But ANYWAY, today (5/24) is the 5th Anniversary of this ICONIQUE(TM) movie dropping in Japan theaters!!

Me being late to the party tho, I didn't watch this film until it came to the States in 2021. But I INSTANTLY loved it!! I know Studio Trigger meant to make this like a new gen Gurenn Lagann, but me being a YGO stan, I was like "this is literally if 5D's ever got a proper solo movie??"

The themes, the soundtrack, the characters..... They mean a lot to me + they're more relevant now than ever. Out of all the anime films I've seen, this one is INCREDIBLY high on the list!!!

So in honor of all that, impromptu photoshoot w/ my Lio Fotia shirt. b/c yes.

(also def not prepping for when I cosplay him HOPEFULLYYYYY this year?? 🤣)

Natsu was walking through the wharf with Hana holding his hand and Akio by his side. They were shopping for dinner that night. He was haggling with Uncle Sam over the price of the fish when Hana pulled on his arm.

"What is it?"

She pointed towards the docks and Natsu glanced over. He narrowed his eyes, but that bright colored hair was obvious to him.

"Tohru," the name left his lips softly.

He released Hana's hand and started running. He was sure the two would follow. Tohru must have saw him since the other dropped his bag and starting running towards Natsu.

Natsu nearly tripped over one of the stray dogs, but managed to miss it just in time. Within moments, the two were clinging to each other tightly. Natsu buried his face in Tohru's shoulder, "Archons, I missed you so much."
