Oscar Piastri:

When you and Oscar first meet in a Café in Australia, it's because he tripped on his own feet when he first saw you, and spilled his coffee all over you.

He then spent over an hour talking about anything he could think of with you, just to keep you at that table with him; to be able to keep looking in your eyes.

Your future meetings went a lot like this too, Oscar taking you to new restaurants, or movie theaters, everytime doing extensive research to make sure that your experience would be exactly the same as his. If there was ever a hint of ableism, he would be ready to fight tooth and nail for you, or just go home if that's what you'd prefer.

When you first meet his family, you were delighted to see that they had a newly installed ramp to ensure that you would be able to enter their house and join them for dinner, Oscar and his mom having moved all the furniture to also give you a clear path throughout the house.

After many months of dating, you and Oscar decided that it was time to come out to the public as well, with no better place to do it than Oscar's home race. Oscar was in a frenzy, trying to make sure that all the entrances and exits in McLaren were accessible, and that you would be comfortable.

Carlos Sainz:

When you and Carlos first met through a mutual friend, he was so determined to score a date with you, that he spent the entire time ignoring your friends, focused on you. He offered to push your chair when you got ice cream so that you could eat while moving with the group, he went along the ramps with you even while others took the stairs, and always defaulted to talking with you every second of the day.

You soon learned that Carlos was always like this. Even one on one, he was as aware of your needs as his own. As he toured you around Madrid, you noticed that all the places you went were accessible, and welcoming.

When you met his family, they treated you like his past girlfriends, they paid no mind to the fact that you were a guy, or your disability, they simply welcomed you in, and fed you. You had a feeling Carlos gave them a talk on how to act beforehand, but nonetheless his family welcomed you in with open arms.

The two of you decided to come out at a Real Madrid game, where neither of you had pressure to perform or work, and could just enjoy yourselves in a public event. Pictures circulated endlessly of Carlos looking live-struck at you while you watched the game, and of both of your hands interlinked between the seats.

Charles Leclerc:

When Charles learned he was going to have a new engineer, he wasn't overjoyed. When he learned it was going to be you, he suddenly and unexplainably found a new pep in his step. During preseason testing, when he first had your voice in his ear, he found you a touch distracting. Your calm soothing voice made him want to curl up in your lap, not drive! Charles' sub par performance attracted Ferarri's attention, who then told him to spend more time with you outside of work, to try and get a bond going.

When the two of you came back a few days later, Charles followed your directions much better, it seems like he may have gotten some practice in...

When it comes to dates, Charlie much prefers to stay in with you, staying curled up with you in bed, or laying in the couch watching movies. He basically sees work as dates too, so when possible, he'll prioritize nights in. No need to worry about accessibility, or outfits, or reservations, just cuddles.

When you met Charles' mom, she instantly fell in love with you as well. She began chiding Charles for not bringing 'a gentleman like this' over sooner, and piled her homemade dishes onto your plate.

The two of you came out at Charles' home grand prix, kissing as you entered the paddock, and as Charles entered the car. There was some backlash as people weren't the biggest fans of Charles dating his coworker, or a man, or a disabled man... but Charles didn't have a shit about that and had to be sternly talked to by multiple PR officers to not curse out a ton of people online.

I have seen one theory of the reason why wildberry gem matches snapdragon is that it’s the very same gem that once belong to Snapdrgaons bio parent. I’m not sure how that would work timeline wise I’m not even sure how wildberry got his gauntlet

It could also be the flower symbol is just a pretty common symbol and considering the hollyberry kingdom is filled with flowers and Berries I wouldn’t be surprised

Another maybe fun idea is that a flower dragon used to claim/live in the Hollyberry region back during the dragon era but then died

Also I’ve loved reading your fics and have really fueled my Hollytaya/snapdragon headcanons like

-when snapdragon found that FAT Pitaya plush their eyes went wide and wouldn’t let go of it

-Pitaya was a bit afraid that if they introduced Snapdragon to Lotus, lotus would attempt to steal them. However Pitaya felt it was only right to let Lotus know they weren’t the last anymore. Lotus was very happy and a bit somber seeing Snapdragon and both Pitaya and Lotus agreed to have some play dates between Snapdragon and Pond Dino

-Ever since Snapdragon has hatched more flowers have grown in the dragon valley and their surprisingly heat resistant

-Snapdragon has kind of unofficially been adopted into the royal family

-when Pitaya and Snapdragon sleep either in cookie or dragon forms Pitaya cradles/surrounds Snapdragon in their claws/arms subconsciously because of an instinct fear of their hatchling being taken

-Pitaya once coming back to dragon city gathered Snapdragon shell and added it to their horde

-Pitaya once’s witness Hollyberry cradling Snapdragon and felt interesting feelings

- Pitaya once casually while meeting Ananas and Lotus “Oh yeah I have a mate” they both snapped their necks so fast when they turned to Pitaya

oooh so much to respond to!!! let me go (mostly) in order

I think the gem in his gauntlet being from another dragon would be so cool. we know dragons are a recurrent problem in the Hollyberry Kingdom and have been attacking it for a long time, not just Pitaya Dragon, so it's totally feasible that Snapdragon's mother could have attacked the kingdom sometime in the past, especially since it's not far from the Dragon City where Snapdragon's egg was. we know from Pitaya Dragon's deal with White Lily as the Dragonsworn from thousands of years ago that Hollyberry (and the other Ancients), and their kingdoms by extension, are very old, and Snapdragon's egg has laid dormant for a long time (I think a few generations but I'm not totally sure), so it would be pretty feasible for Snapdragon's mother to have attacked it in the past and left some kind of jewel behind. it's impossible to tell, and I think it's one of those lore things that we'll never get an answer to (but I wish we would!!). it's also possible it's just a common flower symbol, especially in the kingdom, and Wildberry's gauntlet just needed some decor

these headcanons are sooooo cute. I think Snapdragon's familial relationship with Pitaya has so much potential to show a side of Pitaya that no one would expect. we've seen in Ovenbreak that they…don't seem fond of Pond Dino?? I don't know if that's the right word, but something like that. I don't think Pitaya is around kids/hatchlings too often, which could be it. I think the circumstances of their meeting + Snapdragon's very early strength played a big role in their closeness. Snapdragon wanting a Pitaya plush and becoming attached to it is such a cute concept, I love it. I think Pitaya would be surprised at how much they like it, but they won't object. they definitely want to protect Snapdragon, whether they'll openly admit it or not, so them keeping them close in their sleep makes sense. I love that there are just reminders of Snapdragon everywhere after a while—their eggshell, the flowers in the valley, all that. a reminder of how things have changed and how much they've changed too. Hollyberry loves Snapdragon and is more than happy to bring them around her family, though they're understandably hesitant to a point. Snapdragon is so charming that it's hard to hate them

