I feel like anytime i talk about my own silly little ideas for characters i have no legal ownership of, i have to preface it with "Do you think-" or "They probably-" just as a quick get-out-of-jail-free card incase im actually 1000% wrong and everyone forms a mob to throw tomatoes at me.

That being said Eddie Kaspbrack has a weirdly high alcohol tolerance and its a bizzare little superpower for him. You would think he's the kind of wet-blanket-man that WOULD blackout after one mimosa, but somehow he can run through a couple of beers and still be only a bit tipsy. He power houses through shots like they're nothing and gets a small sense of ego seeing everyone else already struggling to stay afloat, sitting there like an idiot smiling and tapping his fingers against his beer, gleaming and shit. Probably has something to do with his crazy high pain tolerance. The guys still a machine after being STABBED in the face and IMPALED (except for the dying part whoops teehee) He's still able to laugh and joke like this isn't horrifically painful. The same guy who has to pace around the room for a little after looking up what will happen to him if he accidentally swallows mouthwash on web.md can take a knife to the cheek like its no problem.

He's such a comedically pathetic person, like he has such a string of bad luck that its funny the kind of bad situations he ends up in and barely reacts to. He's the kind of guy who's waiting at the bus stop just to be the only one splashed with dirty street water when a car passes by, and then immediately slips on a piece of ice as he tries to leave.

When I found out that @chessman-protocol boy Crit liked Astronomy, let’s just say I was beyond estatic and immediately planned this little comic. Here’s to my boy Vincent doing his best to make friends with folks who share similar interests 😅💙

Funny enough, I didn’t realize I put this in Vincent character’s until I looked at the whole thing, but Vincent very much shares the lack of stranger danger the way I did/ I do to this day. To quote one of my past managers I’m “abnormally friendly” or whatever

I can’t tell you how many times even as a small child (drove my parents nuts) that I saw a cool person with whatever connecting factor and I just straight up walked to them and was like “Ok cool. We’re friends now.” And nobody’s really stopped me? So apparently I have friends now. 😆

Vincent however is just a wholesome baby boy who doesn’t realize he’s actually an intimidating hunk of a turtle and randomly walking up to strangers and not saying anything can be taken the wrong way.

Like I said, he’s trying his best. He wasn’t exactly the most socialized if you can’t tell, but he does love dearly and is certainly a boone of a friend to have once you get past the inevitable social awkwardness. He’s loyal to put because he really doesn’t know better, and I adore him for that. Anyway, dunno if Crit knows any ASL or not, but either way Vincent is just excited to meet somebody else who likes space ✨🌌 💙

now im hung up on the idea of like. babs angsting about how dick doesn't see her like he used to, making a big huff about [insert insecurity here] etc etc. but like having her fav pic of them being from when dick was a teen. girl he looked at you like u were the universe bc he was a teenaged boy and u were a hot older woman. and also teens are prone to treat partners like The One by default bc they're inexperienced and don't know what they actually need/want from a relationship yet. anyways if i was friends w babs id make so much fun of her for being so hung up on him lmao

okay i need feedback from the autism mentall illness website um. this is going to read like an AITA post. brother vs half-sister (who are currently my dependents do to their own individual disabilities + ptsd/depression) spat i will skim the details on but i'm worried my sister will discount my take since i'm not autistic myself so. am i crazy to call it ableist to look at an autistic person (23) who is clearly going through it dealing w long term depression, a world that doesn't give a shit abt him, unemployment, very self-isolated and burnt out barely leaving his room because the world is an ableist dumpster fire with zero opportunities for him, and then bring up childhood abuse he's suffered and his diagnosis as reasonable factors on top of this to worry he'll [checks notes] abuse my cat just to hurt me or even worse have a breakdown and kill me and his other sibling in a violent episode, a train of thought i probably wouldn't even be having were he not [checks notes] mad at me for the first time in my life?

like i don't have any other read on this kind of fear-based characterization other than ableism. like those are very real things in his life but she never points out any current violent behavior, of which there are none, only the one (1) instance of him lashing out when he was like 14 and Officially Diagnosed Low Empathy she thinks is a concern and Hateful Looks toward her since he stopped getting along with her, that's it. i tried explaining to her why i, someone who's lived w him his entire life, can vouch for how unlikely he is to do anything like that, especially when it's again not based on anything he's actually currently doing except for isolating in a way that is much more indicative of him potentially being a danger to himself than anyone else, and being cold towards her specifically, and i thought she had let it go, but when i brought it up off-hand in a conversation tangentially related, she continued to defend and justify her Concern about the potential directions his behavior could lead to because [checks notes] other people in similar situations have lashed out and killed their entire families according to. true crime books or videos she's watched on youtube as far as i'm aware. ignoring the fact that her and i have had the same or Worse childhood abuse and have acted similarly isolated in the past, or for her literally just as currently as him, and she's not expressed any worry past or present about either of us doing anything like that, in my opinion obviously because i haven't cut her off due to our differences like he decided to. like am i big sibling biased because this is pissing me off so bad.
