Playtest: What class (or subclass) do you want to try out?

yknow i forgot when i was answering this before but i feel like i haven't gotten a chance to really dig into rogue. i've done a one shot but thats it! i need to do more rogues is my answer

Level One: What was your first experience with D&D? How did you hear about it? What was your first game like?

i learned about dnd because i followed people who loved Critical Role back in the Early Days, and then i started watching CR (when they were at like episode 60-something of their first campaign), and then i said "hm. i wanna do that"

my first game experience was incredible bc i was planning on just going and watching a session my friend was co-DMing, and then everyone was like "actually we don't have enough people to really play today... wanna make a character right now and then play with us?" and so i did make a character at random in like twenty minutes and played for the first time with zero preparation or warning! and it was delightful, actually, i'm glad it worked out that way. there was only a few people but they were all very nice and i got to do some very fun RPing as the new person joining the group!

Nat 20: What’s the most memorable RP scene you’ve been a part of?

ooo this is a tough one...

i think, for sheer rippling consequences on the party and the campaign, first pick has to go to when Wyn, my goblin paladin, was trying to protect someone from another party member. this someone was the last survivor of a group that had just been trying to kill them and had given up, devastated by the loss of his group, and Wyn wanted to give him another chance, so she was standing between him and the other party member and trying to argue for his life. and the other party member killed him anyway

so Wyn walked out. and didn't see the party again for months and months
