Some alt fit concepts I doodled for the Heartless Crew a while back and forgot to post! Very rough ideas for what I imagine they might wear to train / work out , plus a couple more fashion-forward fits for the gals. ✌️✨

I was hitting some art block so I felt like drawing some fanart of @abd-illustrates’ Heartless characters!

I realized I never actually watched the final installment of the Concept Corner series, so that’s what I had playing when sketching these. It’s just so fun listening to the brainstorming and cool character connections

I was originally going to upload a batch of these, but inspiration never hit for the others that I was planning, and I’m biased, so-

I really like the concept of a first person shooter game where the players are art YouTube people, and since he’s my favorite, @abd-illustrates was first on the roster.

6 hours of work for probably no notes but I don’t care because it was fun and did I mention he’s my favorite. I could yap about how important a forking YouTuber is to me for as long as this took.

Okay, so, we all know “curses” are just magic powers you aren’t born with (essentially)

But I raise a question… doesn’t Heartless’s “magic” awfully sound like a curse? In order to use it, he has to consume the life around him, and it’s also the only (of what we know) thing that’s keeping him “alive”? Almost like a corpse reanimated, cursed with unnatural life…

heartless has been my biggest interest/fixation for almost FOUR YEARS. i dont post about it constantly but im being so serious when i say ive thought about it everyday. for the past (almost...) four years. its also what made me realize i was autistic lol. but also im terrified what if this is uncomfortable for mr abd illustrates himself

Gods, Glass being a clone of Doppel is such a good metaphor for being compared to other people, yk? And just… never being close enough to what people want you to be (aka, wanting you to be like your sibling, who’s totally different from you)

Day two of shriektober/inktober! Prompt was mushrooms, so I drew Krome from Hearless, because he has mushrooms in his hat and I wanted an excuse to draw him. He will definitely be my favorite character from this series, I can tell.
