One of the things that really makes me happy as I declutter and organize my house is repurposing things I already have. I try to eat mostly vegan. I mess up some times, but compared to how I used to eat I am so much better. People ask me why I want to be vegan and this is why. My mom died at only 49 years old. My youngest son will never know his grandma and my oldest barely remembers her. She took all these medications and more. People say eating plant based or vegetarian or vegan is extreme, but isn't this more extreme? Isn't having a pacemaker and a heart valve replacement extreme? Isn't dying before 50 years old because of what you eat extreme?
