The Ultimate Guide to MRCS Part A Exam
Membership of theRoyal Colleges of Surgeons (MRCS) is an intercollegiate examconducted to assess the clinical competency, knowledge, and experience that trainees should have by the completion of their basic surgical training. The exam is designed to evaluate prospective surgeons across a wide range of surgical problems, not simply the specialty they intend to pursue.
The most important benefit of passing the MRCS Exam is that a passing score on the MRCS test allows a student enrolled in the Intercollegiate Surgical Curriculum Programme (ISCP) to advance to further specialised training, as well as membership in one of the four Surgical RoyalColleges in the UK and Ireland.

The Very Essence
"The very essence of romance is uncertainty."
― Oscar Wilde, The Importance of Being Earnest
Mycroft is not alarmed by sex. Or Greg's interest in him. But venturing into romance brings on a host of doubts that manifest in a unique and distressing manner. A tale of Mycroft learning to trust Greg and himself, of coming to terms with uncertainty, and of uneaten cucumber sandwiches.

Establishment media coverage of former President Donald Trump was found to be 95 percent negative following the second attempt on his life, according to a Media Research Center (MRC) analysis.
ABC, CBS, and NBC News all broadcasted overwhelmingly negative commentary on the Republican presidential candidate after Sunday’s thwarted shooting at the Trump International Golf Course in Florida, MRC found.
“A look at the first 72 hours of coverage on the ABC, CBS and NBC evening newscasts — Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights — finds that while the attempted assassination dominated campaign coverage, these networks’ anti-Trump spin was nearly as bad as it could be: 95 percent negative, vs. just five percent positive,” wrote MRC contributing editor Rich Noyes.
While the attempted assassination allegedly perpetrated by 58-year-old Ryan Wesley Routh made up 70 percent of campaign news airtime at all three networks, 20 out of the 21 evaluative comments reviewed by the center were negative towards Trump

re: senseific, i don't remember if you've talked about it, but i was a little bit surprised that it was sawa who suggested kitakata as an advisor for amasawa. yeah it's been 13 years, and in the game their relationship is not particularly hostile, but i still wait from her the "fuck that guy" attitude towards him xD speaking of (and this, of course it doubtly would be The Theme, but will you talk about their relationship or just mention that stuff happened and they got over it? or not at all?
you all know the drill ↓
Considering the outcome of the Kusumoto situation in sensei au, I don’t think her feelings towards him would be so negative. He mishandled the situation at first, sure, but he realised it was serious, and I think he did everything he could to make things right. Of course, effort alone isn’t enough to make up for all the awful things that already happened because of him, but it must count for something, right? Kitakata was willing to admit he was wrong, presumably apologised, took responsibility, put in the work. I think Sawa sees that. That he’s flawed but ultimately sincere and trying.
Her impression of Kitakata isn’t wholly positive – she’s levelheaded and sees his flaws very clearly, especially now as his colleague (he’s prone to mess and disorganisation, and I see him as being kind of lazy and inconsiderate at times in his day to day). He perhaps doesn’t deserve her respect, and Sawa is definitely the better teacher, but I think her presence helps hold Kitakata to account. She expects quite a bit of him, and Kitakata knows this, wants to be the person that she expects him to be. Kitakata’s wish to change and do better is sincere, but I think he might slip back into old habits if he wasn’t diligent, and Sawa’s presence helps.
She certainly expects Kitakata to at least hear a student out when they go to speak to him, and she’s known him long enough to notice him with a mystery novel or two. Why not ask him to help the mrc? ...well, I dunno. I’m not married to the idea. But that’s the train of thought.
I don’t know how in depth I’ll go with those two, mostly because I’m approaching the Sawa-Kitakata relationship from the angle of Yagami seeing that there’s something going on there, but not knowing exactly what. So for the most part, it’s not going to be something that’s spoken about outright. But their relationship is interesting and I think it speaks especially to Kitakata’s personal motivations and shortcomings in a way that can’t be done any other way.
