maddy is such a precious cat she just wormed her way under the door to my computer room to tell me it's bed time & then led me all the way to my room, put her two paws up on the edge of my bed and looked at me expectantly, and then the moment i was in under the covers she jumped up and snuggled up to me purring so loudly

now she's sniffing my blahaj while her grumpy old man of a brother is trying to sleep behind her

#not gonna lie other than practical stuff like money i think the hardest part of moving house is gonna be having to leave her ;-;#don't mind the mess on my bed #most of it is plushies #the rest is clothes #the door was closed too #like it's not a regular hinge door it's a big wooden sliding door on a rail above the frame #and i had a cushion propped in between it and the bottom of the door frame #so that if she pushed it it wouldn't bang & wake up mum #anyways it seems she's realised she can fit through the gap that creates #I've spotted her paws coming through while she's attempted it before but she's never succeeded till tonight #i saw her paws come under the door like they sometimes do so i made a mental note to go let her in when i had a second #then when i looked back she was just sitting there watching me. door was still shut lmao
