I went and listened to them all again. … which might have been a mistake, because even the very first one got me flustered and I have to separate out my feelings for each of them individually. I think my face has been hot for the last ten minutes or so. Your first takeaway should be that they're all great. Picking a favorite is hard.

So I'll cheat (you should've expected this) and pick two! The first winner is the one that made me a fan, "Let's play a game." I hope it's not nostalgia talking, but I think it's still peak Essie teasing. I really liked you taking charge of the situation... and then you describing how you're going to tease and show off your spots and generally drive me crazy during the game?! Fantastic. Would still be very hard for me to resist cheating.

The other winner, for very different reasons… is "Are you ticklish?" I said at the time that I could go on… I guess this is my opportunity. You are so… lee in this. ROMANCE!!! I can say i am a bit of a hopeless romantic lol. it doesn’t really matter what kind either!! Some of my favorite tropes HAVE to be bestfriends to lovers!!! like the kind where the boy is really oblivious that he loves the girl until the last minute, like they’ve grown up together, been friends forever but he’s never seen her in that way before. UNTILLL there’s a really cute moment between them where he finally starts to realize he’s loved her all along.

THAT and grumpy x sunshine!!! It’s the cutest pair, I also think it’s amazing to be with someone you brings out the best in you, like you hate everyone else BUT that person 😭

Honestly? I love a verbal lee. (Verbally?) I can't help it. It does something to my brain.

That being said… a lee that just laughs, and laughs, and laughs, rendered helpless by the tickles, getting totally lost in the sensations, and they're loving every minute of it? That sounds incredibly adorable, if you don't mind my saying so. I think any Ler would be very happy with that.

I think verbal lees make for “better TV,” so to speak… people who make paid content are going to be picky and try to optimize. And of course, when it comes to writing, dialogue is fun to write and to read. And all of that leads to people fantasizing about it. But none of it is real life. In reality… tickling between two people who love it is wonderful in and of itself. Everything else is a distant second.

… and in your case, you're a pretty fantastic verbal tease before the tickling starts. And that is DEFINITELY appealing. So you don't have anything to worry about. 😉