#jitxt#kitakata sensei#i say this about everything but. damn i gotta write more of them#they're certainly not friends but i think sawa extends trust to kitakata on the things that matter#yeah he's an annoying colleague but if something really matters then he will do what he can to get it done#so their relationship is not so negative imo. at least in this au#excuse all the “i think”s. me when i'm nervous about having an opinion on anything in public#this is all sensei au specific anyway so whatever but#the imposter syndrome man. makes me nervous#and god forbid i'm speaking to one of the greatest kuwagami minds at the same time#reread part of the everchanging a few days ago and remembered how good it was. just fyi#i wasn't built for writing long fic (stares into the distance) but here i am....#gotta push through the doubt and believe in my love of kuwagami#but yeah. something about maturity/immaturity that i could probably pull on here#i'm still not sure how that throughline is going to play out#the contrast between the well put together (mature) sawa and the experienced but sometimes fumbling (immature-ish) kitakata#even though of course. sawa is the younger one. idk i think there's something there

Queue's Next
After spending 9months working on posting Hayloft, I am slowly getting back into some other things, some one-shots, some shorts, and embracing the nonsense of inspirational attacks. This one is entirely the fault of the MRC. It's a ridiculous short. And I will not apologise.
Queue's Next
The queue was nearly out the door, and Mycroft groaned to himself. Of course the day that his Nespresso went on the fritz and the plunger broke on his cafetiere would be the same day that his favourite – and truly only acceptable – neighbourhood cafe was holding a promotional event.

Miraculous: Tales in the Opposite Universe (Inversed Personas AU): Chapter Two final part
This story is a fanfiction (Not an official script for an episode of the TV show). Some characters result from Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir (original title: Miraculous: Les aventures de Ladybug et Chat Noir). It contains some original characters (OC) but they're fanon. All rights reserved to ZagToon.
Part one two three four five six
Their reactions are mixed. We can heard theses:
-Nino and Alya: Nino: "This dude is wonderful. If the Adrien we know was really cool like his 'twin', if he is capable to be cool with us, I would like to be friends with him." Alya: "This girl Marinette is so different. She is so sweet AND outgoing unlike the other Marinette from Fathom Academy. The crazy thing is there exists some other parallel worlds. There are our counterparts who living here." N: And Rou… About Wayhem ? Aly: After his confession, I feel… troubled. I must recognize… he is honorable (thinking) How ironic, I supported Lycène in the past. But now, I feel sad to our boy."
-Kitty Section gang: Juleka: "Same look. Same silhouette. But she's more beautiful compared to the Ice Queen we know. So rad !" Rose: "That's so crazy to see this girl is not emotionless. She's open-minded. She behaves just like most of us. I would enjoy MDC sometimes acts like her." Luka: "I feel their melodies in them. (smiling) They are full of surprises." Mylène: "These two (Marinette and Adrien) seem be in a date. Are they a couple ? Ivan: "We guess: Just like us two, Mylène." Mylène blushes.
-Nathaniel and Marc: Nathaniel: "If there exists another MDC and Adrien from another universe, there exists some other versions of ourselves from." Marc: "I guess. Meanwhile, these two counterparts are so different. Our other selves must be different too." N: "I imagine." Mrc: "And about superheroes ?" N: "Rouge Chance and Alley Cat are the protectors of Paris. Ladybug and Noir ,who have same superpowers as out two heroes, are the protectors of their own Paris too. That's fascinating." Mrc: "Fascinating ? Hmm… Yeah. I guess you're right, Nath." N: "Another thing: Have you an idea about a name for our two universes ?" Mrc: "Hmm… We would call them: Opposite Universes."
-Alix and Max: Alix (nervous): "Their stories from the two teenagers and other heroes are crazy. Parallel worlds. I wish I will never meet a possible dark version of myself. An evil alter ego." Max: "If I calculate probabilities of your theory, I can assure there's no chance it can happen. You're safe."
