Caregiver! Captain 3 (Headcanons) + Moodboard!

Hii I've decided to make some headcanons on caregiver captain! Hehe. Things that I think captain would do if you regressed around them, so if you have an oc or just wanna insert yourself in this, go ahead! This is completely self indulgent haha. I do hope you like

Captain can be overly protective around regressors, meaning if you were to regress around them, they'd constantly watch over you like a hawk to make sure you don't accidentally hurt yourself (they just care a lot).

They tend to sometimes be strict but they can also be loose with rules depending on how they feel, but they're mostly chill. - If they were in a good mood, captain would let you stay up 1 more hour if it was bedtime to let you play. They'd also allow you eat some sweets or sugary desserts. - If they were tired or not in a good mood, they'd be a little more strict on bedtime being early. Or they would sometimes be a little strict with sweets or desserts.

They are a complete sweetheart toward you being small (even spoiling you), and sometimes can't resist saying no when you ask them something.

If they're unable to look after you, they'll have either marie or callie babysit you if they're busy doing missions or are too exhausted.

Captains enjoys watching movies when you're small all the while snuggling or cuddling with you in a blankie.

When playing video games with them regressed, they're normally very competitive, but they try not to get too competitive with you and go easy.

i don’t really have an author who i think would write something best, so i’m just going to go with my dream fic that i want to write: i want to write a gothic romance story set in either medieval or 18th century style era. no specific era because i’m not a fashion history/regency era aficionado but honestly if i were to write an original novel, that’s a rabbit hole i would go down

Woah I’m posting art! Meet Daisy Hare, my danger days/killjoy self-insert/OC!! Yeah I’ve been on a danger days fanfic brainrot moment on AO3 for the past week and a half and I had to throw my creativity somewhere! I usually clean my refs but this is more like a moodboard/info dump and whatever came to mind :)

It’s been super long since ive had fun creating something new and unrelated to my vtuber stuff!

My handwriting is wild but overall her story is that she used to work a regular office job in Battery City, alongside a coworker who at first was just a typical fake friend situation or whatever. (I didn’t read the killjoy comics and just am relying on what i found online and fanfics and the album plus guides and other ppl’s ocs haha) One day there’s a raid for supplies? And the killjoys were blasting rock music, which shook Daisy to her core (her old name b4 deserting is my irl name since shes a self insert lel) and woke her up I guess? Her coworker as well, who would later find out that ‘he’ was a ‘she’ and had to escape as well to live her truth! They both escape together and team up and kiss i guess LOL. Daisy Hare has her name because of a sexy bunny girl costume she found on a discarded pornodroid, and thought it seemed practical cus of the bodysuit thing, and funny cus of the ears! She also just likes daisies and loves stitching or patching them to her bomber jacket. I didn’t flesh out her team member yet I just know she’s a trans woman and that Daisy will support her to death and help her the best she can!!

I’m creating her buddy/love interest next, excited to keep exploring more ideas!

I think I should've figured it out around the time I had my self-insert RP character die and get revived with black angel wings, but, uh. I'm not great at self awareness.

My TF2 oc Darnell! I mostly post about her on my tf2 alt acc (haha plug moment @general-marzipan). I made her fairly recently (about 1-2 months ago), but he just gives me so much joy. Although originally made to be a self-insert character, they became their own character who has helped me learn more about myself as a person, & even find things that I actually like about myself. I love how her design is simple but still enough to differ from the engineer class, I love the little scenarios I think of with him in it cause they range from silly to serious & she also gives me so many creative ideas, something I haven't had in a while. So to sum this up, I love her I love her I love her I love her I love her!

My artfight attack for @/gearbroth's oc Star Gordon! I was super excited to see that one of my favorite artists was on Artfight this year, so I worked extra hard on the pose & overall expression of this piece so that the viewer can feel the intensity that the character is feeling in that harsh moment. I definitely experimented with different settings & textures, & I think I did pretty well considering the fact that I used a new drawing program for the piece! Overall I'm very proud of this piece & definitely want to try some harsh expressions some time again in the future!