separate bullet point to discuss the other dragons. I don't think there's any question in Pitaya's mind about telling Lotus about Snapdragon. there's some hesitance, sure, but it's because that would require spending a prolonged amount of time with the dragons lmao but they know how Lotus feels about being the last Flower Dragon, and. they know Lotus would want to know. and they're thrilled when Pitaya and Snapdragon visit, and Lotus meets Snapdragon for the first time. it's a bittersweet feeling, after all Lotus has lost but a reminder that it's not all gone. Pond Dino is also fond of having someone their age, so they enjoy playing. it's possibly during one of these playdates (with Ananas Dragon also in attendance, if only to see the other dragons for a bit) when Pitaya very casually mentions having a mate. they're both watching the hatchlings play, and they look at Pitaya so quickly that their heads spin. I don't think the other dragons think Pitaya has it in them to have a mate at all, so they're very surprised. they eventually meet Hollyberry herself and very quickly see what Pitaya sees in her. she's a formidable foe, which Pitaya values in anyone. I think things would be. weird, I guess? at first?? they don't necessarily want to protect Pitaya (they don't need it), but not just any Cookie can be a dragon's mate and be liked by the other dragons. but eventually the other dragons like Hollyberry a lot

Writing Notes: Biography

Biography - A detailed third person account of another person’s life story.

Contains basic information about the subject’s life—like their place of birth, education, and interests.

May also chronicle relationships with family members, as well as major events in the subject’s childhood and how those influenced their upbringing.

Details the various accomplishments and life events of a real person, but it’s more than facts and figures—it comes to life with great stories told from beginning to middle to end.

Tips on How to Write a Biography

To write the story of a person’s life, you need to know more than just the basic facts. A good biography delves into what is really interesting about a person’s life—noteworthy achievements, moments of adversity, and major turning points. The best biography can encapsulate a subject’s entire life in an engaging way and provide enough personal details to give the reader an intimate look at their character. If you’re interested in writing a biography, the following steps can get you started:

Get permission. Once you’ve chosen the subject of the biography, seek permission to write about their life. While in some cases it may not be necessary (like if the subject is a public figure or deceased), getting permission will make the research portion of your writing process much easier. If the subject is willing to be biographied, they may provide significant details about their own story up front that will help make your writing about them more compelling.

Do your research. Regardless of how much you know about your subject, an extensive amount of research is necessary to paint a thorough picture of this person. If they’re a historical figure, include information about the time period they lived in and how it affected the way they lived their life. Primary sources are firsthand accounts of your subject’s life and tend to be the most reliable sources. These can include journal entries, emails, interviews, or memoirs. A primary source can also be any other information the subject has provided, such as a personal website, Twitter bio, social media account or professional bio. Secondary sources, like magazines or documentaries, can also be used if the information is proven accurate.

Visit significant places in their life. A place, whether that’s a city, a rural house, or a bodhi tree, can carry a particular energy that you can only truly experience by being there. In putting the pieces together about someone’s life, it may be useful to go visit where they grew up, or where other significant events of their lives happened. It will be easier to imagine what they experienced, and better tell their story.

Form your thesis. Your first paragraph or chapter should inform the reader what they will learn about this person from this biography. A thesis makes a declaration about the biographee which the rest of the biography will provide relevant information to support.

Choose your focus. Knowing how you'd like to divide the story and what points you'd like to discuss will help you determine what information is most important. For example, if the focus of your biography is on someone's service in a war, then you wouldn't need to spend a lot of time on their early career as a salesman, unless that had an impact on their actions during the war.

Make a timeline. A biography usually structures the main points of a person’s life in chronological order. Knowing the order of key events before you start writing can save you the hassle of having to reorganize your whole story later.

Use flashbacks. While writing the text of your biography, you may want to intercut between an experience from your subject’s adult life and one from their high school days. Using flashbacks allows the author to introduce relevant past information to the reader without bogging them down with paragraphs of background exposition.

Include your thoughts. A biography isn’t just a transaction of facts. A biographer can share their own feelings and opinions on their subject’s life. If the subject did something noteworthy, the author may include why they feel that moment was significant, how it was affected by the time period, and what it meant for society as a whole. This will support why this person deserves to be written about and keep the audience reading from the first sentence to the last.

Consider your audience. The key to writing a great biography is really found within this idea: choose facts that are both relevant and interesting to your audience. In order to do this, you should consider why the biography is needed and who will be reading it, then focus on those areas of the person's life that the audience will likely want to know about.

Get feedback and polish the text. If you’re going to publish your own biography, you’ll have to polish it to professional standards. After leaving your work to rest for a while, look at it with fresh eyes and edit your own manuscript eliminating passive voice, filler words, and redundant adverbs. Then, have a professional editor give you a general assessment. They’ll look at the structure and shape of your manuscript and tell you which parts need to be expanded on or cut. As someone who edited and commissioned several biographies, Tom Bromley points out that a professional “will look at the sources used and assess whether they back up the points made, or if more are needed. They would also look for context, and whether or not more background information is needed for the reader to understand the story fully. And they might check your facts, too.” Importantly, make sure to include a bibliography with a list of all the interviews, documents, and sources used in the writing process. You’ll have to compile it according to a manual of style.

Some basic facts about the person:

date and place of birth (and death, if applicable)

current location of residence

educational background

professional experience

area of expertise

major achievements

These elements don’t all have to be included in every bio. Consider what makes the most sense in light of the story of the person the bio is about and the purpose for which the bio is being created. Use that information to determine what parts of a biography need to be included.

In-Depth Information. A few key components you may want to include in a longer biography are:

birth and childhood - Providing details about the time and place someone was raised will give your readers historical context.

adult life - The majority of your biography is probably going to focus on the subject's adult life, when significant events started to unfold. Focus on notable events, such as the start of a relationship, a dramatic life change or another major turning point.

death - If the subject of your story is deceased, you'll probably want to cover the events that unfolded before their passing. What legacy did they leave behind?

interesting facts or anecdotes - Share interesting stories about the individual’s life story, selecting things that will be engaging to readers or particularly relevant to the purpose for which the biography is being written

quotes about the person - If the person has been the subject of articles, books or news stories, consider working in a few quotes illustrating what others have said about the individual.

photograph of the person - Include a photo of the person.

Writing for an Unknown Audience. Of course, you won't always know who your target audience is — if you're writing a book, for example, you can't always tell who will read it. In these cases, it's safe to assume that those who will read the biography are interested in the person, and that's why they're reading.

In such a situation, a good approach is to focus primarily on what makes this person special, and target your research accordingly.

A biography about someone who achieved a great scientific discovery may focus on the person's education and early experiments that led to the great discovery.

It may also talk about how the discovery impacted the person’s life, the lives of others, or the individual’s profession or field of study.