-Kim and Ondine and Socqueline: Ondine: "Another parallel world ? I hope our alter egos are a couple, Kim. And you could be a brave boy. Dymanic. Sportier. Athletic. Not exhausted. A champion." Kim (blushing): Do you think that about me ? A champion ? O: "Of course. And I feel you are capable of this." Fascinated by the Marinette's and Adrien's stories, Socqueline is thinking how could be her life in the two latters' world. Socqueline (thinking): "No matter where you came from, I guess you and Adrien are both lovers together. And you, Marinette, I'm curious to find out if you ans my counterpart are good friends. That makes me think our lives between MDC and I could be different for the best."
-Sabrina and Chloé: Sabrina: "What do they casually do in her their world ? I would like to know that." Chloé: "I hope these two aren't utterly ridiculous. (blushing) But sincerely, I don't think at all Marinette is ridiculous… Huh… Not bad about MDC. I like her, of course. The two parallel girls are… beautiful. But only our 'queen' MDC is perfect… for me." S: "You'll talk to MDC about that for an other day. I don't know she's interested by these parallel worlds' stories. She prefers the ordre and the safety." Chl: "C'mon Sabrina. I am certain my counterpart in their world is not ridiculous like me. I hope your alter ego is respectuous toward my alter ego. May we be equal friends. (thinking) Am I a queen according to this world ?" S: "I even hope your alter ego is charming enough for my alter ego making the latter proud of her." Chl (speaking lowly, cringing): "Better opinion: your alter ego is proud as my alter ego's sidekick. Heheheh !" S: "Have you said something, Chloé ?" Chloé startles. C: "Huh… Nothing, Sabrina. I like you, do you know ?" S: "Damn, Chloé. It will be fine. If I am rude with you it's for make you a strong and proud girl with sense of discipline. For prove to everybody you're not useless. You've already succeeded some tasks, right ? So don't be clumsy." C: "I swear." S: "Fine. And now, let's be quiet. Wayhem is going to talk again. For finish he had begun."
------
Holding the mic in his right hand, Wayhem makes the announce. W: "My friends. I express my regrets about the incident from earlier. We resume our rally: A police of robots is in project. And I have a guest from Fathom Academy to introduce to both you like I previously said. She was already late when Lycène had attacked Alley Cat and Ladybug. I warn you too she doesn't like the insecurity but she finally decide to come." In the crowd, we can see Marinette with Adrien, Cerise, Alya, Nino and Socqueline. Marinette (whispering to Cerise): "Is she the girl you spoked me about, Cerise ?" Cerise (whispering): "You'll see what does she looks like, Mari. I know her. She's a friend of mine and my beloved friend. Despite her personality." M (whispering): "Beloved… Friend ?" C: "She's already here. Let's go to listen her." The guest (who us wearing the Fathom uniform) comes on stage, she approaches behind Wayhem. The latter turns and shakes hands with her.
W: "I thank you for joining our movement." Marinette and Adrien are astonished and troubled to see the girl. The more amazing thing about the guest is her physical look: She is blue-longhaired and despite she has a burn scar on the right cheek of her face, she exactly looks like… W: "Can you introduce yourself, Marinette ?" Parallel Marinette/MDC (insensitive): "Of course. (to the public) Hello everyone." This is the Marinette Dupain Cheng's counterpart. The Ice Queen of Fathom Academy and alternately called by most of young Parisians: M.D.C.. M and A (simultaneously thinking): "Is that… her ?"
End of Chapter Two.

Comprehensive Guide to Sinus Treatment in Northampton
Comprehensive Guide to Managing Sinus Problems and Advanced Treatments in Northampton
Dealing with sinus problems can greatly impact your quality of life, leading to persistent headaches, nasal congestion, and facial pain. Understanding the causes, symptoms, and treatments for sinus issues is crucial for effective management. This guide provides an in-depth look at sinus problems, their diagnosis, treatment options, and preventive measures, with a focus on advanced sinus treatment in Northampton.
