This is some of my thumbnailing from my sketchbook that I finally scanned! Some of the character ideas got moved around, and the core idea of this story has totally changed from my original ideas of a sort of psuedo-airsoft with an arms race, as they chase those sweet ad dollars... Now it's a bit bleaker 🤪

Cody cuts him off and continues. “And the gall of wearing your father’s mask - a legendary hero and here you are here a B-list criminal.”

“I can snap my fingers and you’ll be dead in an instant.” Dom narrows his eyes, raising his right hand - middle and ring fingers touching.

“Snap your fingers, and you’ve doomed every one of your comrades in here.” Cody warns.

“You can’t dodge a bullet.”

“I don’t need to.” Cody's blue eyes briefly flash an unearthly cyan, one of Nightmare's physical traits emerging.

The Lore doesn't really explain this, while it DOES call attention to it, kind of handwaving it as an "impossibility" of Chaos given form. However, there was a post a while back that had a likely explanation by @geckoodles.
