ok, now that i've listened to all of them, i can say that while i do have some i'm not SUPER, super fond of, it's a p solid crop of nominees for aoty this year though!

with bsd coming out today i can finally finalize my summer 2023 anime list—

mon: ao no orchestra, dark gathering, lv1room, synnoir tues: okashi na tensei, helck wed: yoruneko (short), vending machine isekai, bsd s5, watakon, undead girl murder farce thurs: jjk s2 fri: hyakushou kizoku (short), dekineko sat: horimiya piece, tybw c2 sun: zom100, ayaka

somehow!! managed to get up to 15 series (not counting shorts) despite this looking like such a dry season at first

zom100 and dekineko are my top anime of the season contenders this time around, with zom100 holding a pretty strong lead after its first episode
