Which version?! I swear I haven't /noticed/ it subbed this way. Is it the Netflix version, by any chance? Because they like never use the standard subs (which can be good or bad depending lol)

But it's also possible that's how it is on the DVDs and I just didn't notice because I don't always read the subs since I don't strictly have to.

2. Legend of Korra: Korra and Asami, sorry, it is and always will be the whole set.

3. The Witcher (games): I agree with Kyou chan, Ciri is pretty cool, I had fun whenever the game made me switch to her.

4. Arcane: Jinx, awfully broken but I love her. She deserves better in S2.

5. Critical Role, C2: Caduceus Clay, Taliesin’s best PC, missed him during the M9 reunion. The braincell of the whole group.

6. The Stormlight Archive: the heretic Jasnah Kholin. Gaslight, Gatekeep, Girlboss.

7. Six of Crows: Inej Ghafa, acrobat, spy, assassin. Her portrayal was my fave in the books and I hope she appears prominently in another one.

If you like Yukari/Mitsuru, you should consider checking out the official drama CDs Full Moon and New Moon (can't remember the order, but pretty sure on the names). There's a transcript out there and subtitled videos on YouTube. Those CDs basically canonize that ship haha

I finally finished it and oh my GOD

JUST SO EVERYONE KNOWS:

literally Mitsuru’s mom, after having only met Yukari out of Mitsuru’s friends (and commenting that “Mitsuru’s expression is so soft around that girl”) was like “oooohhh Mitsuru I bet you’re gonna find a special someone to spend the rest of your life one day. Or have you already met them ;)” 

and Mitsuru (WHOSE ONLY HAD ANY SIGNIFICANT INTERACTIONS WITH YUKARI THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE CD, THE ENTIRE CD IS ABOUT THEIR RELATIONSHIP) is like “yeah I think I have actually” 

and Mom’s like “well bring that person over sometime ;)” IM JUST.

And if that’s not enough we then cut to Yukari who is being forced to room with Mitsuru’s Gay Maid (whose Feelings for Mitsuru were so strong she manifested a Persona incredible i always knew being Really Gay was a requirement for getting a Persona) and she’s like “Heyyy I hear if you wait in this room long enough your ~destined person~ will come get you ;). It happened to me ;)” (she of course, met Mitsuru in that room, I appreciate her being out and proud) “or have you already met that person” 

and Yukari’s like “SHUT UP THAT’S NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS”
