jiwon originally announced his plans for his solo debut following the celebratory live for zb1's first anniversary

was really nervous to be doing stuff alone (he's gotten used to recording and promoting with a group)

apparently he started writing the song towards the end of boys planet but he never got the time to finish it until now (he said that if he hadn't gotten in zb1, he would have also debuted solo with the song anyways)

a few members visited him on his m/v set to cheer him up and make him feel comfortable

on the final day of filming for the m/v all of the members visited him on set with a cake to celebrate for his debut

fans really liked the style of the song, the outfits, and the m/v; they all thought it really fit jiwon's style

gyuvin make sure to promote the song so much when he goes on lives, like he pauses sometime in between his lives to remind zeroses to stream jiwon's song and even play it on live

jiwon also announced that he's also going to act in a drama as a supporting role!!

Following the celebration of the group's one year anniversary, ZEROBASEONE's Jiwon announced his plans for a solo debut. This come as a surprise for many, as the group still has a year and a half left of their contract before they take their own paths.

Today at 11:30 KST, ZEROBASEONE'S official X (formerly Twitter) account released the first concept photo for Jiwon's solo debut single 'MAKE ME INSANE'. It's nothing big or bold; but many netizens are praising it's simplicity.

This makes Jiwon the first of the group to debut as a soloist before the end of his contract with the group, and fans have every reason to be excited for it. His solo debut, 'MAKE ME INSANE', will be released on July 24 at 20:55 KST. The M/V is assumed to premiere at the same time.

even though he never had the idea of becoming an idol before bp, he was so excited for everything

from promoting on stage, going on different shows, filming their m/v; he just lit up at everything

really showed his acting abilities with their teasers and m/v

of course, his social battery always drained out quickly - the members always had to call him out of his daydreams

despite that, he was always open to filming collabs with other groups (he's filmed so many of them within a span of two weeks and was surprised at himself for even doing that much)

and so!! much!! interactions!! with other idols!!

when zb1 went to thekstarnextdoor, he was in part 1 with hanbin, ricky. gyuvin, and gunwook

they all got teased by each other, but both jiwon and gyuvin were the main victims of the teasing

mainly was teased for his iconic jaw drop from the finale of bp when his rank was called

his favorite was going on 4cut live, even though he was targeted by matthew for not-so-accidently covering him up in front of the camera

surprisingly didn't get disqualified and won along with gunwook

he absolutely loves everything about their debut album (he bought two of them for himself and said that he got his own pc along with zhanghao's pc)

SEOJUN ; chaotic good ⎯ he already has a chaotic nature so he's already within the chaotic category. he's always willing to help his friends and members with anything they need, but doesn’t think too much about consequences before taking action. he's an impulsive person, so the things he does or say can sometimes happen without him thinking twice. overall, he's just a nice kid who kind of has little to no braincells when it comes to thinking about the consequences of his actions or words.
