Good Omens Spoilers!!

------ Okay so at the end I just think it’s really cute when Crowley and Azi have swapped and they’re getting nabbed by their respective sides, because you see Crowley as Azi being dragged away with tape across his mouth and he’s just kind of doing what he knows Azi would do in a situation where he’s in trouble which is basically just helplessly protest while not actually daring to fight back because he’s too good a good good boi (They literally just had to tell him to walk himself into the hellfire and he would have done it with a little ‘:c okay bai I will miss u guys’) -- Crowley knew exactly how Azi would behave and that was adorable in its own right, but when Azi, in Crowley’s body, sees the other being dragged away, he fucking bolts after him and shouts in the middle of the park and just throws any ruse about loyalty to a ‘side’ out in favor of fighting to save the other (before he gets knocked out with a fucking crowbar, christ, the poor thing, this is probably the first time he’s ever felt pain and it had to be a fucking crowbar??) The reason this is so adorable to me is because we get to see exactly what Azi thinks Crowley would do in that situation, and accurate or not it just goes to show how deeply Azi trusts Crowley to always try and save him (I mean the other’s done it probably hundreds of times by now because Azi’s too innocent and gets into trouble all the time). Another thing I love is the way Azi behaves as Crowley, a demon, and a sassy one at that. He acts cavalier to maintain the ruse, (sweetly removes Crowley’s jacket to preserve it because he’d hate to ruin it,) but also splashes holy water at other demons (the most threatening act he’s ever taken, next to almost shooting a child), makes Michael conjure him up a fucking towel to put him in his place, and looks directly in the eyes of Beelzebub and his gang and essentially says “it’s in your best interest not to fuck with Crowley anymore, got it?” This is the most empowered our good boi has ever been, and I’m positive his behavior wasn’t so much him trying to make sure everyone was convinced he was Crowley as it was him taking the opportunity to act out - especially against his partner’s aggressors. Fucking proud of you baby bird.

Also if you haven’t, re-watch that episode and keep in mind when they’ve swapped, their acting is SO FUCKING GOOD I mean they nailed each other’s mannerisms/body language/EYES to the point that you could literally tell me they motioncapped those scenes to get the they’re-in-each-other’s-bodies vibe and I’d be like ‘oh I’m an idiot of course they did that’ and it makes their individual reactions to the world being restored make so much more sense
