Really good and easy soup I decided to throw together tonight, to have with some onigirazu.

(One great combo I tried tonight: pastrami and cheese, with some dijon mayo. Mostly because we had some pastrami that needed used up. I wouldn’t normally use the cheese singles with pastrami, but the smooth melting was a nice touch.)

I hadn’t thought of making egg drop miso soup before, but it worked really well. Mr. C is coming down with a nasty-sounding cold, and I think I may be too. So, hot soup seemed like an extra good plan.

ETA: I really like miso, and I used about half what’s called for there. You might want to start off with less and taste to see how much more it might need. Especially with how much that can vary, depending on the miso and personal taste.

Actually, depending on the guitar type, it's completely possible to safely change all the strings at once. It doesn't even have to take a lot of time, if you have the right tools and know what you're doing. Right after a 47-prefecture tour (so 47+ shows in 2-3 months), I'll completely change the strings on my baby because that's a LOT of wear. But other than that, you're right, it's generally better to only change a couple at a time. -Takemasa the nosy negitama

Hahahahaha! Thank you for being nosy, Senpai! I have so far only changed one string at a time, but I know I have a lot left to learn!!!! While we were on tour, I just changed one string, then moved on to the next, until I'd changed the whole guitar.
