Ohhh, this is simultaneously hard to say and the easiest thing in the world, but I do identify the most with Jan. We both have that black cat chaos energy and we both are cat parents 🐈‍⬛🐈, so I'm obviously more inclined to feel similar to him from the get go.

collection as of 10th january 2025. i also want to say i know this is a lot, but i don't (with exceptions) usually buy other kpop merch than albums. i'm def a cd/album collector, tho i love pcs as well haha

STRAY KIDS (24) : i have full korean discography and few japanese albums. i dont normally buy multiple versions of the albums. seung digi was bought about 9 months after rockstar release, i wanted a cd to display with my cd player. i had chk chk ver of ate and bought boom ver two months ago (it was discounted and i liked this ver too). for hop i went crazy bc i wanted nemo pcs and couldn't decide between limited and regular. i'd like to complete japanese albums too one day, but its not a priority to me, japanese releases are more expensive. fun fact, 5star was my first ever album (and 1st skz cb, 2nd cb overall)

XDINARY HEROES (8) : also a complete discography. my first album was deadlock. hello, world was the final album i was missing and i couldn't find the smaller ver anywhere, so eventually i just bought the big one to complete collection. then i found it online, and after many problems with the shop they sent me the big version so now i have 2 (2nd not in the photo, this is why 8 albums). months later i found the small ver in kpop shop, so i got that too because i really wanted that one

ATEEZ (5) : this is a hate letter to whoever designs the albums - i love them, they're beautiful, but can we please keep same size/style for the trilogies? 😭 i started collecting around the world: will, but someday i want to buy the older albums and complete collection (edit: i forgot about overload bc it was hidden between magazines and found it now lol)

DAY6 + wonpil's (pilmography) and young k's (letters with notes) solo (6) : my first album (and cb) was fourever. i absolutely adore their music, rock is my genre 🫶 getting old day6 albums is difficult, but again, one day i'd like to complete

TXT (2) : i really like txt music, but i prioritize my ult groups when i'm buying albums. i'm not really interested in having complete collection rn, but i'd like to at least get my fav albums in the future. fun fact, temptation is soobin ver. i had no idea these were member albums, i just liked the cover lol (soobin ver was random, i didn't choose bc i didn't know)

THE ROSE + woosung's solo (moth) (3) : i loved this band when i discovered them, and i still very much love their music, but i don't really follow them that closely anymore to really want physical albums. plus they're hard to find

BTOB (2) : again, absolutely loved them when i discovered them, nowadays i don't listen to them that much (beautiful songs, but not really my style. still love them tho!), so i don't really have a reason to grow this collection as of now

BAMBAM (1) : i started getting into bambam's music only recently, but i love it. and this is such a good album! i will definitely listen to his music more, maybe get older albums too. and he and jackson are my pipeline to got7, so we'll see how this goes

Hey hello I just finished binging dramaturgy in like. A day. 2 days? I don't really know tbh

I downloaded it on my kindle the moment the epilogue was released and I must say. Brain explosion, insanity, screaming crying throwing up

The plot twists genuinely made me audibly scream a little bit, I've never encountered twists in a fic that's genuinely caught me off guard. And it happened like 3 times in the space of one chapter???

All the characters feel so real. I can hear their voices and their flaws are so believable. You've fully and successfully recruited me into being a soup group fan. We are big fans of pearl here at trader scars.

It is 1am and I am experiencing so many emotions, I've never keyboard spammed in a friend's dms with such genuine feeling. Here is a tidbit

Ohhhh LMAO oh god. Any time anyone rb's a fic of mine on here and goes ham in the tags or as an addition (Lian and Hana this is targeted at you, lovingly ♡) it automatically becomes a fav I will re-read again and giggle at.

I also had someone on Erlkönig recently pick out bits of their fav lines from my most recent chapter and add comments, which I thought was v sweet 💕 a lot of Erlkönig and Obsiquy comments make me happy, tbh. Anything is sweet in my eyes!

📚 — Is there a fanfic or fanfic writer you'd recommend?

In terms of fics, Like Lark Notes From the Sky by ARevenantDreamingOfRoses (locked unless logged in) is an absolute banger. It follows an MC who has the ghost of KoD attached to them, guiding them throughout the game; MC is implied to be Fae too.) A stunning, STUNNING piece of work so far. 4 chapters!

you are proof of my existence by ToshihikoRin is also lovely. It covers heavier topics in it, but the author balances this with light-hearted moments too. 27 chapters!

Atramentum by Chronophage is also another really beautiful piece of work. The author writes in a manner I find engaging and easy to follow. It doesn't have Grim in it, as a warning. 36 chapters!

In terms of writers, @welshoot , @hanafubukki , @curekibouka-writing , @llondonfog , @ / raven-at-the-writing-desk, @da-birb-writes-sometimes , and @vera-deville are a few of my immediate top of head who ik write fanfics. But honestly, there are tons of fantastic writers in any of the twst tags that I've come across :)
