#Confessiontime: I have begun my journey back to a #healthy #foodrelationship. . I am seeing a therapist and dietician as part of an #eatingdisorder management team at #UCF. My first meeting with the dietician was yesterday and I am jumping in with both feet! Here is my first meal, not perfect, but I don't expect to be perfect. I've got grains, dairy, veggies, fruit and protein. (#andcoffeeofcourse) . My dietician has recommended no more keto. (I don't think it is a bad way to go but it didnt work for me). I am to make sure I get every single food group on my plate at every meal. She also asked me to stay away from artificial sweeteners to see if that could be messing with my body's hunger cues. I have sorely missed fruit so this is one change I can really get behind. . I have tried so many restrictive diets and trendy things to get my weight and eating under control and now I'm going to try to simply listen to my body. What a novel concept. . I cleaned the fridge and pantry yesterday and am heading to #Aldi later with a list full of fresh and whole foods. #whosexcited!?!? #thislionessis!!!! . #goals: 1.
