To put it simply post ssv is the happiest both twins have been in a long time! That's not to say they had no happy times before or that everything is completely fine now (trust me it's not and it Will come up later ;)) but you get it.

Yui is so damn happy to have his little brother back. He's missed him so much and seeing him without his memories hurt a lot, even if they did eventually adapt to it better with time. It's a lot of stress off his shoulders because he's been trying tirelessly to take care of Mui for years so he feels a lot lighter now,,,

More importantly, he's so glad that Mui isn't suffering anymore. Yui knows Mui better than anyone else (even if it did take him a while to relearn how to read Mui after he lost his memories) and as such he knows better than anyone else how much Mui was also suffering and struggling with his amnesia where the rest of the corp saw a self sufficient prodigy. Muichiro is canonically anxious about his memory loss and I hc him to have horrible brain fog and fatigue from it as well I am going to eat my shoes-

Yui's also gone through his own character development over the years and is nicer, more like the Yuichiro from before their parents' deaths! He gets to apologize for how he treated Mui before and explain why he did the things he did,,,,,,,

Meanwhile Mui gets to finally find himself again, and while his memory probably won't ever be as good as it was before (I hc that he had really good memory before which hammers in harder how much the trauma of what happened messed him up), he knows who he is and has a sense of purpose beyond just kill demons and protect Yui. He feels like he's got so much to see and experience now that he's mentally present again and wants to make up for lost time. He's still very duty oriented don't get me wrong, that hatred of demons and duty to the corps is still there. But he's also more inclined to take breaks, and he's pretty excited to try new things and have a bit of fun. With Yui alive and the happiest Mui has seen him since their parents died, it heals a part of him that canon Mui doesn't get to, so he's closer to how he was as a child compared to canon Mui as well.

These are mostly during the recovery period (ft. the Yoriichibot au by corvidel on tiktok/bluesky! he's got more crossover doodles btw <333) but the twins are so silly and goofy together trust. It's not fully the same as it was when they were kids, they're more mature now, and traumatized. But they're doing a lot better,,,

In fact, during the hashira training arc, Yui's the one that suggests for Mui to loosen up and take a break which leads to everyone getting to make paper planes together! (he recovers first and arrives at Mui's training before Tanjiro does so Tanjiro and the other slayers that come after get to have a Mui that still trains them very hard but is kinder and more encouraging with his words compared to the guy that tells them you suck and will die 3 times over lmao)

They totally still shit talk people though I love these two little shits dfsgdsfgdfsdfg

Sanemi in particular is victim to this because @goldngazes and I both adore Mui and Genya's friendship in canon and in kimetsu gakuen (Yui hates both of the Shinazugawas for other reasons but they also remind him a lot of how he and Mui were like before the demon attack and it pisses him right off)

And nope! Yui never truly wanted to become a hashira, only to protect his brother. He would like to get stronger yes, but he doesn't really care for the responsibilities that come with being a hashira. Each hashira has their own region to look after, so in the event Yui were to become a hashira he might not even get to see Mui as often as he already does. And while the master might make an exception for him, he's happy with his current ranking since he already tags along with Mui on non hashira level missions.

Admittedly, after Rengoku's death he kind of spirals a little because oh god not even being a hashira is enough to guarantee survival. He feels like he *needs* to become a hashira so he can go on those high level missions to protect Muichiro. But he learns to trust in Mui more post ssv, and focuses more on growing at his own pace.

As for Kokushibo you'll just have to wait and see :]

i discovered ur acc not long ago (been lurking coz i dont use tumblr as much anymore. love the survival au sm btw) & coming from someone who begrudgingly has to deal with a faust introject, That subreddit is full of circlejerking troglodytes who're all stuck in 2018 with their "heehoo this is cringe bc i dont get it!!!" rhetoric. as annoying as it is, its funny how upset they get abt factive introjects 💀💀