My TF2 Scout x Reader Oneshot Fanfic! For years I've loved reading fanfics of my favorite characters, so after years of consideration, I had finally decided to write my own oneshot! I knew when writing this I wanted to write in the perspective of me being in that situation, cause I want something to be realistic yet a level of silliness that I would enjoy (I also like fictional men a lot haha). I may be a beginner at writing, but I'm pretty proud of this piece! I haven't read it in a while, but I remember staying up late to figure out how the scenes would be described, which teammates would cheer for who, what challenges would commence, how the romance would play out while also keeping the characters as close to canon as possible without making them too ooc. I tried to reference my favorite writing styles as much as possible, & I spent days thinking of different dialogue options & how the fanfic would eventually end. I could go on & on about this piece I love it so much. I'm even working on some other oneshots, so I'm glad I could start my fanfic writing off on a good note!

I haven't made a lot of stuff recently, since artblock's been kicking my butt for a while, but overall I'm quite happy with my creations & hope to bring more content in the future!

Prince Noctis, heir to the Lucian throne, and his knight, Lady Ava, were deeply in love. But when he invited her to his chamber, though eager, she did not come. He invited her yet again, waited for her, yet she did not come. On the third night, he did not invite her, but rather searched for her. He found her rushing into the depths of the dungeon, and chased after her. 

But what he saw was horrifying. He watched his lover transform into a wicked daemon before his eyes, and before he could hide, she caught sight of him. But rather than attacking him, she cried out, terrified that he found her in her demonic state. 

But he held her close, uttering words of love into her ears. That he still loved her, and wished to know of what afflicted this curse. 

This is the story of them, and their journey to cure her curse.

I‘ve just decided that I‘m going to reread all of SLWY, even though I should be going to sleep. I rarely reread anything because already knowing how the story goes makes me read very lazily and just skip through to my favorite parts, but SLWY is so good and it‘s consuming my mind way too much so I‘ll need to read it all over again. I just wish I could erase my memories so I could feel the magic I felt reading each chapter the first time. The primary reason for rereading, though, is that I‘ve noticed you‘re a very meticulous writer and seem to have everything mapped out really well, as there is so much foreshadowing and so many hints in previous chapters (which I believe you even mentioned in an ask recently), so I‘d love to pick them out while reading.

Speaking of mapping out, I‘d love to pick your brains about your writing process, especially for SLWY. What inspired the story, how did you think of the storyline, how far do you map out in advance (as I know you write the chapters after releasing the previous one), how do you imagine Daejon, aaand I‘m really curious about how you picture Y/N in your head? I‘m aware that the self-insert is for everyone to imagine themselves or whomever they like, but I wonder how it is for you. Y/N, to me, is someone who I imagine to look really soft and ethereal, petite, with a button nose, pouty lips and doll eyes, like a very cute face but a banging body to contrast it, IDEK exactly why lmao.

And again, I can‘t stop telling you what an amazing writer you are, it‘s insane. I‘ve read a lot of stories and books but your storylines and writing style might just be my favorite ✨🤍

there is a lot of foreshadowing and hints throughout since i have planned the entire story out in my head, so i make sure to keep it cohesive, and to build up on the plot i’ve established.

as for what inspired me to write slwy. the idea came to me when i was still writing only fools, and i watched a live where hyunjin mentioned that it was his dream to go to art school, and that he hopes someday it can happen (not verbatim)

then it was his vlog, where he talked about how he visits art supply stores a lot, and all of his bubble messages the following month where he would visit cafes by himself, workshops, and art classes. i remember he did a pottery(?) workshop where he crafted a blue vessel, i can’t remember the exact name…he also attends online university and quite a few subjects….and so many artistic pursuits, and he lives and views life so romantically. and, he’s so so humble, despite being so insanely popular and the contrast is so impressive.

