Two beautiful captive bred White Line Geckos

One of these beautiful girls was sent out to Ontario recently! She will be joining another breeding project. A healthy captive bred population means fewer animals taken from the wild! This beautiful species has been exploited by the pet trade. For a long time the majority of animals were wild caught, sold in awful condition for less than $30.

Support captive breeding! Buying from a breeder means you have access to the animal's lineage, care history, feeding schedule, weight, and is generally much cheaper than buying from a store!

There are definitely reputable specialty pet stores out there, which will often purchase stock from local breeders.

These beautiful animals deserve the best of care ♡

News: I am doing an art raffle so that my friend @safaamq10 can get to safety with her family. Safaa has also been vetted here.

If you donate a minimum of $5 USD to Safaa and show proof of your donation to her gofundme, then you will be entered in to win a fully colored, full background, fully rendered art piece (such as the examples you see above) from me featuring whatever you want (within the set rules). Safaa is also vetted by Ahmed here on her previous blog that was deleted by staff.

I made a Wikipedia specifically so i could ask that they remove "neechie" from the list of ethnic slurs, explained that I speak Cree & how it is not a slur & that it is only used as a term of endearment & comraderie, and that most White people don't even know what "neechie" means or how it's used & therefore could not have invented it or turned it into a slur, and the reply I got back what "but this citation from a book written by two White people in 1967 says its a slur"