Factives are a lot. Especially when it's "unsavory" individuals as well, a lot of unpacking, a lot of internalized feelings, etc etc. For example we had to basically get Øystein to stop going around with his blatant homophobic micro aggressions, because his source v obviously; grew up in the 70s-80s; and without sugar coating shit, things like my identity were (and yknow kinda still are) considered taboo etc. let alone him having to deal with the fact that is now in a DFAB/AFAB body 💀

Plus it's also a reason why he tends to go as my "idenity" because it's easier to mask as me than to deal with people being clowns and douchebags, even though he wants to be open about it bc of stubbornness/etc. I also want to say, I wish you well and luck with your guys lol. Sometimes factives aren't too hard to deal with but it's a hassle and we are currently dealing with a factive who Does Not Want to participate and actively is trying to refuse his position lmfao

People automatically assume I'm speaking on things of the "real" Øystein and it pisses us off, mostly because no one EVER seems to question or understand Factives, even those who are also systems. Not to mention people who blatantly think the amount of DID people is ridiculous. Though when you look at wildly outdated information regarding DID, even then..the percentage of diagnoses are....very high. YAYYYY okay I'm gonna like. dump a whole bunch of stuff that bestie @blackmarketjoy and I have been thinking about and working on and stick it under the cut BUT a little amuse-bouche: I'm currently workshopping a goodomens fan-minisode fic Thing that's set in the 1910s where Crowley is disguised as a live-in maid tempting Some Rich Guy into greed and financial ruin with her demonic wiles and sexy ankles, and Aziraphale is disguised as a war nurse who's been quartered in the same Fancy Rich House with some wounded soldiers under her care because you could just do that sort of thing back then. It's a liiiittle Nanny Ashtoreth/Brother Francis-esque but not quite as pre-planned. Okay that's enough to get you goin here's all the extra nonsense (as Aziraphale and Crowley are both presenting as women in this Thing, she/her pronouns will be used for both throughout):

This whole concept actually originated from a DREAM I had that included Crowley in a vintage nurse's uniform because if I am known for anything it is my ability to be happy, big, and sexually normal. My friend Mifs then was like Oh what if Aziraphale was in a vintage maid uniform lol and that festered in my mind for a while. We ended up switching the roles around because it makes more sense with the timeline (since Az would have her bookshop by this time period and typically isn't wont to leave it for too long unless there's an extenuating circumstance) and is generally more in-character for Aziraphale to have the Helping People role.

As I've said before on this blog, I think it's Easy and therefore boring to reduce Crowley's skill of "temptation" to something purely sexual, especially when she's in girlmode. This isn't to say she's completely nonsexual in this fic thing, it's more fun for me if she isn't, but she's not specifically aiming to, idk, "inspire lust" or whatever. She's merely, idk, convincing this Rich Guy to make extremely bad investments while sitting in his lap or something, AND to reveal how much of an asshole this guy is. I don't know what the hell people invested in in the 1910s but I'm sure she'd pick something absolutely disastrous. Maybe she knew about the upcoming Great Depression

Meanwhile I think Aziraphale is here by complete accident, mostly bc I think it's funny when the universe pushes them together. Also because I'm imagining some sort of "Ugh, you again. What are YOU doing here?" "ME? I'm saving LIVES. I should be asking what YOU'RE doing here, foul serpent" interaction and I love it when women argue because they want to fuck each other

This whole thing is set during the winter because that gives Lots and lots and lots of opportunities for huddling for warmth, hand-holding, dramatic fireplace lighting, etc.

^ Related to huddling for warmth, I think Aziraphale (a little bit too excitedly) offers to room up with Crowley in idk, The Help's Quarters or whatever and they end up sharing a bedroom. Hayden idk if I've told u this but in the book Crowley sleeps despite not needing to (I don't Think this is ever mentioned in the show but like if a book thing isn't directly contrasted by a show thing it's canon to me) while Aziraphale doesn't, so I'm kinda just imagining Az spends all night reading while Crowley sleeps. But since it's cold as fuck Az eventually starts to like. read in bed under the covers while Crowley spoons her "for warmth." Also I know they don't Need light to see but I keep imagining Az summoning some kind of Holy Light to read by (maybe it's just one of the little human preferences they develop over time) and Crowley bitching about how bright it is and kinda pushing her face into Az's neck or shoulder "to cover her eyes." Yuri