These are the things that people reading about the subject are probably interested in learning.

Even though I'm sad Apollo leaves at the end of the series, I'm in the boat that it's a good thing for a non-conventional reason: this would be the only way to salvage Apollo's relationship with Phoenix. I don't mean in a shipping way, insteasd, as a genuine I believe Apollo would completely cut Phoenix out of his life if he was local once the Thalassa reveal happens.

Being manipulated and used by Phoenix even for ultimately good ends is enough strain, but to reveal he knew during the entirety of their acquaintance that Apollo and Trucy are siblings, and then That Their Mom is Alive? And that he knew and didn't tell either of them? I think Apollo would burst and leave. He'd never abandon Trucy but it would be the death of his relationship with Phoenix. With distance he can come to terms with his feelings but it'd be like a bomb waiting to detonate for a long time.

Like, I completely understand Thalassa taking time after regaining her eyesight and memories but viewing from Apollo's life, every month further from the eye surgery feels like a further height to fall. I erased it but I wrote like two paragraphs on Apollo's life and relationships with figures he's trusted on his life and how they've failed but the end point is Apollo has been burned too many times and Phoenix is already a repeat offender.

And this isn't even reaching Trucy!! I love Trucy and I deeply admire her depths (like her barely reacting to the reveal of her bio father's death)and knowing how smart she is, she probably already pieced together the Apollo half brother reveal but is playing mum cause she enjoys the sibling relationship that happened organically before she realized the truth (a magician never reveals her secrets!). And Trucy is chill with so much of what Phoenix's secret missions cause (in my head) that feels more collaborative and being in cahoots then being left behind again, so that the reveal her Daddy was hiding something so huge as her Mother!? Being alive!? Would shift their relationship too. Trucy is a pro at masking her emotions so the facade will seem fine but her trust is broken!! And don't get me started on Trucy's ruthlessness. I sincerely believe if the initial Thalassa encounter goes poorly and Apollo doesn't want anything to do with her, Trucy would just clean cut Thalassa out of her life. Trucy knows how to keep dancing, and even if Thalassa was part of her life once, she's come to terms with her being gone once already and left her family behind and Apollo is currently in her life.

So yeah it's good Apollo isn't there. (I think waaaay too much about Trucy as someone with similar life experiences and by extension Apollo. I know how ugly the claws are into the things in reach)

"An inventor’s ‘pollution sponge’ won a top innovation prize

A British scientist, Jane Pearce, was lauded this week for her work tackling the so-called ‘phosphogeddon’ blighting UK waterways.

Phosphorus is a finite natural resource that’s used in fertiliser, but runoff from farmland combined with phosphate-laden sewage discharges are feeding algal blooms, which smother aquatic life on rivers such as the Wye.

Now the brains behind Somerset-based Rookwood Operations say they’ve come up with a solution: a unique Phosphate Removal Material (PRM), which acts like a sponge and sucks up the chemical from lakes and rivers.

Made entirely from organic materials, the PRM can then be transferred to farmland to feed crops, they say.

Rookwood CEO Jane Pearce (pictured) this week bagged a £75,000 Innovate UK Women in Innovation Award for her invention. “There are some incredible companies and women doing fantastic things on the winners’ list – to be recognised among them is amazing,” Pearce told Positive News. “We’re really excited for the next year and beyond.”

She added that preliminary, independent trials had shown early promise. Her invention will undergo more extensive testing with a local water company in the coming months, and she hopes to bring it to market in 2026."

SharpMarch 2025 Day 1: Patronus

I watched Aesop circle the room, eyeing up the students who had agreed to come. He glanced at me before climbing up onto the platform in my classroom.

“as I’m sure you know, there will be more dementors around Hogwarts and its grounds as the weeks go on. This is largely due to the attacks in hogsmeade. Although you didn’t hear that from us.” He started. Some of the students chuckled as I joined him on the platform. “These classes will be to help you learn to defend yourself better.”

“from both mortal and…let’s say corporeal attacks.” I added. “A dementor cannot differentiate between good and bad. A threat is a threat. And while they only attack when provoked, there is no guarantee they will not turn on you should you end up caught in the middle of something.” Aesop nodded.

“The patronus charm is a particularly difficult charm to master. But given time and practice, even the weakest patronus will protect you from harm.” He said. “Does anyone know the incantation?” The students looked at each other, confusion clear on their faces.

“that’s alright.” I said. “We don’t expect you to know it on your time. Nor do we expect you to be able to produce the charm the first time either.” I looked at Aesop who nodded in agreement.

“the incantation is expecto patronum.” He said. The students repeated it back. He nodded with a smile. “Good. But with this charm speaking the words aren’t enough.”

“you need to think of your happiest moment. Any memory where you are incredibly happy. The happiest you have ever been.” I said. “A trifling moment of joy is not going to do anything.” I looked over the crowd making sure to make eye contact with everyone. “I mean it. The happiest you have ever felt.” Aesop looked at me, his eyes softening for a moment before he turned back towards the students.

“some of you might be able to produce a full patronus. It takes the shape of an animal. There usually is no rhyme or reason to it.” Aesop said, glancing at me. “And over time, a patronus can change. For any number of reasons.” I smiled softly before pulling out my wand. Aesop pulled his out as well and we took a step towards each other. Our backs hit each other as we prepared to cast the charm.

“they’re going to talk.” I whispered. Aesop chuckled.

“as if they don’t already.” He shot back. I shrugged as I glanced over my shoulder. “Ready?” I nodded.

“expecto patronum.” We both said, making the movement with our wands. Two silvery nifflers appeared, zooming around the room before coming to a rest at our feet. The students awed as they watched the nifflers play with each other.

"My patronus was originally a Thestral." I said, glancing at Aesop before my niffler moved to nudge against my foot. "A few months ago, my patronus changed to this niffler here." My niffler seemed to notice the students and shuffled to the edge of the platform. "Ah ah." I warned, trying to hide my laugh when the students gasped when the patronus listened to me with a pout. Aesop chuckled before I shot him a look. He covered it with a cough before his niffler drew the attention of mine again.

"I am going to warn you now." He said, voice stern. "If you decide to start any rumors based off this, house points will be deducted accordingly." Aesop shot me a look as I smiled at him. "Also, I know there are a number of you that are...romantically involved. Do not expect your patronus to match that of your partner. Over time, it may. But do not expect it."

"It may never change." I added. "So do not think too much on what you get. Remember the patronus is an extension of your inner most thoughts and feelings. It is an extension of you. Down to the finest detail. There are no mistakes when it comes to a patronus." I looked pointedly at Sebastian. “No mistakes.” Aesop chuckled next to me. “Now pair up and get to practicing.” The students hurried to find a partner as Aesop turned to me.