but all of those things just made me wonder about slwy haha, because despite him being an idol, it’s amazing how he can find the time to pursue things like that, and still live out a part of his life where he wants to learn and explore art even more, on top of everything else they do. and then he mentioned about the lights in seoul reminding him of stay, and all of that together just made me want to really write a dreamy small town au where he does exactly that, along with the added aspect of falling in love haha.

as for your question about mapping it out, i have all the major plot points in my head, as well as all the significant scenes till the end of the story, but the dialogues are what i work upon while writing week by week. sometimes i get a lot of new ideas too, and i try to incorporate them into the story !!

for how i imagine daejon, i have some moodboards in my slwy masterlist, that sums it up. i imagine it as a little town by the hills, enveloped in nature, surrounded by other crafts towns, maybe with a population of less than 10K, and just with people that may prefer a very simple and slower kind of lifestyle. it also is a tourist town because of it’s beauty and landscapes, and places like the château where travellers drop by for new experiences. ive visited a lot of small towns like that, and they really inspire me.

as for yn, im so glad you asked me that! 😁 everybody has a different image in their head, and personally i don’t imagine myself but the girl i envision actually matches yours a lot ! there’s this faceclaim i have in mind for yn, i love her so much, and im excited to share it. i think it’s similar to youe description.

How did you decide on the characters?

I had 16 character names listed + one free slot and put that into random.org to pair up each prompt with a character. Random.org didn’t like my free slot, nor any of the other characters apparently.

This was such a fun project and I’m really glad I tried to participate even if I didn’t complete a single WIP in the last 100 days! I learned a lot about my personal writing style and the way things work for me which was cool.

WIPs of the Day:

Multi-Chapter Rare-Pair Idea - I started up a self-insert daydream (lol) on my walks last week that quickly turned into this perfect au for a rare-pair I really lowkey love. I’ve only read like one or two fics with the pairing but it’s solid and I dig it. But like a Multichapter?! I’m probably better off changing the characters to fit into a more popular ship, right? haha But I’ve really dug into the characters’ backstories, created a plot that gets more and more complex, and now I’m working on the Worldbuilding!!! Which is like the complete opposite of what I usually do— *see below* (This idea also features my favorite Bridgerton trope so 👀. )

The Great Line with No Plot - now as a Title and a Moodboard! …but still no plot!!! I was listening to Johnnyswim’s new song, Devestating, and it’s just got some great lyrics that fit vibe I’m going for so well. I’m tossing around a few ideas for what I want this story to be, but nothing concrete yet.

While these are two great, fresh ideas…no promises I’ll actually make any more progress on them. I keep running into these mental blocks as soon as an idea starts picking up steam. Oh, well. Anyone else thinking about continuing these posts even though the event is over?

2. Do you have a personal favorite among your OCs?

Personal favorite is often shown in the one I draw the most lol, which for a long time was Danielle LWW, but just because she was also my wolfsona at the time. After I made my own personal one I think I went onto Sam for a good while, also eventually going to Dany from Bsd!

So a tie between two beautiful girls, Sam is definitely my favorite LWW Oc, she is just precious and the one I hold the most and most always feel terrible and bad when I put her through it TM. 

Also Dany is my self insert, U//w//U, she has definitely allowed me to slowly self love and allow me to appreciate myself, especially the parts of me I didn’t think to much about or consider so appealing, I think? She has definitely been changing gradually into more of myself since I first came up with her almost 2 years ago! Watch me slowly knock her down to my height of 4′9″, let her have her 3 inches for another year maybe lol.

It is wild cause I always draw anguish between them as could-have-been-lovers-had-it-not-been-for-death, but recently been drawing them purely happy and content. Total sweethearts, the love everyone wants, excluding possibility of being old friends or not!