Going back to some of the Rich Asshole Guy stuff. I think he's like, creepy and pervy and does a lot of Leering at both Az and Crowley, but is especially bad with Crowley since like "she's leading him on" or whatever. Both the Job minisode and the Edinburgh minisode can pretty easily be described as including some kind of "lesson" (almost always for Aziraphale) and I think it'd be fun to do a version of that where unfairly GOOD things (material wealth) are given to a BAD person, rather than the standard opposite. Ultimately the story would end with Rich Asshole Guy making some kind of unwanted advance and Crowley, having successfully driven him to ruin via his own greed, takes off her glasses and shows her eyes (I imagine he's asked her repeatedly to show her eyes, yknow in a You'd Be Prettier If You Smiled sort of way) and hisses and etc., Putting The Fear Of God in him before she and Az leave. Az could, idk, smite the guy or something too he'd deserve it

I think Az is like veeeery repressed sexually, somehow even moreso in girlmode than she is in guymode, and since Crowley is being Vaguely Sexy it's just the perfect yuri storm. Hayden u already saw the snippet I wrote about this but I'll recount it here anyway: Az pulls some like weird pseudo-victim blamey stuff on Crowley like "I don't know why you're surprised that he tries to look up your skirt, I don't know what you expected, pulling it up that high" bc she's working thru some stuff okay and that's the only way she can process the fact that she notices how much leg Crowley is showing at any given time. She knows better obviously and will admit as much it's just that divinity is a performance, yknow, and she's still trying to pretend to be dedicated to that.

IIIII keep imagining something with like Az smuggling human food and Crowley smuggling human alcohol and they have a little yuri dinner in like the courtyard or something, and Crowley gets to tease Aziraphale for stealing. And then Mifs added onto it this is All their ideas but it's really good so I'm paraphrasing it here: 1) Aziraphale gets sick of eating shitty watery period-accurate Soup For The Poor and decides to finally do something about it 2) since Crowley is a maid she'd have more access to the kitchen and leftover food and etc and since Aziraphale is a nurse she'd have more access to idk wherever rich people put alcohol because it's the 1910s and medicine is fake. So it's like them stealing bits and pieces away for each other yknow... themes

I think Some Rich Guy (who needs a name I'm very open to name ideas for all these side characters) should have kids so Crowley can kinda subtly turn them against him because idk, "honor your father and mother" is a Commandment and all that and therefore not doing so is A Sin even if your dad's a dick (Aziraphale can have a little Moment about this, I love putting her through Moments). I'm imagining this less in like a proactive Nanny Ashtoreth way (Hayden I know u haven't seen the show but Crowley's purpose as Nanny Ashtoreth is to instill as much evil into the child they believe is the antichrist as possible) and more in a "purposefully turning a blind eye and letting kids 'misbehave'" sort of way.

"Why doesn't Aziraphale just miracle her soldiers' wounds better" because she wants to spend as much time with Crowley as possible and she's enjoying the maid/nurse roleplay. Obviously. (When Crowley asks her about this she lies through her teeth, of course)

Another idea from Mifs I'm just gonna stick in here: Az has some kind of crisis because one of her soldiers is getting worse and Crowley has to calm her down about it. Shoulder grabbing, face grabbing, eye contact, hand-holding, etc. Very very psychosexual for them both. Also Crowley ends up doing something to help the dying guy, filling her Niceys quota for the minisode (but she's NOT nice! She's mean and she means it!)

OH working title for this courtesy of Mifs is "Of Lace and Lacerations" which I LOVE. Currently the Google doc I write all my ideas on is called "you like kissing girls don't you"

Idk how explicitly romantic (and possibly even sexual) this Thing is going to be, like the romantic tension is obviously obviously there but idk if there'll be kissing. I need to think on how "canon-compliant" I want this all to be (as romantic tension is very canon-compliant but explicit kissing and etc. is not so much). Thanks for asking, Bel! I tried to keep things rooted in canon which… uh for obvious reasons was hard!

