I wish everyone saw it with the same amount of, like, kind of enthusiasm. I think all of this and all the development and all the potential arcs, that's going to fcking allow for something absolutely incredible.

And if anyone ends up clipping any of this, something I do want to say is I implore people to view everything with a lot of enthusiasm. No stress, no anxiety, just a lot of enthusiasm. Because, again, this is going to allow for a lot of cool things in the server. Not just now, but in the future, too.

Stars from the move swift cut across the vines, catching Wo-chien off guard and pausing the rampage

Sylveon darts in, hugging Wo-chien with its calming feelers, it seems to feel a little relief

Chespin also darts in with the move pain split, Wo-chien seems to calm down even more

After a few seconds, grassy terrain, used by Wo-chien, starts to spread around. The area around it starts to heal.

Wo-chien gently sends out a vine towards the camera, knocking a heal ball off of Tannuki's belt

Sylveon and Chespin look at the pokeball, shocked, as Wo-chien enters it

Getting closer, Sylveon, Chespin, and Tannuki watch with anticipation as the ball slowly shakes 3 times before...

Stars shoot out the top and Wo-chien is caught by Tannuki!

Team Rocket and kabuki references (or, at least, kumadori makeup!)

That one Naruto gif included for comparison since Jiraiya takes his name from a kabuki character and mimics the introduction... I wonder if Musashi's dressed up as the same Jiraiya? ^^

Also, there's the White Tomorrow radio drama, where, when it seems Kojiro, Musashi, and Mondo might die, Kojiro and Musashi quote a lovers' suicide from a kabuki play, making Mondo loudly cry... no worries, Nyasu comes back to save them!

One of the inspirations for Kojiro' character (aside from the TRio being based on the comedic trio of villains from The Time Bokan series, also confirmed by Shudo Takeshi...) is the character Benten Kozou Kikunosuke from the Five Men of the White Waves kabuki play. ^^

He is a very difficult character to portray, as most kabuki actors either play men's roles or women's roles exclusively (onnagata/men who play women's roles do not age out of playing women, unlike women playing men's roles in Takarazuka...) one must be able to accurately portray both for this disguised, young thief, who fools everyone... until his cherry blossom tattoo peeks out from under his kimono and exposes him as a man and thief, after which he throws off his outer kimono and introduces himself.