About Us

Mr. Rohan Bidaye is a highly qualified consultant ENT surgeon in Northampton specializing in laryngology and head & neck surgery. He is associated with the NHS at Kettering General Hospital and Northampton General Hospital through the University Hospitals of Northamptonshire. His expertise spans voice, airway, and thyroid treatments, with a career rooted in prestigious institutions in the US, UK, and India.
Understanding Sinus Problems
Sinus problems, commonly known as sinusitis, can stem from various causes. Recognizing these factors and symptoms early can lead to timely and effective treatment in Northampton.
Common Causes of Sinus Issues
Allergies: Allergens such as pollen, dust, or pet dander can trigger sinus inflammation and swelling, leading to congestion and discomfort.
Infections: Bacterial or viral infections can cause sinusitis, leading to inflammation and blockage of the sinus cavities. Acute sinusitis often follows a cold, while chronic sinusitis can last for months.
Structural Abnormalities: Issues like a deviated septum, nasal polyps, or narrow sinus openings can obstruct the sinuses, resulting in frequent infections and chronic sinusitis, often requiring medical or surgical intervention.
Symptoms to Watch For
Persistent Headaches: Chronic headaches, especially around the forehead and eyes, often worsen when bending over or lying down.
Nasal Congestion: Constant congestion or a stuffy nose can make breathing difficult and reduce the sense of smell.
Facial Pain: Pain and pressure around the eyes, cheeks, and forehead can indicate sinus inflammation, affecting daily activities and well-being.
Diagnosing Sinus Problems
Accurate diagnosis is essential for effective treatment. Here’s when and how to seek professional help for sinusitis treatment in Northampton.
When to See a Specialist
Persistent Symptoms: Symptoms lasting more than 10 days or recurring frequently warrant a consultation with a sinus specialist doctor in Northampton.
Severe Pain: Severe pain or swelling around the eyes, forehead, or cheeks needs immediate medical attention.
Diagnostic Methods
Physical Examination: A thorough exam, including nasal endoscopy, allows visual inspection of the nasal passages.
Imaging Tests (CT Scans, MRI): Detailed images of the sinuses help identify structural abnormalities and infections.
Allergy Testing: Identifies specific allergens causing sinus problems, aiding in developing an effective treatment plan.
Non-Surgical Sinus Treatments in Northampton
For many, non-surgical treatments can provide significant relief from sinus problems. Here are some common options available for Sinus infection treatment:
Medications
Decongestants: Reduce nasal congestion and improve airflow but should be used sparingly.
Antihistamines: Effective for allergy-induced sinus issues, reducing inflammation and mucus production.
Antibiotics: Treat bacterial infections, crucial to complete the prescribed course.
Home Remedies
Steam Inhalation: Clears nasal passages and reduces congestion.
Saline Nasal Sprays: Moisturize nasal passages, reduce inflammation, and clear mucus.
Hydration: Drinking plenty of water helps thin mucus and promote drainage.
Advanced Sinus Treatments in Northampton
For severe or persistent sinus issues, advanced treatments may be necessary.
Minimally Invasive Procedures
Balloon Sinuplasty: Involves inserting a small balloon into the sinus cavity and inflating it to open blocked sinuses. Offers quick recovery and significant relief.
Endoscopic Sinus Surgery: Endoscopic sinus surgery uses a tiny camera and specialized instruments to remove blockages and improve sinus drainage. It is less invasive than traditional sinus surgery in Northampton, with faster recovery times and reduced postoperative discomfort.
Long-Term Solutions
Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS): Restores normal sinus function by removing obstructions.
Sinus Stenting: Keeps the sinus cavity open post-surgery to promote healing and prevent recurrence.
Sinus Polyps Treatment: Often requires a combination of medications and surgical interventions to remove non-cancerous growths causing blockages.
