Found this guy at GameStop, and really happy I did, bc I really wanted to get him. He was also the only one of his kind in the store, so I claimed him before someone else could 😝

Included a couple close up shots of the fig because I noticed when I was trying to pose him that he has SPARKLES on him! This Super Sonic has SPARKLES on him guys!!! The sparkles are really hard to see, but I promise you they are there 😝

And now that I have this guy, I have a total of 4 Super Sonics in my entire Sonic collection (a plush included)

Jakks Pacific to produce official Sonic 3 merch lineup

American toys manufacturer Jakks Pacific will produce a wide-ranging lineup of merch for Paramount's upcoming film, Sonic the Hedgehog 3.

The multi-year agreement with Paramount and SEGA will see the toy maker, alongside with their costume division, produce action figures, plushies, playsets, and costume accessories.

"This is our third toy partnership with Jakks for the Sonic movie franchise, and Sonic the Hedgehog 3 will be the best yet," said SEGA of America's Michael Cisneros.

He continued, "we cannot wait to share the incredible line of toys and costumes to complement the release of the film."

The merch will debut around the 3rd or 4th quarter of 2024.

Found both of these guys at Walmart today, and I cannot believe that I did! (I actually had no idea that Metal Virus Sonic was a Walmart exclusive until today 😂) I'm still a little in disbelief that I found these guys and was able to snag them for myself. But Metal Virus Sonic especially because he was the only one of his kind sitting on the shelf in Walmart. I almost can't believe that nobody else snatched him and he was just there for me to take! (You know what I mean 😝) And I actually hadn't even really planned on getting Metal Virus Sonic because I wasn't keen on his figure design. But guys, when I saw him sittin' there on the shelf as the last of his kind, I couldn't leave him there 😂

And coincidentally enough, I hadn't even really planned on getting the 5" movie 3 Sonic either bc of the same reason - wasn't a fan of his design. But half of me has been wanting to get him just so that I could pose him with my movie 3 5" Shadow fig. And now I have him, and I can do just that. And arrgghh, I can't wait to try out some epic poses with the two of them! 😁

You can't really see it in these photos, but Sonic has a bit of smudged red paint on his bottom lip, and Shadow has a faint, red stain in his chest fur 🤔🤨
