Tips for dealing with toxic relationships
Set boundaries: When you recognize a toxic relationship, it's important to set boundaries to protect yourself. These boundaries can include limiting the amount of time you spend with the toxic person, stating what behaviors are not acceptable, and holding them accountable for their actions.
Seek support: Dealing with toxic relationships can be difficult and emotionally draining, so it's important to seek support from trusted friends, family members, or a professional therapist. Having a support system can provide you with a safe space to talk about your experiences and help you make informed decisions.
Practice self-care: Taking care of yourself is crucial when dealing with toxic relationships. This can include engaging in activities that bring you joy, prioritizing your physical health, and practicing mindfulness and self-reflection to improve your mental health.
Consider ending the relationship: If the toxic behavior persists despite your efforts to set boundaries and seek support, it may be time to consider ending the relationship. This can be a difficult decision, but it's important to prioritize your own well-being and mental health.
Educate yourself: Learning about toxic relationships and their impact can provide you with valuable insights and tools for dealing with them. There are many resources available, such as books, podcasts, and online support groups.
Take responsibility for your own actions: It's important to take responsibility for your own actions and behaviors in any relationship, toxic or not. This can involve setting clear boundaries, communicating your needs and wants, and holding yourself accountable for your own actions.
Stay positive: Dealing with toxic relationships can be challenging, but it's important to stay positive and focus on the healthy relationships in your life. Surround yourself with people who support and uplift you, and remember that you deserve to be treated with respect and kindness.

I'd define 'evil' as more of a substance (or mist) sneaking and/or forming through that spreads within, influencing and dictating behaviors, which in turn twist and shape reality. But I can agree that this describes it well as "Evil in Human Form". (#9 particularly stood out to me.) It reminds me of someone I was in a situationship with. Is it familiar to you too? It's compelling me to write a full essay, from beginning to end, on how it went. But I'll need an entire free day, being fully rested, to be able to tune into and draw from that. And I still gotta prepare Thanksgiving articles. So, meanwhile, there's this much to note.