“well put.” He said, offering me his hand as we made our way off the platform. “Now let’s see how many of them listened.”

“I think more of them were paying attention than you think.” I squeezed his hand and winked at him before immediately running off. “Mr. Shallow! We do not burn off our partners eyebrows!”

Sofia Madrigal Prepon Headcanons;

Her full name is Sofia Azucena Madrigal Prepon.

She is 15 years old by d3.

Her birthday is January 1st and she was born at midnight while her twin sister was born on December 31st at O’clock. Meaning that they technically have different birthdays despite being born only four hours apart.

Sofia is the younger twin of Amelia, the older half sister of Carlos, and the adoptive sister of Hugo and José.

She is the biological daughter of Yanamaria Earlene Maldonado Amaya and Mentiroso Diego Esposito Sosa but neither she nor her twin sister talk to either of them, and she never will. She much prefers her adoptive parents, Camilo Madrigal and Mina Prepon.

Between the twins and Carlos, Sofia is the one who misses their biological mother the most. Though given how things ended with her mother, that is not exactly a good thing.

The fact that her mother thought of her as a monster has greatly affected Sofia's mental health and confidence.

Camilo has been in her life since before she was even born and married her mom (his first wife) when she was just two months old.

She has a slightly lighter skin tone than her bio mother—Yanamaria—with a pointy nose, dark brown (almost black, now) eyes, a pointed chin, and long, straight, dark brown hair with choppy (almost uneven) bangs.

After Sofia got her gift her looks changed ever so slightly—making her taller than Amelia, her teeth sharper, her nails longer/sharper, and her more gaunt-looking. It also changed her aura, making her come off as much more dangerous/creepy than she is when in reality she’s mostly harmless.

This is one of the many things Sofia is insecure about.

She is a student at Auradon Prep—and the only reason she likes going there is because it means she gets to spend time with her boyfriend, Prince Diego of Cordoba.

She’s not very popular at Auradon Prep: most people there don’t even know she exists and the ones who do? Well, most of them don’t like her or are scared of her. Or both.

She’s a member of the Art Club and Sewing Club.

Sofia has always wanted to be a taxidermist, a forensic anthropologist, coroner, or an archaeologist when she grew up: those are her dream jobs. Her ideal work.

She has the gift of nightmare Manipulation and Animation which is the opposite of Amelia’s gift.

Sofia has fewer nicknames than her twin, Amelia, does. The most notable of which are Sof, Fia, Angel, So, So-So, Sia, Fifi, Sofy, and Soph-Bear.

There’s also ‘Amelia’s twin’ but she doesn’t answer to that for obvious reasons.

Unlike Amelia, Sofia does not like her gift and does her best to use it as little as possible. Something that she wishes her twin could try to understand and respect more often. She doesn’t understand why Amelia struggles to understand why she wouldn’t like her gift—she thinks it’s pretty clear why one would hate the ‘gift’ she has.

And though Sofia would absolutely never say it she does resent the miracle and Pedro for giving this gift to her, and by extension, she somewhat resents Amelia for getting the better gift.

The brunette has been described as socially awkward, shy/quiet/introverted, paranoid, anxious, moody/emotional, clingy, insecure, pitiful, fearful, sullen, and odd as well as weak willed. But she is also frugal, hardworking, curious, cautious, friendly, even tempered, well behaved, soft spoken, and wouldn’t hurt a fly.

She has also been shown to be willing to take abuse if it means getting to have a friend: something that her family is aware of and always hyper aware of when meeting new friends of hers.

Sofia has been made the scapegoat by people outside of her family more than once: something that has made her fearful, anxious, and bitter due to the ill-treatment she’s received based on nothing more than her gift.

Though Sofia doesn’t particularly like attending Auradon Prep, that doesn’t mean that she hasn’t made any friends. In fact, she has a decent amount including but not limited to: Sleepy Bergmann Jr, Baren Hood, Gesundheit Bergmann, and Crabby Bergmann.

She also used to be friends with Scarlet and Carter Bluefairy-Carmelo but that is no longer the case due to her not liking the way they reacted to the news that the vks were coming to Auradon. Though it should be noted that unlike previous friends of hers, they were never mean to her or violent with her.

Sofia has trouble saying no to people and has even worse trouble when it comes to standing up for herself. Though luckily for her, the rest of her immediate family and several of her extended family are more than willing to do so for her if it’s needed. Especially Amelia.

The twins are inseparable despite their differences and would do anything for one another, and have done so.

Such as on one memorable occasion where Sofia hid a ton of bugs in one very persistent boy’s locker after he refused to believe that Amelia wasn’t straight, and kept pursuing her.

Or the time a few homophobes had nightmares for weeks after harassing Amelia to the point of tears not long after she and Rosana started dating until they confessed to what they’d done.

Sofia rarely converses with anyone outside of her friends and family.

She collects bugs/insects and has cases to store them. She also has a soft spot for nature's outcasts and sympathizes with them quite a bit.

Sofia prefers rock n' roll, rap, screamo, and heavy metal while Amelia is a bigger fan of pop, high hop, country, and classical—though some of their favorite songs overlap with one another's musical tastes.

They both like dancing and singing but different kinds.

Amelia finds the talking taxidermy animals in the house creepy while Sofia finds them calming, charming, and sees them as friends.

People tend to prefer Amelia over Sofia—which bothers Amelia a lot more than it bothers Sofia (that isn’t to say it doesn’t bother her at all).

Between her grandparents Amelia is closest to Félix because she finds him less intimidating than Pepa, though she does also like spending time with her grandma just as much.

Between her parents, she is closest to Mina because she loves the fact that she can tell her and Amelia apart.

Between her aunts and uncles, she is the closest to Dolores because she can easily hide away with her without anyone trying to talk to her and because her aunt doesn’t like people that much either.

Her favorite out of her dad's cousins is Luisa because she finds her to be lovely, understanding, and fun—and because she doesn’t try and make her come out of her shell.

Out of her siblings, she's the closest to Hugo because he’s just as shy and quiet as her, and Amelia because they’re best friends.

Out of her cousins, she is the closest to Fuega, Cyriacus, Rory, and Oscar.

Sofia was pleasantly surprised and overjoyed that her Bisabuela Alma approves of Diego: something that none of her siblings or cousins have teased her for because they all know how important it was to her.

Sofia has a pet vulture named Sweeney who is known for biting people.

Her best classes are Biology, Math, and Life Skills Without Magic but her absolute favorite class is Art.

Her worst classes are Heritage and History, Physiology, and Smiling but her absolute least favorite class is Chemistry.

Her favorite foods are Coconut Seafood Chowder, Chip’s Grilled Cheese (Grilled Cheese With A Tomato Slice), Escargot, and Pineapple, Sardine, Onion, Green Pepler, & Artichoke Pizza.