Choosing the Right Sinus Specialist in Northampton
Finding the right specialist is crucial for effective treatment. Here’s what to look for when choosing a sinus surgery specialist in Northampton:
Qualifications to Look For
Board Certification: Ensures advanced training and expertise in ENT disorders.
Specialists with a focus on ENT have the specific skills and experience needed to treat complex sinus issues effectively. Look for a sinus surgeon in Northampton who has extensive experience in diagnosing and treating sinus problems.
Questions to Ask Your Doctor
Treatment Options: Understand non-surgical and surgical approaches.
Success Rates: Inquire about the success rates of various treatments.
Recovery Times: Know the expected recovery periods for different treatments.
Preventing Future Sinus Issues
Preventive measures can reduce the likelihood of recurring problems.
Lifestyle Changes
Diet and Nutrition: A healthy diet can reduce inflammation and boost the immune system.
Environmental Controls: Managing humidity, allergens, and pollutants can prevent sinus issues.
Regular Check-Ups
Follow-Up Appointments: Ensure recurring issues are caught early.
Sinus problems can be debilitating, but with the right information and care, you can find relief. What are the typical symptoms of a sinus infection?Answer: Common symptoms of a sinus infection include:
Persistent headaches, especially around the forehead and eyes.
Nasal congestion and a stuffy nose.
Facial pain or pressure around the eyes, cheeks, and forehead.
Thick nasal discharge, which may be yellow or green.
Reduced sense of smell and taste.
Fever, fatigue, and a general feeling of illness.
When should I see a sinus specialist?Answer: You should see a sinus specialist if you experience:
Symptoms that last more than 10 days or recur frequently.
Severe pain or swelling around the eyes, forehead, or cheeks.
Symptoms that do not improve with over-the-counter medications.
Frequent sinus infections or chronic sinusitis.
Difficulty breathing through your nose or significant nasal obstruction.
What are the available non-surgical treatments for sinus problems?Answer: Non-surgical treatments for sinus problems include:
Medications: Decongestants, antihistamines, nasal corticosteroids, and antibiotics (for bacterial infections).
Home Remedies: Steam inhalation, saline nasal sprays, and staying well-hydrated.
Allergy Management: Avoiding known allergens and using allergy medications.
What is Balloon Sinuplasty, and how does it work?Answer: Balloon sinuplasty is a minimally invasive procedure used to treat chronic sinusitis. It involves inserting a small balloon catheter into the blocked sinus passage. The balloon is then inflated to expand the sinus opening, allowing for better drainage and ventilation. This procedure is typically performed on an outpatient basis, has a quick recovery time, and provides significant relief from sinus symptoms.
What are nasal polyps, and how are they treated?Answer: Nasal polyps are non-cancerous growths that develop in the lining of the nasal passages or sinuses. They can cause significant blockages and chronic sinus issues. Treatment options for nasal polyps include:
Medications: Corticosteroid nasal sprays or oral steroids to reduce inflammation and shrink polyps.
Surgery: Endoscopic sinus surgery to remove the polyps and clear the sinus passages, providing long-term relief.
How is sinus surgery performed, and what can I expect during recovery?Answer: Sinus surgery, such as endoscopic sinus surgery, involves using a small camera and instruments to remove blockages and improve sinus drainage. The procedure is minimally invasive, with smaller incisions and faster recovery times compared to traditional surgery. Post-surgery, patients can expect some nasal congestion and mild discomfort, which typically improves within a week. Full recovery may take a few weeks, and follow-up care is important to ensure proper healing.
Are there any risks associated with sinus treatments or surgery?
Answer: Like any medical treatment or surgery, there are risks associated with sinus procedures. These may include bleeding, infection, and adverse reactions to anesthesia. However, minimally invasive techniques like balloon sinuplasty and endoscopic sinus surgery generally have lower risks and quicker recovery times. It’s important to discuss potential risks and benefits with your sinus specialist to make an informed decision.
How often should I have follow-up appointments with my sinus specialist?
