Shattered

When people find out I have GAD (general anxiety disorder) and depression they are always surprised which in turn surprises me! Sometimes, it can feel like I wear a (cute, fuzzy) mask and maybe I do too well of a job hiding the real me. I’m not always together. Sometimes I’m just shattered and barely holding on and that is okay.