A food she absolutely cannot stand is Eggs Florentine.

Her favorite drinks are Root Beer, Ice Tea, and Strawberry Milk.

Her favorite snacks are Savory Sandy Cookies, Chocolate Pretzels, and Beef Jerky.

Her favorite desserts are Glowing Caramel with Fresh Cheese, Pear Tarts, and Chocolate Cobblers.

Her favorite school event is Field Day because she can spend it with her friends. Though Pasta Mondays are also fun and Diego always tries to make them special for her.

Her favorite business in Auradon is ‘Jack Skellington’s Spooktacular Haunted House’: though Dr. Facilier's shop and Arcade become a close second and third once the barrier is brought down.

Her favorite radio station is ‘Doomed Isle Tunes’, which Casita showed her when she was little.

Sofia is camera shy and gets stage fright easily, hence why she wasn’t on ‘Toddlers Without Tiaras’ with her sister.

Sofia can play the xylophone and the organ.

Sofia doesn’t like to be touched but can be very affectionate with her family and friends regardless.

She's also not very squeamish and absolutely loves horror stories, comics, and movies.

Her best friend, aside from Amelia of course, is Gesundheit Bergmann.

Sofia is surprisingly good at saying tongue twisters—something even Amelia isn’t good at.

Sofia does well at school and wishes people would acknowledge that more than they do her gift or that people would at least acknowledge the stuff she’s good at, other than the stuff she can’t do or her gift.

While she loves her sister, it does get annoying being compared to Amelia all the time even if her family and friends never do it.

It also gets annoying having people ask where Amelia is whenever they see the two of them apart because while they do spend a lot of time together, they aren’t always together. Even if they are nearly inseparable.

If she wasn't afraid of making people angry with her, she would rightfully point out that people shouldn't be so surprised given how much they hate her and exclude her from things they invite her sister to.

Sofia borrows/steals her boyfriend’s hoodies often (though it should be noted she never takes his favorite ones and always returns them washed).

While Amelia volunteers/occasionally works at Isabela’s Greenhouse and her and Bubo’s Oddities shop, Sofia prefers working/volunteering at the Encanto Animal Sanctuary that their uncle, Antonio, runs with Luisa and Ryder. She enjoys helping with the animals and being able to give them comfort.

Though that doesn’t mean she never helps out at Isabela’s greenhouse and shop. She does—she just usually sticks to helping with the more…odd… plants their father’s prima makes.

Amelia has both a latex allergy and an avocado allergy, while Sofia does not.

Sofia does better in Biology, Math, and Life Skills Without Magic than Amelia does.

Sofia knows about Amelia’s Atelophobia, Autophobia, and Kinemortophobia, and is trying to help her sister slowly overcome them so she has a more healthy fear of them.

Though Sofia has Autophobia too. She also has Athazagoraphobia and is afraid of being hurt by others.

This fear has made her hesitate when it comes to making decisions.

Never ask what she likes about Diego because she’ll become a mumbling mess and sputter about how she can’t just pick one thing because he’s such a great friend, person, boyfriend, etc (according to Carlos, anyway).

Sofia and Diego can often be found together with or without Rosana, Amelia, and their other friends—you can usually find them having lunch together under the bleachers.

She has a lot of nervous habits including fidgeting, playing with her hair, lip biting, scratching, and nail biting.

Sofia can't stand Annabelle Scorfano for the exact reasons as Amelia. She thinks the girl is a snake and if it wasn't for the fact Tito would get upset if she did, Sofia would hit her.

Sofia's first word was ‘Lo siento’: said to Tito after she accidentally knocked him over.

Between Amelia and Sofia, Sofia was the first to walk. She was also the first to talk.

Sofia was the less colicky of the two and was the more content baby.

Sofia and Amelia have matching friendship bracelets that they made each other shortly before their gift ceremony. Sofia gets anxious when she's not wearing it or the Spectriss necklace that Diego made her.

Sofia, like Amelia and many others in their family, daydreams a lot but her daydreams usually involve Diego and their future.

These dreams can vary: either they're living in the Encanto, his kingdom, or a place in the middle of nowhere where no one can bother them ever again.

They'll have their own house if they can't stay in Casita, that's a mix of their own cultures and Auradon culture. There will be a garden with beautiful flowers and the two of them will decorate it how they please. They'll have a makeshift theatre in their backyard and an art room where they can work on their different projects.

There will be a place in the backyard for Sweeney and a big beautiful guest room for their friends and family to visit.

And maybe, if they want, the two of them will eventually have kids (they haven't discussed it yet because they want to take things slow).

Sofia proofreads Diego's comics and graphic novels.

Diego made a comic called ‘The Angel of Scapegoats’, where he based the ‘monster’ on Sofia. The monster who kills abusers.

Sofia has a copy of it framed and signed in her room: she thought it was sweet.

A lot of people think that Sofia and Diego are going to become serial killers but that's not the case at all. Neither of them could hurt a fly.

They have movie nights the second Friday of every month and game night every Saturday (if they’re at school that is).

Diego and Sofia often play board games and video games together when they’re alone.

Their initials are carved into several desks and trees around school (Diego makes sure to check for tree nymphs aren’t attached to it and that the tree doesn’t have any historical importance before he carves into them, in his defense).

Sofia’s door has a faded light blue frame and shows her standing sideways with a frown and her hands clasped in front of her—behind her is a myriad of horrific looking things like spiders, monsters, vultures, and skulls lurking and peeking out around her carved into a much darker wood than the rest of the door. Its glow is fainter than everyone else’s.

Three of the walls inside of the room are a Blue-gray color while the fourth shows a mural of her and Diego dancing at a ball, reminiscent of Cinderella’s. Off to the side of the muriel is a pink door leading to Amelia’s room.

The floor and ceiling resembles rotting dark wood—and it's partially covered by a large, fluffy pink rug.

In the corner between the left blue-gray wall and the painted wall/mural is a large white coffin with a mattress and bedding on the inside. The bedding is lavender and cotton. The covers and bed set are white with blue-gray stripes and gold linings. The blanket is a weighted one and the pillows are made of memory foam—the most comfortable kind according to Sofia.

Adorning the bed is a small but fluffy white and gold quilt with a pattern of vultures, feathers, and crows with purple shadings that Mirabel made her when she was a baby and several stuffed animals that she holds very dear to her heart. One of which is the stuffed crow Mirabel made her when she was just a baby named ‘Sof’.

Sofia will readily admit that she can’t sleep without her baby blanket and her crow, and she’s not embarrassed to admit it because she thinks it’s understandable given what she’s been through. It’s not really something she hides so far more people know about this than people who know about the fact Amelia also can’t sleep without her own stuffed animals and blankets.

