this title is for the wade x reader x logan fic i've been harboring for like...weeks at this point lol

it's based on the saying 'red touches black, safe for jack. red touches yellow, kills a fellow' which is something i heard literally so often growing up. it's a really common rhyme that helps identify the differences between scarlet kingsnakes (harmless), and coral snakes (venomous)!

when i think of wade and logan their colors are one the first things that come to mind, and it immediately reminded me of that saying because i know that if i got those bitches in my bed i wouldn't be surviving the night.

i know i still haven't posted it after talking about it so much for so long so here's a cute sneak peek!

“This is fun,” Wade comments from across the booth, swirling the tiny pink paper umbrella in his drink with his pointer finger. "I haven't seen tension like this since they raised the price of detergent at Blind Al's laundry mat." His joke lands like a brick on the thick glass of tension that blankets the air around your table. Logan sits on his right, silent. His eyes haven't left yours since he sat down, but you can't tell if he looks any more mad than usual. Another night, you might have laughed at how ridiculous they both look trying to squeeze into one side of the booth. But any humor of the situation got sucked out with a heavy duty air vac the second they sat down. It's just your luck, all the single men you could ever wish for in New York at your fingertips and you managed to go out with the roomies. Fucking hilarious.

SAMMY ! 2. favorite canon thing about this character? .... everything maybe ???? omg how do i choose i love everything about him uhhhhh . he's awkward and so so sweet <3 he learned sign language for eileen, he has beautiful hair, he's sassy, he's a gentle giant, he wants so badly to be good but doesn't think he is T_T and on and on and on and on because everything about him is my favorite

25. what was your first impression of this character? how about now?spence : thought he was very very cute and endearing! i still think that way, but i also love having a more informed and nuance view of him after so many seasons and developments to his character. emily : i thought she was really interesting! i was intrigued by her character and the way she was very forward and didn't back down when there was a misunderstanding about her transfer to the unit. love that she stood up for herself! and wow she's so pretty (didn't know i was gay yet) now it's just RAHHH LESBIANISMMM (i adore everything about her character and again, i just love knowing her better and seeing all sides of her)
