I was hitting some art block so I felt like drawing some fanart of @abd-illustrates’ Heartless characters!

I realized I never actually watched the final installment of the Concept Corner series, so that’s what I had playing when sketching these. It’s just so fun listening to the brainstorming and cool character connections

Some of my heartless physical appearance headcanons

Heartless-

- Blood pooling at fingertips and feet

- Bruises easily

- Autopsy scars

Alchemy-

- Lots of moles and freckles

- Black roots, even though theyre a shapeshifter and could just shapeshift the roots away

Flint-

- Slight stubble

- Scar on lip from a fight he got in as a kid where he busted his lip open so bad it had to be stitched up (inspired by my brother except my brother got the injury from a bike accident)

Eira-

- Albino

- Glass eye

- wears compression gloves because of hand tremors (Has to do with his ice magic, makes him shiver all the time)

Doppel-

- Needs glasses but doesn’t wear them

- Bandana has some burn holes and rips

Glass-

- Longer hair than Doppel

- Cracks around eyes

- puppet joints

River-

- ties strings on her fingers to remember stuff

- really short nails, keeps them that way to stop herself from biting them.

Thinking back to a lot of the original ideas I had for my oc in heartless and how my brain was like ooooh Lance is cool and I think dragons are cool so I’m gonna make him a little “whimsical sidekick”, to then me immediately deciding Lance is too unhinged and making the oc a protagonist and throwing her at Eira. Cause swords are cool and knights are cool.

Despite everyone thinking Alchemy would be a massive flirt, they're actually Aro/Ace, River is as well and they bond over it and end up being very close

i am a very small person with old person joints btw

heartless- why would i wanna fight him? he's just a lil guy- that being said, he's probably good at sport so i am not winning that -10/10

alchemy- tall. i reckon i can bite their shins pretty fuckn hard 5/10

flint- professional boxer 0/10

eira- professional swordfighter. but i think i could distract him with dick jokes and make him blush which could give me an opening 1/10

doppel- we'd both fight dirty lol. this won't be fun 3/10

glass- why?? would i want to fight him??? (but i could probs take him down with a well placed knee) 6/10

river- im getting owned 2/10

alastor- i bitch slap him gently and he dies and turns to dust instantly 100000/10

lorelei- have you seen her back muscles? girl looks like she could throw a punch. but thats not her style 7/10

diana- i am not winning this 0/10

lance- feral dragon man. can probably throw a punch and a hard one too. 1/10

bandy- i am curb stomping his little face as we speak 8/10

arthyr- i wouldn't want to fight him physically but he could probably destroy me in a battle of wits 2/10

Heartless redraw!!! I’m practicing so this is a redraw of abd illustrates concept corner art all credit for the characters and the poses goes to him. I just made some lines but it turned out pretty good so! Art!

Go on vacation, they said. We can watch Gotham, they said. Just go hang with and adjust to caring for kids, they said. Yeah, well no one said anything about getting cursed while at the vacation lake house, which okay, fine. But did it have to affect the kids too? 

Bruce pressed his head in his hands, groaning in dismay as the children practically zoomed around the surrounding water with enthusiastic trills and squeals he could somehow understand. And through the air, to their increasing delight. Okay. Okay this is fine. 

It wasn’t like he also somehow now had an extra child who looked like one at most that he had no clue as to where they came from. Said child wasn’t squirming in his arms, black scales and tiny fins akin to the setting of a sun twisting as they chirped. Definitely not. 

Okay. Alright. He could figure this out. Probably…. hopefully…