Unlike Amelia, Sofia doesn’t have the stuffed animals her bio parents gave her anymore because she gave them away. She couldn’t bear to look at them after they abandoned her.

On the right of her bed is a beautifully crafted black and lavender vulture shaped nightstand. On top of this nightstand is a picture of her and Diego at a party in their halloween costumes—Sofia was Bloody Mary and Diego was the ghost of Christmas Yet to Come. Both of them are laughing, unaware that a picture is even being taken—as well as a framed note passed to her by Diego in Biology. The note reads ‘Would you like to go to the Seaside Festival with me? Check YES or NO.’

In the corner of the wall holding the entrance to Sofia’s room is a modest vulture enclosure and a small bat-shaped, stained glass window showing a beautiful but ominous looking sunset that her vulture can come and go from as pleases. Under the window is a door to a walk-in closet with a trapdoor inside where she hides when she gets too overwhelmed (it also makes for a good hiding spot for things she’s not technically supposed to have, like gory cosplays).

Her room is slightly bigger than Amelia’s is.

Across from the vulture enclosure is a stage with pink and gold curtains where Sofia practices her dance moves. There is a radio and some speakers in the corner of this stage.

Beside her door and across from her bed is a white sheet that she watches her shows on when the projector above her bed/coffin is playing.

Next to the stage is a white and gold desk with blue and lavender flowers painted onto it: this desk holds a majority of her art supplies and finished art works: on top of this desk is a pink and white swirled pattern vase filled with Hooker’s Lips (the flowers), Naked-man orchids, and Corpse flowers—as well as the aforementioned signed and framed comic Diego created with her in mind, a paper mache module skeleton that Amelia made for her, a trophy she won in an art contest, a ribbon she was rewarded for her excellent sewing skills, and two framed photos. One of her and Sofia at Sofia’s Quinceañera—standing back to back: both of them grinning ear to ear as their partners extended their hands to dance, both with goofy smiles on their faces—and one of Sofia from when she was about six. She’s on Mina’s shoulders, laughing and trying to hide her face in the stuffed animal that Mina had won her at the carnival.

Sofia also a black and gold vanity desk with lights that holds all her makeup. The makeup she uses for cosplay is separated from the makeup she uses for date nights and casual events. Taped to some parts of the mirror are pictures of her with her friends, family, and Diego.

The walls of Sofia’s room are decorated with posters from her favorite bands, shows, and movies, as well as some framed honor roll and attendance award certificates and pictures of her and her family

There’s a picture of her holding a newborn José, looking panicked as he sleeps soundly in her arms. There’s another of her and Amelia playing dress up with Carlos and Hugo when they were all just barely old enough to walk. There’s one of her and Camilo dancing at someone’s gift ceremony when she was about three. There’s a couple of her and Diego on dates—one with him making a funny face at her and another of her putting up her fingers as if they were horns, causing him to choke on his drink.

There’s also a couple of her and her friends moments before disaster. There’s one of Sleepy Jr snoring away into his pancakes with syrup in his hair as Sofia tries to wake him up. One of Baren Hood and Crabby Bergmann glaring at Mr. Deley’s retreating back, water balloons in hand. There’s another of Diego dashing towards a mid-sneeze Gesundheit ‘Gus’ Bergmann who was carrying a towering cake (that had been a mess to clean up). Another showed Amelia and Rosana covered in flour in the kitchen of Auradon Prep. There’s a picture of the whole group on a rollercoaster. There’s even a picture of Sofia, Carter, and Scarlet at a week-long summer camp they went to when they were about 12.

Sofia also has a laptop covered in horror movie stickers and meme stickers somewhere in her room.

Both the vanity table and the desk have large, comfy blue and lavender rolling chairs. She also has a couple of bean bag chairs stashed away in her closet in case her friends are over.

Her backpack can usually be found hanging off one of the chairs in her room.

Sofia’s room is her safe place. She loves her room and doesn’t know what she’d do without it.

Her favorite animals are doves, swans, and chameleons.

Despite the fact their rooms are conjoined, Amelia and Sofia can’t just waltz right in whenever they please. If the other twin doesn’t want them in their room, Casita will not allow them in. That way they have some privacy.

Whenever Sofia’s gift acts up, she finds it difficult to wake from her nightmares. If she’s animating something into the real world when her gift acts up, it turns into Amelia—but instead of smiling at her or trying to comfort her like the real Amelia, it starts hurtling insults at her. Saying all the things Sofia fears her loved ones might think of her.

When Sofia is overwhelmed or upset in her room after not talking about it with anyone (not even Casita) for a while, all the people in the pictures in her room disappear (except for herself) and her birth mother can be heard saying “Who could ever love you?” and “Look what you’ve done, you monster. Now you’re all alone.” The word ‘alone’ will echo like in that one episode in SpongeBob until she completely breaks.

When she’s upset or alone in her room but she has been talking with people about it, Casita will rock her bed gently. It calms her.

Out of all their children, Mina and Camilo worry about Sofia the most. This is due to some concerning self-destructive behavior she showed in the months after her birth mother abandoning them.

Sofia also doesn’t like her birthday because it just reminds her of when her mother left.

Sofia would never admit it but sometimes she wishes she wasn’t a twin.

i think your post comparing transfemininity to marxism could be harmful as it reduces the impact and significance of both anarchist and gender abolitionist transfemmes as community members, and by extension, reductively collapses the argument into a dichotomy between transfeminism and marxism, and transmisogyny and anarchism. in a lot of ways divorcing transfeminity from anarchism and claiming that the two are incompatible, and claiming by extension that trans women who are anarchists are simply misled or misinformed could spread exclusionist sentiments and take attention away from more important community and intrapersonal goals like recognizing and tackling transmisogyny and ostracization within communities, and building spaces that are welcoming for all trans women. i understand you are sharing a framework that helped you, but it is a general solution which fails to address the underlying reason why many trans women would choose to be anarchists in the first place. i think comparing communism to transfeminity as a way to express similarities in their progression and rationality is a good comparison and personal point to make, but i think bringing critique of anarchism into the post defending trans women muddies the water and creates an unintended and potentially harmful implied focus, anarchist trans women. and when your post puts the crosshairs on anarchist trans women, its hard to view it as anything other than punching down. i am not accusing you of ignorance or transmisogyny, just trying to share my personal view and experience.

to start, i want to point out that i didn’t mention anarchism specifically anywhere in the post. anarchist tgirls and i actually only punch each other in a risk-aware and consensual environment <3

i don’t blame u for reading it in that specific way, tho. this is my bad for focusing on rhetoric and specific phrases like "state socialism" in the part of the post talking about recognition of the dictatorship of the proletariat. by putting the focus on language rather than actions in that part, i did miss the opportunity to make a broader and more important criticism.

