Hey everyone, just wanted to do a sort of weekly announcement that Chapter 4 of Love in Stasis, the serialized online novel, is now out on Patreon for the $5 a month tier!

With everything that happened in the previous chapter, Luz is taken to the police station for questioning. Meanwhile, Madeline has to somehow try and come to grips with what happened to her the previous night.

Crime shows just show police are useless like:

White Collar: we don't think like a white collar criminal well enough so let's have one to consult

Castle: we need an author to help us solve crimes!

Any Sherlock Holmes adaptation: we need an autistic with a special interest of solving crimes

Psych: at best? we need a psychic detective at worst? he's a fake psychic but good detective

Hannibal: we are gonna use the poor autistic man with hyper empathy to catch serial killers bc he can think like them oopsie he is being manipulated by said serial killer

Grimm: there are secret magical beings and only descendants of brothers Grimm can see them and help and luckily one is a cop

Forever: we need an immortal being turned medical examiner