Answer: The frequency of follow-up appointments depends on the severity of your sinus condition and the type of treatment you received. After surgery, you may need several follow-up visits to monitor healing and address any complications. For chronic sinus issues, regular check-ups every 6 to 12 months are recommended to manage symptoms and prevent recurrences. Your sinus specialist will provide a personalized follow-up schedule based on your specific needs.

hey i'm back to be annoying about sensei fic i don't remember if you've talked about that before (i think you did), and also i'm afraid that it may be considered as a spoiler (?), but! how much of amasawa and itokura's story will you include here? (they are very important to me, your honour) (the potential of parallels to kwgm is here as well and everything)
never annoying! I’m enjoying writing my paragraphs of rambling, so thank you more under the cut again lol. spoilers for lost judgment and also my own fic i suppose lmao
this is kind of difficult to answer because I don’t want to overpromise anything… I am unfortunately a “fuck it we ball” writer which means I am not really used to planning anything at all really (which is why I write mostly oneshots. I usually write everything blind) and that means that while I have ideas about what I want to do, I can’t really say anything definitive until I feel out my plans more concretely…
for what it’s worth though, I’d be shocked if amasawa and itokura didn’t appear the most out of everyone (aside from yagami and kitakata), since the mrc is effectively the centrepiece of both plots: being the main reason kitakata and yagami see each other, and of course I’m going to try and make an altered version of the school story plot work here. I expect there’ll be more of them than kaito and sawa, certainly…
one of the planned major beats in the kuwagami plot is having yagami actually let kitakata in on the professor investigation and not just blow him off. he might think that kitakata will just get in the way, but he has to accept that kitakata’s interest in the investigation and care for his students is legitimate and valid! keeping him in the dark and ignoring how he feels is wrong! anyway. my point is, that to resolve this plot beat, it’s unavoidable to talk about itokura and the professor, so no matter how I end up getting there, itokura (and by extension amasawa) are going to be crucial. you’re right about the parallels angle too… gonna gnaw on that… gotta figure that out… kuwagami but if they were both girls and in highschool and more emotionally intelligent… the idea of kitakata and yagami being a mess and super lame while the kids in the club are much more put together? it’s just too funny to pass up on… I can already imagine itokura complaining to amasawa about how she wishes they would just grow up already.
amasawa and itokura are really great and I also like them a lot! there’s a lot of interesting stuff with them to grab onto, both with canon – yagami’s relationship to them both, and with new stuff – inventing new stuff for them with kitakata! itokura and kitakata especially feel like a surprisingly natural fit – kitakata who wants to make sure no student around him feels the way that kusumoto mitsuru did, and itokura who was estranged and pushed out of school by her peers… it’s a relationship that would be engaging and interesting to develop on both sides… I really can’t pass up on that… so thematically rich… I imagine their relationship rn as being kind of awkward and a little tense. they probably get along best when they’re talking (cough arguing cough) about mystery novels.