after all, there are lots of people who will recognize the dictatorship of the proletariat in words, but not seriously pursue a strategy to attain it in their actions. this is opportunist marxism.

to extend the analogy: the opportunists have "fuck terfs" and "trans women are women" in their bio, and they love to talk about marsha p johnson, but when a tgirl is looking for transition resources they actually don’t know where to access any, or point her to places that turn out to be transmisogynistic.

imo opportunism today is a much more serious issue for the communist movement today than anarchists are! as lenin wrote about this very point in state & revolution:

The conclusion directed against the anarchists has been repeated thousands of times; it has been vulgarized, and rammed into people’s heads in the shallowest form, and has acquired the strength of a prejudice, whereas the conclusion directed against the opportunists has been obscured and “forgotten”!

this still happens a lot, and i think my post was guilty of it. i want to correct myself and say that the point about the dictatorship of the proletariat is really not about setting up marxism against anarchism. that is a specific historical conflict that sometimes comes up, but i think that this is the wrong contradiction to emphasize at present.

the much more relevant point is about distinguishing serious communists from opportunists who would just as happily trash-talk anarchists. yes, the broader criticism does include anarchists too, but practically that is just not the important part to emphasize today.

if us communists are so sure that we have a better plan than anarchists then it’s on us to prove it. opportunists with no plan who call themselves communists while basically being technocratic socdems don’t do us any favours there.

i could say more about this, but let’s move on. i also want to clarify that my goal with that post wasn’t really “defending trans women.” i was trying to use some humour and familiar issues to explain some basic communist concepts, by analogy, to an audience that already cares about transfem struggles but may not understand communism. to quote the CPP:

In order for our propaganda to be appropriate, it is necessary to be close to the masses. We will be able to draw from them the information which will provide freshness, scope and relevance to our analyses. The content and style of propaganda must suit only the present level and tasks of the masses with whom we are collaborating.

transmisogyny is a topic that i see people talking about and trying to address on here a lot, and it’s something we understand very concretely from our own lives. i think being able to laugh about the online discourse sometimes is important too. so i was trying to have a little fun practicing adjusting my “content and style of propaganda” to the “present level and tasks of the masses,” if you will. i hope you won’t reproach a communist for posting communist propaganda, though i will do my best to improve in the future based on the reflections you’ve prompted :)

lastly, i want to address what seems like your main concern. you say that building welcoming community spaces and fighting transmisogyny in them is "more important" and my post could detract from that. here, i think we disagree. a friend of mine who has been in this work since the 60s would say something like this:

huggin’ each other and singin’ kumbaya ain’t gonna beat capitalism. building community is valuable and wonderful, it helps people and it makes you feel like a human being—and she’s spent an entire lifetime watching people make huge sacrifices to do that, and in big-picture terms things have only gotten worse. it comes down to the question of whether or not we agree that capitalism is the root of our problems, and whether or not we agree that workers getting effectively organized and saying "i’m not going to keep doing this for you anymore" to the bosses is the only way to uproot it.

maybe we disagree on those questions. that’s okay! but i hope this has clarified things for you.

If so then my ask is about how the TFA Autobots would react to meeting someone similar to Cyborg?

A human whose had most of their body converted to tech and robotic parts, using his enhanced strength and abilities to keep people safe as a hero.

-Optimus initially feels awkward around them, mainly because their situation reminds him of what happened to Elita except the reverse. Though maybe they are more bio-mechanical than techno organic? Anyway, the similarities make him feel wary until he gets to know them better. After that he slowly opens up until he eventually admits to them why he's been acting so standoffish with them and apologizes for that. Promises to work on his feelings and asks to start over, wanting to genuinely be friends with them.

-Ratchet wonders if the cybernetic implants and parts cause them any pain. Whereas Blackarachnia is an apparently seamless blend of organic and technological components, this person is clearly pieced together. If they admit that yes, their cybernetics cause them pain/discomfort then Ratchet will try to help them. He may not be a human doctor but when it comes to the mechanics of a frame he's second to none.

-Bumblebee thinks they're cool, though he also feels a bit of a rivalry with them. They are the little guy (at least when compared to cybertronians) yet they willingly face off with some real heavy hitters. That's some real bravery right there. But at the same time he can't help but feel a bit envious of how they seem to be more well suited for combat than he is, with all their integrated weaponry and such.

-Bulkhead kinda sees them like a half cybertronian since their mechanical parts make it easy to forget that they are actually fully human. This sometimes makes it so that he mentions stuff from back home that they have no clue about. It always makes him feel silly once he catches himself but otherwise he treats them like he would any other person. Thinks they are a very brave and strong person.

-Prowl is fascinated by how, despite their extensive cybernetics, this person is still fully human. It makes him wonder, just what is the nature of the human spirit? It brings to mind this story he recently heard, the ship of Theseus. How much of ones body can be replaced before it can no longer be considered the same person? Will it ever reach that point or is the thought of personhood what really matters?

Ghost's backstory

Ok so, I have wanted to write about this for months but my brain has been fighting a war called the end of the fiscal year, so I haven't had the time. But I desperately want to talk about the OG Ghost backstory. You know the one, with the hook and the cartel and the. Yeah, the coffin, and everything.

(For those lucky enough to remain in the dark uninitiated, the original 2009 Call of Duty character Simon "Ghost" Riley had a separate awfully bad comic that claimed to be his backstory.

The reboot version of Ghost (which is probably better known to most people by now) has a sweet fuck-all in his bio, but even so it sort of implies that the original backstory never happened to that guy. The fandom ranges from taking the full original backstory into the reboot dynamic to just ignoring it completely. It varies.)

Also, to be clear: I'm not saying my interpretation is in any way better or worse than anyone else's. It's just going to go against the grain of what the fandom has chosen to treat as canon.

Anyway, to summarize: the comics are a straight guy power fantasy framed interestingly: We meet Ghost when he's being held hostage in Ukraine. We later learn he let himself be captured to stall the terrorists.

We have the gist of it here, already! He's going to tell a story! He even claims it's not about himself, but an "old friend of his" "the baddest motherfucker on the planet" (I wish I was making this up.)

Now, here's where things get actually interesting. I'm going to claim that the Mexico/torture/brainwashing/whatever the fuck that was probably didn't happen like that. Hear me out.

Who does the framing of being held captive and telling a story remind me of?

Ghost is pulling a Varric! He's buying time. I have discussed this extensively with a friend (hi @sorrelchestnut) and the, erm, in-house expert we have on hand verified our theory: for special forces guys, creating a fabricated backstory is the norm. They train to do that. They keep names, dates, anything that can be fact-checked, and the rest is probably more or less lies.

