Basically, it's business as usual. Dardail was the kind of man who uses new knowledge to protect those in need. He's always been a softy. A big warm rock. Before the Fall, Dardail labored to build one of the many mountains. Afterward, with his stone hands and lava flowing through his veins, he forged armor for protection and weapons for the Iron Legion.

After the Abyss, he took over the body of a young programmer who neglected to take care of his health. The guy was literally burned out at work, and Dardail took over the ailing body. He was used to being big, so he gained muscle mass and joined the local Reconciler faction. Yeah, he's a big, kind guy. Yeah, he's all about protecting the weak. Stinkbug is learning to refer to my girlfriend's great-grandma with "ummummummum" sounds. "Mummu", which is also what my girlfriend calls her. I guess it's a great arrangement, to have a baby who needs to hear as much talk as possible, and an old lady who has never stopped talking in the past 85 years. She mentioned this morning that she likes being able to watch the baby sometimes, too. And that when we brought her home, me and my girlfriend were almost bickering over who gets to hold her, like kids fighting over a doll, but every time the family matriarch thought she should intervene, we stopped two seconds before she would.

I asked her is she really that confident in our parenting skills. She just shrugged, saying we seem to be doing just fine looking after one kid, while she is looking after three.

Pointing out that I can legally vote felt too childish at that point.

The Ninshubur article received a sizable update; it's a hodgepodge of just about everything (including a shiny new name section like in the Nergal and Gula articles!).

Smalller updates promised before: Aya (new translation of the Zame Hymn which allegedly mentions the closely related Ninkar, the UD.GAL.NUN Utu myth involving her), Inanna of Zabalam (more about Nin-UM, the possibility that the original standalone Bull of Heaven myth involves I. of Zabalam and not I. of Uruk), Epithets of Inanna (two minor additions - Kititum under geographic, Mummu under misc.), Gibil (not much of note, just some Zame Hymns talk plus another recent publication questioning if there ever was a god named Gibil as opposed to Girra), Nanshe (possible identification with Ninkiki, Gudea's self insert myth). More similar updates might still happen, Nisaba, Nergal and Ningublaga potentially come to mind. Maybe Zababa but that's a lot of work.
