Joey is sitting on Welt's lap for one reason and one reason only; to nap. He does all of this without saying a single word.

Well, it looks like he's going to be occupied for some time now.

One arm's immediately latched around to make sure Joey doesn't immediately fall off, the other's doing its best to try and put the tablet he had been reading away on the nearest stable horizontal surface, and once that's all done a light little peck to the top of his head for good measure.

Welt might as well catch a nap as well in the meantime.

Kind of figuring out the shapes,,,, back ribs,,,, but in the front they have a cross shaped girdle of some kind,,, that they kind of can tuck their arms into. Makes their arms feel more tucked in like their burrowing ancestry. Even though they live in bunches of places now. I’m tryin real hard to get a feel for how their body would’ve been shaped by environmental pressures. From densely armored herbivores, to generalist burrowing scavengers to sapient beings. Proud I could finally draw 1 casual gloreal kind of.
