Keith Jarrett/Gary Peacock/Paul Motian “The Old Country. More From The Deer Head Inn”

What a fantastic record! Cornet, guitar, and a pizzicato cello as a leading instruments are much more than a curiosity when you have outstanding players involved. Wes Montgomery, Sam Jones, Bobby Timmons, Percy Heath and Nat himself produced a true classic here: swinging, laidback, soulful, and simply beautiful.