one of the things on my to-do list for sensei fic right now (aside from taking thorough notes on school stories and general editing) is definitely trying to feel out this relationship, in particular before yagami enters the picture (@/four-white-trees poked me about this ages ago. thank you!!) presumably kitakata doesn’t let all of that happen to itokura without trying to do something about it, right? and yet, he still fails. yagami’s intervention is the one that brings itokura back to school. hence why I imagine things between them being a little awkward… that shared history…
though I imagine that it piques kitakata’s interest that yagami succeeded where he’d previously failed. So yknow. This Too Is Kuwagami. A surefire way to make kitakata fall in love with you: 1. be hot 2. legitimately care about and take action for the wellbeing of students
anyway! while nothing is set in stone, that’s what I have in mind about amasawa and itokura right now… though most of it ended up being about itokura… there’s still a lot I gotta figure out, but I’m definitely looking forward to poking at them some more! Itokura’s attitude is going to be a lot of fun to write, and amasawa is always a delight, and I love having her be the voice of reason between kitakata and yagami when they’re being ridiculous lol. thank you for the ask o7
#kitakata sensei#lost judgment spoilers#jitxt#(flex and herds fan voice) yeah i'm a pantser#<- jokes for exactly one person#anyway.#sorry it's physically impossible for me to talk about senseific and keep it short#but yeah. i love the girls too <3#kuwagami is always going to be the stuff i'm most excited about in this fic but. amasawa and itokura are also really great#and i hope i can write that side of the story well enough to do them justice#praying rn that this doesn't age like milk#like i've mentioned/alluded to. senseific is my first big piece of writing so#it's both exciting and a learning experience#that's also why i can't post any of it until ALL OF IT is done#I LOVE KUWAGAMI I LOVE SENSEI FIC GRAAAAAAAH#even if i don't have much set in stone the ideas are definitely there#amasawa telling yagami to let kitakata help with One thing in the investigation and on the inside yagami feels betrayed. lol#<- that one's not an idea that one's locked in and written into a scene already actually

Why You Need to Shop Fixed Rate Electricity Now!
New Post has been published on https://www.ohenergyratings.com/blog/why-you-need-to-shop-fixed-rate-electricity-now/
Why You Need to Shop Fixed Rate Electricity Now!
A Hot Summer May Raise Energy Bills
Summer heat is driving energy prices higher already. Lock in a fixed rate plan now to help keep your winter bills lower!
States in the southern United States are seeing temperatures in the upper 90’s and some areas of Texas seeing temperatures over 100º already. This has led very quickly to natural gas prices doubling at the market level. The Texas grid has already issued its first summer weather watch. But don’t worry just yet. There’s still a large amount of natural gas in storage which means home energy prices should stay relatively low for a while. However, this will affect electricity prices as well as residential gas prices eventually. So, do you have a fixed rate locked in to keep your winter bills low? In not, then learn how you can stretch your energy dollars more. Shop these three lowest fixed rate electricity prices in Cincinnati now!
Lowest 12 Month Fixed Rate On The Market
Starting off strong, we have Public Power. Their Electric 12 Month Fixed Rate WITH MRC is just 6.59 cents per kWh. That makes it one of the lowest priced plans. The only catch? It does have a monthly recurring charge of $9.95. There is no early termination fee, and the term length is, of course, 12 months. At the end of your contract, you’ll be rolled onto a variable rate plan unless you opt for a new contract.
No Monthly Charge, No Early Termination Fee
Our next plan comes from Energy Harbor. Energy Harbor is one of our best rated suppliers for their excellent customer service. Their Safe Harbor 12 plan is only 6.78 cents per kWh, and has no additional charges or fees. This is a great way to save some money and avoid that utility default rate without breaking the bank.
A Great Option For Your Next Fixed Electricity Rate
Our last option for your electricity is from Frontier Utilities. Don’t let the name fool you. They’re not your utility company, they are still your supplier. But they do have a great rate. Their OH Frontier Online Premier-12 plan is just 6.89 cents per kWh. Additionally, this plan has no monthly recurring charge, or early termination fee. Frontier Utilities is also one of our best rated suppliers on the market. You can be sure you’ll be taken care of if you switch to this plan.
But What About Gas Rates?
With natural gas used to heat many Ohio homes, it would be a shame not to mention some of the cheapest gas rates you can get in Cincinnati. With wholesale prices already doubling from their price a month ago, you should shop your options ASAP. We can recommend looking at Symmetry. Their gas plans start at just .529 cents per ccf. Another great option is Constellation, with an 18 month plan at .559 cents per ccf. And finally, CleanSky, which has gas plans starting at just .560 cents per ccf in the Cincinnati area.
But whether you’re looking at saving on gas, or electricity this summer, we’re here to help you find the best deal. You can shop gas or electricity plans and compare providers all across Ohio. Check out www.ohenergyratings.com to compare rates and plans so you can save!