My first impression Related to the current president, is he going to be important? Oh, it doesn't look like it.

My impression now Felix Ravinstill is the most thematically important character in tbosas actually. That's my guy! My boy!

Favorite thing about that character Um, well, ignoring everything that I've mostly made about him (bc clearly I like that) which is nearly everything. I kind of love that Coriolanus has such little to say about it. It speaks to not knowing him despite Felix being a Ravinstill. So many different ways to interpret why that's the case, but it does help me build my case that even people who are keeping track of important players doesn’t single anything out about Felix other than his relationship to the President which adds fuel to my fire that he’s kinda isolated and may not have many close/sincere friends.

Least favorite thing I hate that I've been making him up since January. I hate that he's my favorite little guy.

Favorite line/scene

The movie's "Have you tried this lamb? It's scandalous." will always be iconic for apparently changing my life, but Felix deciding to send Dill the water using whatever sponsor money has is also interesting to me.

Favorite interaction that character has with another When he's gossiping with Dean Highbottom.

A character that I wish that character would interact with more Coriolanus Snow. I like the dynamic of weird jealousy that I've invented for them, and I can kind of see Snow's narration potentially giving credence to that in whatever we do get (but it could go either way like everything with Felix). Alternatively, I'd love for him to interact with Max (his great-uncle) but that's another guy that I basically just made up so…

An unpopular opinion about that character

This isn't really an unpopular opinion, but I think most people headcanon him as having a lot of external pressure put on him. I do think that's the case to the extent that there's external pressure put on a lot of the mentors to act and be a certain way, but I think that a lot of that for Felix is also self-imposed. Mostly, because in my head, President Ravinstill takes a "of course, my family can do whatever they want" approach to things, but has failed to communicate this to any of them.

I've been thinking a lot about healing, the past...a lot of years HDJFNF have brought a lot of trauma for me and I've realised that healing sometimes doesn't mean fixing. Sometimes healing is accepting that it happened and moving on, or accepting that something is a part of you and moving on.

Boa

Dark. He’s really…Unobservant when it comes to other people, and doesn’t always realize when he says something he shouldn’t have.

He unfortunately was the spark to the kindling of an identity crisis Ash was building in Gecko. Boa didn’t think it was a big deal and thought Gecko was just playing pretend or something. LARPing idk.

He really should’ve realized something was wrong. Nowadays they live together in a big castle with servants that work for Boa. He cares about Gecko a lot, and he tries to help him. Unfortunately, his idea of helping is keeping Gecko in the castle for as long as it takes him to figure out his shit, and being so unconditionally supportive of everything Gecko tries that Gecko is no closer to figuring his shit out.

Boa is absolutely overprotective, but he’s really bad at protecting him. As @nom-de-plume-system put it, he protects Gecko from all the wrong people and too late in protecting him from the right people.

A radiant, with glassy wings and a spear of positivity.

The wings are kind of weird bc there’s rather limited options in Heroforge. But anyways.

He’s got a fair amount of muscle; certainly more than Gecko. He’s not only stronger, but faster; though to be fair, he’s doing a lot of fighting compared to Gecko. He can’t fly with his wings; they’re mostly useless. Both they and his spear are made of radiance.

Fucking asshole. Hate him. One of many villagers that were assholes to Gecko. Thought he was hot shit, but little does he know he sure as hell ain’t.

Gecko really wanted him and his friends to like him, and tried to find a persona that they’d approve of. Unfortunately, Ash & Co really wanted to see how far they could push him with it.

He is Dead now but he’s very important to the Boyes’ backstory.

My man has some serious identity issues going on. Like, he’s been having an ongoing crisis since he was a teenager. Currently he’s in a Cute Little Shit phase, but he’s gone through several. He’s changed his name several times, but he’s finally settled on ‘Gecko’. he's the favorite of the creators and you can tell

He tends to lean towards nicer personalities, but when his identity crisis was at it’s worst, he tried some asshole-ish ones. He’s decided he does not want to be an asshole. That’s about all he knows for sure though. 

