From a discussion about how insane the antisemitism has gotten on r/Jewish. I thought it was worth posting here. The part about how this normalization not only traumatizes you but changes your entire perception of humanity really stuck out to me, because it is how I and so many other Jews have been feeling. My friend Sahar and her Husband are currently separated from their children who are still trapped in Gaza. They were forced to separate when Sahar and Ahmed went to Egypt for medical treatment, thinking they would be back with their children soon, but due to the events of Oct. 7th, 2023, they were not able to.