19. Introduce an OC that means a lot to you (and explain why)

Definitely Darkwolfmon! I am sure I explained in the first question why, but again I consider her to be that other half of me, the part of me I never discovered or the parts that essentially fill in the gaps within me. She is my precious partner Digimon and has honestly come a long, long way since I first created her. I believe sometime in 2009-2010, so almost 11-12 years since. She was the first ever OC of mine and is one I hold closest too in my heart.

For the longest time, even too now, I have always wanted her to just manifest at my side. Go on this journey of life together. While she might not be physically here like my child-self would want, she is still in my stories, my imagination, my inspirational drive. I think that is definitely more than enough, I don't know where or who I would be without having created her. I probably wouldn’t have a whole tale of OC’s and stories to tell if it wasn't for her. 

I am more than grateful and thankful that I am who I am because of this lovely Oc of mine. I can only hope to have her at my side for the rest of my days!

20. Do any of your OCs sing? If they sing, care to share more details (headcanon voice, what kind of songs they like etc)?

Most, if not all, my OC’s can sing! Their voices and tones vary, to which I cannot give a straight answer on how I headcanon most of their voices right now ^^; I will say that Danielle has a British accent to her voice as well as Spanish speak, and Sora has a Russian accent to her voice, so may be just lightly deep, but not to much.

I will definitely go with my Bsd Oc/Self Insert Danielle Mika Mason, however! Because I have gone and done a thing on how she would speak in her Japanese and English Dub! Other than me also being her voice, her Japanese VA would be Yui Ishikawa, same VA of the queen herself, Mikasa 💕 English VA would be Barrett Wilbert Weed, with an English accent, good Veronica from the Heathers! Dany is meek when it comes to her singing, she will often be caught humming and softly singing something, but quickly tends to stop around others. She is often back and forth with how she sounds and often shuts down when she hears someone she considers better than her. She just needs some encouragement and a gentle push from someone she really cares about. When she does feel the push and genuineness from someone she will sing her heart out. But of course prefers to sing for only that one special person~ can ya guess~ 🐯

31.  Pick one OC of yours and explain what their tumblr blog would be like (what they reblog, layout, anything really).

Oh boi! I literally have moodboards to add to this! I pick Samantha, or Sam! 

She would totes have a Tumblr blog, and Instagram! You always look forward to see what she post and just feel an instant calmness and warmth when you see it! She is always tagging her things appropriately, a soft and warm spring like layout that is shades of yellows, golds, orange, white; an occasional blue and teal as well! She would reblog anything of her aesthetic, golds, yellows, dance and ballet related things (may even post videos or poses of herself in practice and dance related things), cafe shops, sweets and desserts, warm night lights, cats, lots and lots of cats and felines of all shapes and sizes! Her best friend/boyfriend, Takaru always cameos in her stories and posts 💖

She would also reblog or spread awareness of any issues happening in the world, marking them and making her own voice heard as well. In spur moments, you may see her not tag things, but will likely go back to name things accordingly. She would also reblog anything of Bi Pride too!

28. Your most dangerous OC? 

Hmmm,,, my most dangerous Oc, I am taking the notion that they are just plain dangerous and likely of evil intent in their actions. Because plenty of my Oc’s on their own are dangerous in their own right, such as the Legendary Wolf Warriors, who have a great power at their paws. They can be destructive in their actions if they lose control or use it for the wrong intentions, which they wouldn't do of their free will. 

I will say Danielle and Sam are the strongest of the seven, because of their powers of Darkness and Light, respectively. Their souls created the others, so the other Warrior’s power does not match theirs. They can definitely be lethal together if used for the wrong reasons or if they are under the control of a Human or Deadly Sin.

Which leads me to say that the most dangerous of my OC’s with the worst intentions and evil thought processes that makes them dangerous is likely the Deadly Soul Sin Pride, or Mikka Penelope King/Pride as her solid name goes. 