Due to all of these personalities he’s tried out, he’s a very skilled actor, even to the point of being able to, in a sense, conjure up fake emotions. He’s picked up several other skills, as well. Knitting, drawing, a lil bit of dancing, singing, baking. Jack of all trades kind of guy. He can also do 15,000 different accents.

He tends to switch personas when interacting with different people, which is most noticeable when he’s hanging out in a group and seems to sporadically change personalities depending on who he’s talking to.

A Negative spirit, no magic abilities that he knows of.

He doesn’t have much muscle, but he’s not really skinny either. Healthy amount of padding yknow. He’s stronger than he looks. He probably worked out for a while, when he was trying out some personas in the past, but he hasn’t for a while. He can run surprisingly fast in those heels of his.

Remember my TAG Sims 4 save that I’m building? Well it’s well time for an update on where I’m at! I’m having great fun populating the worlds with characters and various people’s OCs* and thought I’d show off how they’re going! I’m focusing on CAS (Create A Sim) rather than building in this save and trying to create a full world of sims! Also note that I’m planning on the gameplay beginning with a teenage Jeff, so no main characters for now. I play with aging off and age them all manually so the other characters will just stay the same age until I’m ready to interact with them.

I’ve finished three worlds; Willow Creek, Oasis Springs, and Sulani. Working on Newcrest and Henford-on-Bagley next! Today I'll show off the characters made in Willow Creek :)

*I’m only showing the TAG characters and the OCs I have made for them today, not OCs made by other people... mostly because I'm not done!! Also if you're interested in my making your Thuderbirds OCs, let me know! I have a lot of households to fill lol and they'll just hang out in the background of the game :D

Notable changes: I moved the park to the Oakenstead lot, added a second park (in Foundry Cove) and a skate park. I changed the museum into a botanical library and placed a community garden next to it. There is now an early childhood education centre and a hospital that can be visited, and I placed a gym and a museum. I did not make any of the builds, they’re all found on the gallery and then tweaked.

There are twelve households in Willow Creek, including an apartment with four families. The only townies I care about are the Goths so they’ll end up being the only non TAG characters. I found a renovated Goth Mansion and a Goth family revamped to look closer to their Sims 2 counterparts on the gallery and stuck them in there :)

Yes the glasses are on purpose :D I love the idea of Rigby being a single dad and I also aged him up a little simply because he's clearly been with the GDF for a while and it made sense to me.

Sara is Kat's older sister but they don't get on so they live in different worlds.

Cass is obviously our favourite firefighter, and so I decided to create Aiden to be her fiance and Theo to be their kid. I always imagined Cass having two boys and to be a single mum when she met iR for the first time, so I did give Aiden a couple of less desirable traits lol... I'd like to play out their story at some point so they only have Theo to start :D

Reece and Dobbs (aka our favourite space pirates/scrappers!)

I love these guys so much, they crack me up :D They're space married, don't question me on this, and they live in a tiny home with some chickens xD I might see if I can replace their current home with one that's modelled after a spaceship bc that would be fun!

Robert and Aidan Williams

Aidan is one of my favourite kid characters in the show and I love him! So cool headed even when crisis is happening and his dad is hurt :( I thought for a long time about whether I'd add in more family but then I realised the house was only two bedrooms and then I invented a story where his mum had recently passed away and him and Gordon could have some bittersweet bonding (bc Gordon stays in touch and remembers everyone obviously!!) so I decided to leave them as they were and also the smaller the household the less likely the game is to crash lol

WillowCreek also is resident to three OC families, but they are not mine so I don't want to post about them without permission :)

Anyway I hope you enjoyed the update on this!!! Someday I'll have real gameplay to share lol, but I'm having so much fun building the world up!

I do not condone harassment on any side of this, and really wish that the space disordered and traumagenic systems has created for themselves would be respected (i currently dont interact with those spaces, bc i don't believe myself to have experienced extreme enough trauma (or to be disabled enough by the plurality) to be under a DID/OSDD diagnosis.