Ghost tells the terrorists about the mission in Mexico, where he (allegedly) first met Roba and where he got captured. Then the comic's style changes completely and it cuts to him going back to beat up his abusive dad, then back to Ghost in Mexico. It keeps going back and forth between his time in Mexico (which is clearly Ghost telling the story to his captors, drawn in the same style as the panel up there) and his traumatic childhood (drawn in a completely different style):

All the parts about his family are drawn in that same, more classic comic-y style (Ghost beating up his dad, him helping Tommy get back on his feet, Tommy and Beth getting married, etc.) UNTIL we get to the part where Ghost comes back from Mexico (after being buried alive in that fucking coffin, yes).

Then, everything about him going to therapy (truly the most unbelievable aspect of the story, I agree), Sparks returning, his family getting killed on Christmas? Back to this style:

So, to recap: If we want to go this route, we could say that the family parts of the story, told in the simpler comic style, could be true. Those could be Simon's memories about his admittedly fucked up childhood (and which probably aren't included in the story being told to the terrorists and the other hostages). Everything that's in the more realistic, shaded style? His made-up story he's telling the bad guys in Ukraine.

But Meru, you say, what about the bit where Simon is bringing Tommy to rehab and his junkie friends attack him? Simon is imagining (?) them as having skullfaces! Your theory doesn't hold water!

Well, as the comics tell us later, there might be a good reason for Simon to have some...feelings about the skull motif.

That's his father speaking with their mother in the first speech bubble. The boy in the skull mask is Tommy, his little brother. What follows is the gnarly piece of story where Simon's father takes him to a punk concert and makes him laugh at a dead prostitute. The whole thing with the skullface ties pretty neatly into itself, if you ask me.

So, if Ghost telling the terrorists a story about Mexico and the cartel and his family getting killed by brainwashed American soldiers isn't all true, which parts are?

I don't think we're meant to know, at least in the way the story is told in the comics. So in a way, even though the comics are so fucking bad, I'm glad I read them (more than once, y'all can thank me later) because OG Ghost is fascinating.

So, is his family really dead? I'd say it's likely (see the part about keeping verifiable facts when lying to bad guys), but we can't know for sure. If we want to treat the comic-style parts as true within this mini essay, then the last verifiable thing about Simon's family is that Tommy and Beth got married. I can't be arsed to check if her name is actually ever mentioned in these parts of the story. Ghost certainly refers to his nephew as both Joseph and Jacob during the story-parts, so. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Was he held hostage in Mexico? Who the hell knows. Judging by what the original MW games included in their storylines, I'd say it's possible. But we don't really know.

Death the Kid Analysis Extended

This is a rewriting of an old post. This info. is mostly referenced from the manga because most of his information and development is only in the 2nd half of the manga, so I am going to give an extensive list of info. of him so that those who don't want to read the manga, or wants info. without going back, or just forgot can come here and look at it.

Now, for Kid's Info.:

Since he is a shinigami he is obsessed with perfection and balance. It is mentioned here and there throughout the whole manga and in official bios. on the gangan website that he is persnickety, pathologically neurotic, and abnormally obsessed with "symmetry" however, in vol.14 ch53, he dismisses Liz comment on his hair when his first lines of sanzu connects, stating that he'd usually obsess about it but won't. It is never mentioned he has OCD.

No one wanted to approach Kid because of who he was, and Kid was ostracized from other students, but it was Black star, Soul, then Maka who approached him and he became more open. It made him impressed and happy when Black star wanted to surpass him. (v19 ch77)

Kid bleeds, and it is red in both the manga and anime. The blood stays on the ground, and it shows slight whispyness in the manga once it regenerates, which is the same whisp strings you see when you see him manifest his skateboard from his hands.

Kid could not regenerate without the Brew tool. In ch. 53 Liz asks Free to save Kid because he'll die, and Kid was not regenerating until the brew took effect on him and gave him his first connected lines of sanzu (middle line), whilst also amplifying his soul wavelength. (Soul Wavelength should not be confused with his actual soul. The brew was making the Soul swell too though)

Kid has his own unique battle stances.

His father does not bleed when injured, and his father is seen only drinking tea a few times, but Kid eats, drinks, bleeds, shows emotions, feels pain, ages, and likes to be upkept.

Kid was created & raised from a child to learn and understand fear.

Kid's wavelength?/soul gets huge like his fathers when he connects all the lines of sanzu, and also appears similar to his.

Kid's soul color is red

Kid is 158cm tall and 13 years old in the start of SE Not!

Kid faints from high anxiety

Kid can't get intoxicated, get poisoned, or dye his hair.

Kid and Asura look humanoid, and lord death is said to have a face too under the mask in ch.70 & ep.39 (kid and asura are brothers)

Kid reacts to naked women twice along with Soul and Black star by Blair (op1 and ep. 12), and then once in the beginning in the pharaoh scene but is unaffected by Kaguya and the girls in the shower scene in the manga?* *there's a bump on his head after being pulled out, but in the next page he has a nosebleed dripping all the way down to his chin, not sure if that's from the smack he got or something else, but there's no lump with that nosebleed like in the previous panel but there is a punch mark

Based on Kids ID (in the anime), he was born between 1987 to 2086 since the issue date is xx/13/20XX (M/D/Y)

Excalibur says only 1 shinigami can exist at a time, however, I do not know Asura's situation and how he is still alive after Kid becomes complete, or why there's 3 shinigamis at the same time.

Kid sometimes curses.

Kid cares about his friends and is shown to protect Liz and Patty twice in the manga (1 to prevent them from going into the book of Eibon, and 2 telling Patty not to transform when he gets his arm cut)

Kid loves to read books. He shows up at the library a couple times, in ep. 15 he is reading a book, in the aftershow op/ed he is seen reading and holding a book, and in the mobile/website card game, he is seen holding one in his lap.

Kid can play basketball

Kid writes and draws with his right hand

Kid is very thin but flexible and agile. He restrains himself in battles at times

Kid gets taller in the manga during and after the grigori arc

Lastly Some bonus guesstimations...

Kid supposedly wears glasses in the manga (v1 ch3) and in an official mobile/online game's artwork he is shown wearing it. He also wears it in a mini comic booklet, but that isn't counted because it's like a "backstage" bonus.

Kid likely has "junk" parts. He mentions forgetting to fold the toilet paper, has a toilet in his mansion, and in the Fire Force mobile game he insinuates he has one.

Kid was likely not born as an infant. In the end of Fire force manga, and v19 ch77, it shows Kid at his youngest, maybe around 4 or 5 years old, and where lord death explains life and death like it's his first time explaining to him. You can also see an aura around Kid which might be an appearance effect and only shows in the Fire Force manga. We'll find out in the Fire Force season 3 anime whether it's true or not. Young Kid and Lord Death seem to be in the Death room, which might mean the DWMA was already constructed when this occurred. Also to make this claim more plausible, Asura was created in adulthood, so Lord death can choose any age he wants created from himself.