She is definitely the most sinister of the seven sins, even worse than Wrath, who you may figure would be the worst. She has a calculating mind and is very precise in her actions and ways of manipulation. She has a poison within her veins that is just as deadly, capable of blinding others or even killing without remorse or care. While she may be a ghost like entity in my stories, a person/digimon holder in my Digimon College Au, she has enough power to influence people to fall under pride and vanity in the most dangerous level possible, heck even possess them if she wishes. That makes her stronger, as well as the other sins. Does not matter if she is dead or fades away for a while, her influence remains and if it does, than she can exist for a long as she desires.

48. OC who is a perfect cinnamon roll, too good for this world, too pure

Lol I saw cinnamon roll and instantly had a list of ocs ready, honestly any child OC I have is instantly a cinnamon roll and to good and put for this world, please treat them all kindly!

Current top Oc’s that come to mind are Haruko Mason-Nakajima, along with their nameless sister/pup! They are the sweetest babies ever and love them so much. Too good and pure, especially nameless pup with her love for tigers; she wants to grow up and be like her sibling and papa 🥺🥰  You can see the post on them here!

Next up is my precious flamey boi named Alik Azure Mizuhara! A next gen. LWW, son of Sora and Yamato! A little sightless boi with the softest heart and warmest empathy for others. Very much like his mother in likeness and pure curiosity of the world’s secrets and tales. His father worries for him a lot, but gradually learns to trust in his ability to guide himself. Don’t worry too much about him, he is very smart and knows how to care and guide himself!

Kinda stylised moodboard for my OC Ezra, whose birthday is today (October 16th)!

For those who aren't familiar with him, Ezra is a non-game-linked pre-War OC who started off as largely a self-insert, but has progressively become more and more distinct from me as he's developed. One 'inherited' feature that he has retained is his synaesthesia, which is what I was trying to represent with the little coloured letters etc everywhere.

Even though he's so disconnected from the rest of my OCs in terms of time, he's the falling domino that sets off the entire storyline (the only one whose life would have played out along roughly the same path without Ezra's involvement is Tibbs, who himself is kind of disconnected from the bunch), and so I felt he definitely deserved to have his birthday acknowledged.

On another note, I've finally decided for certain that the family's name is indeed Jensen, so I guess he got a surname as his birthday present haha.

Fandoms You Write for: For The 100 and Stranger Things! Balancing the two is really tricky sometimes for me and I definitely will sway in which one is more inspiring to me at a time. But I like that they feel different so I can create different stories depending on what feels right.

How do you choose your titles: Usually song lyrics, occasionally a phrase or a pun. I hate titles like ugh fuck them. It’s difficult enough to write the damn fic.

Do you outline: Sort of! I usually will write out the bit that’s initially inspired me, and then I’ll do a rough outline structuring the story or figuring out what the rest of it is. And then I go from there! I want to get better at planning ahead though.

Complete number of stories: 32 complete!! To be fair most of them are one shots asklfjdsl.

In progress: 2 discontinued fics, 3 WIP on AO3, and then 5 drafts that I haven’t finished/posted yet.

Do you accept prompts: I used to! I didn’t really stop but people also stopped sending them haha. But I wouldn’t ever promise to fill them anymore like I used to because I’ve been pretty burned out in general. I’m not opposed to ideas though and sometimes they help jumpstart a fic so my inbox is always open! Just no more guarantees.

Upcoming Story you are most excited about: WELL the one I’m most excited about, and the one that has the least done, is a Bellarke, slow burn, cosmic horror AU. The fandom wiki, details and references, but not sure it's for getting art references or anything, just the joy of hoarding it and knowing everything! He would 100% read every x reader he can find and sometime cringe at the mischaracterization! He cries when there it's angsty and will mope a little if it somehow involve my death/me getting hurt/me doing something immoral I wouldn't do.

6. Does your f/o have a selfship wedding with you? Do they celebrate it on their blog or more privately, with their fellow selfshipper friends? Do they make any content (like art, fics, etc) to celebrate?

