the fuck up out of his rivals that is for sure. 

.When he does confess to you, he is very blunt and straightforward about it. 

.If you say yes, and accept his love, then he did it, he proved to you that he is worthy and you are his now, forever and ever. 

.But, if you say no and turn down his love, he takes it as a betrayal. After all his hard work and all he has done to prove his love for you! 

.This is where he would snap and he would kidnap you. 

.Taking you somewhere remote, where he can teach you to love him, and he will. 

.Because he will make it happen and he will get his happily ever after!

ultimately inconsequential but big pet peeve of mine when it comes to bethesda fallouts: naming. so many npcs don't have names, or don't have first & last names. every human companion in fnv has a first and last name. a lot of minor characters have first and last names! and a lot of characters have fun names that tell you something about them - ranger ghost, arcade gannon, calamity, fantastic, most of the legion guys tbh. meanwhile you can sleep with cait and danse without ever learning their last/first names.
