Found this guy at GameStop, and really happy I did, bc I really wanted to get him. He was also the only one of his kind in the store, so I claimed him before someone else could 😝

Included a couple close up shots of the fig because I noticed when I was trying to pose him that he has SPARKLES on him! This Super Sonic has SPARKLES on him guys!!! The sparkles are really hard to see, but I promise you they are there 😝

I would like to point something out.

In Sonic 2, Knuckles stops Maddie and Tom from hugging Sonic when he’s in Super form because it’s too dangerous to touch him with all that power. He’s a god-like being at that point and is meant to remain as such but be alone. The sacrifice of being a god.

Sonic gives this up and separates from the chaos emeralds to be with him family.

Minor Spoilers below:

Sonic and Shadow touched on multiple occasions when in their super forms. Not only that, but they make it a POINT to do this. Not just punches, but when they teamed up they held hands, high-fived, and literally would REACH for each other and hold each other and throw each other and spin each other in battle to fight together.

It’s just another one of those things where I’m like—

Super Shadow is so damn gorgeous. It's the best he's ever looked, he's become my new god. The albino nature of his fur with the pink and red hue shifts especially around his muzzle. His white eyelashes and iridescent fur... he's perfect. He's like an angelic star.

IS NO ONE GOING TO TALK ABOUT HOW FUCKING CUTE AND HEARTFELT THAT SCENE OF SONIC AND SHADOW ON THE MOON WAS?!?!?!? Blud they were literally fighting to the death and then suddenly understand each other and holy shit that’s the moment I realized what the star metaphor meant, and ✨THE SUNRISE✨ and then the way Sonic gazed at Shadow…. I’m fucking losing it. That is the best portrayal of how they can open up to each other I’ve ever seen. And then straight to the playful bickering we all know and love, not to mention how bro gestured his hand for Shadow to take, and then they never let go as they did the classic dap and went super and— absolute perfection. You better believe I’m making some sort of comic or drawing based off that scene.