OH NO IDEA??? Probably!!! Seems like something he would do! I am divided between public or not but... Maybe a very public announcement but the wedding is with his friends(the barto club, who would be hardcore into my media as well lol)

No shame, regular fandom tag! He tries to be very creative and poetic but fail and goes nevermind. He uses my name or a petname!

I have no idea what my source would be(I could see a fantastic or sci fi cartoon haha), but anyway every time I'm mentioned/on screen he screams and fanboy. It becomes almost incoherent because he cries. Yes not only in sad scenes, sometime he just needs to cry because I'm on screen dbdbd

Hahaha his whole room is covered are you kidding?? In canon he formed a whole crew as a fanclub for Luffy after meeting him ONCE. He has plushes and all official merches and probably a cosplay.

Yeah that's Barto, he has 1341 pics of me(which is weak. Just for All Might I have more than 2600 only in the phone gallery). He chose those lovecore edits as his background, I could see it... or those flowercrown edits. Canon pics... Or maybe a fanart of us getting married that he commissioned???

I’m gonna go with the main character Iris!

1. What was the first element of your OC that you remember considering (name, appearance, backstory, etc.)?

Her backstory and name came to me first! Though both have seen a lot of change over the years. Her name was originally Belle, but a cousin of mine named her kid that so I had to change it. The original backstory for her was space pirates! But that’s been changed more to space smugglers as the world building for that is wonderful but expansive and would detract from the actual plot arc.

2. Did you design them with any other characters/OCs from their universe in mind?

Noope she was an original. 

3. How did you choose their name?

I wanted to keep it a bit feminine. And Iris is a beautiful name (as well as one of my favorite flowers haha)

4. In developing their backstory, what elements of the world they live in played the most influential parts?

That Artificial Intelligence has been outlawed across the Galaxy. Also, that traveling between planets and solar systems is remarkably easy. 

5. Is there any significance behind their hair colour?

Nope. She started out as a blonde and is now a brunette.

6. Is there any significance behind their eye colour?

Nope. Similar to 5 she started with blue eyes and now has brown.

7. Is there any significance behind their height?

Physical description wasn’t something I’m crazy specific about. I have a bad habit of glossing over character descriptions when I’m reading so *shrug*

8. What (if anything) do you relate to within their character/story?

9. Are they based off of you, in some way?

...I can neither confirm nor deny...

10. Did you know what the OC’s sexuality would be at the time of their creation?

Nah. When I first started I had every intention of avoiding romance with her. There was the possibility of working with a contentious ex-boyfriend. But then I had read a couple novels where the main female character was obviously in love with her female best friend and yet ended up with some bland dude and I got mad. So here we are!

11. What have you found to be most difficult about creating art for your OC (any form of art: Writing, drawing, edits, etc.)?

lmao I wish I could draw. I’m finally getting somewhat of a handle on moodboards though which is awesome!

12. How far past the canon events that take place in their world have you extended their story, if at all?

I’ve extended a bit as far as the specific planet of Kalindor goes. But not much with this particular character.

13. If you had to narrow it down to 2 things that you MUST keep in mind while working with your OC, what would those things be?

I need to draw more on her anger, as well as her determination/determination to make her own decisions not just go with the flow.

14. What is something about your OC that can make you laugh?

She’s sarcastic as fuck (basically all my characters are whoops). She can be such a snot during tense situations it’s a good time.

15. What is something about your OC can make you cry?

Her past and continued struggle to live out her dreams. It hits a little too close to home.

16. Is there some element you regret adding to your OC or their story?

Not really. I don’t have much of a problem going back and adding or removing things as needed to make her a well rounded character.

17. What is the most recent thing you’ve discovered about your OC?

She’s a little bit psychic. Her mother was a Seer and she inherited more of that gift that I initially thought.

18. What is your favourite fact about your OC?

Her psychic abilities probably
