aah, mitsumayo my second ship with edgeworth i've had~~ i like it a lot actually, and i vibe nicely with miles/ema as well. the funny teengirl assistant, is objectively speaking edgeworth's type, it JUST is! so all girls who fit the trope i ship with miles lol

basically i've started JFA and thought Miles goes with Maya and Phoenix can be with Franziska so shipped mitsumayo and narumei togheter, subverting expectations and keepin it straight yknow?

but like- the games (all of them really :v) push the narumayo agenda and what can i say except YEAH OWO. anddd phoenix/franziska didnt fully conviced me at the end but it i do like it too, it can be nice and sweet like ice cream ;3.

in conclusion, it is really neat ship and Kay was pretty much tailor made for Edgeworth using Maya's blueprints, one's gotta give respect to the original!

Phoenix x Franziska (Soft Drawing Technique Test.)

I decided to try out a sketch-drawing technique that was meant to use the sketch as a soft form of lineart, never making an actual page of lineart for the piece.

I expected it to completely change how my art looked, but aside from a few specific places, it actually left very little change. I should see if I can try to merge the two styles and use softer lines for wrinkles in clothes.

Ship that is most misunderstood: 💢

Don’t think I really understand this prompt, ironically. Guess if I had to pick one, it’d be Jancy (Stranger Things)? I see a lot of people viewing this ship as a fantasy cliche of the antisocial guy getting together with the popular girl. For me, I liked Jonathan and Nancy together simply because they really were better for each other. Nancy and Steve were awful to each other and the chemistry between Natalia Dyer and Charlie Heaton was just a lot stronger (the actors are even dating in real life).

So, I didn’t really get why there was so much hoopla about the two of them, the pairing made sense with the show.

Well, it wouldn’t be a secret then! Ha! 

For this prompt, it’s mainly just rarepairs. Ships that sound interesting but would probably never happen in the series due to the story. Examples:

1) BioRider (Robbie Reyes x Jemma Simmons)

2) NaruMei (Phoenix Wright x Franziska von Karma) 

3) Leo Fitz x Raina (I don’t think they ever got a ship name) 

4) Steve Harrington x Kali Prasad (I think the ship name was Stali?) 

Ship that you used to have as an OTP: 💙

Okay, gonna make some people mad tonight. It’s Fitzsimmons. 

Back in the day, I loved Fitz and Simmons’ dynamic together and I was really rooting for them to become a couple. However, season 3 (aka, the worst AOS season) really ruined the ship for me. I wasn’t invested at all in the Will Daniels love triangle subplot and it felt like the show reduced Fitz and Simmons to just their ship. I went from wanting to see them get together to wanting them to just do anything else outside of their relationship.

And the other seasons didn’t help. Ever since they got together, it feels like the writers are stuck in one mode for writing Fitz and Simmons. One gets into trouble, the other has to save them, one gets into trouble, the other has to save them, insert dialogue about how they’ll find each other no matter what the circumstances, insert dialogue from the other characters talking about how much Fitzsimmons are the embodiment of love, blah blah blah, rinse and repeat.

It’s kinda sad but the most interesting thing the show has done with Fitz since season 3, at least for me, was the Doctor arc. And with Simmons, it was her becoming the second-in-command of SHIELD. Part of the reason was those subplots didn’t have to do with their relationship (at least initially).

So there. I don’t mind them as a couple but they’re no longer OTP status. I just want to see them do literally anything else outside of their relationship.
