Just realised this. Season 3 came out a day after I handed in my bachelor thesis, and season 4 is coming out around the time I find out my grade for my master thesis. So it took the time of a literal masters degree for season 4 to be produced.

the show Sex/Life is so fucking frustrating. I hate the guys in this damn show so much. The writers tried to make the women so feminist that it went full circle and they're still caught up in the patriachy like helpless little birds and of course the women are always the bad people in the narrative. God forgid a woman does anything that might make her happy...

like...why can't they ever give the guys a piece of their mind without being shut down? and THEN they even apologize to those dicks? fuck this shit.

Sex/Life S2:

i watched it as soon as it came out(because obviously) and um well let’s just say it’s HIGHLY mid.

ok back up a second- let us first all agree to the fact that there is no actual point of the show alright? it’s just netflix wanting to make more sex content(we do not not like that) with the slightest sprinkle of a storyline. season one was a solid 7/10 for me(compared to actual this genre[you get what genre don’t make me say it]).

but the second season was just eh. the story was well rounded, we got more sasha content, new characters were introduced, they tried to work with what they had but it just did not fit. and the one thing that they had to achieve(sex scenes) were also HIGHLY mid. i’m only judging the series on what it promises to deliver. as much as i try, i cannot watch Mike Vogel(idk why no hate obv) but yeah

idk why i just reviewed it but whatever have fun🤠
