For today's dragons we're continuing the Jade Winglet prepwork stuff by having Moonwatcher and Kinkajou together!! Kinkajou just flew in hence her wings being fully extended lol

Really wanted to show size differences here; Kinkajou is supposed to be pretty small for her age (unclear if this is because Rainwings are smaller or if it's unique to her but here we are)

Redoing my Jade Winglet designs! My designs have improved since my previous ones, so i'm gonna be redoing them and redoing their refs! Will still keep up the old ones as alt once I get to the refs for these but i'm very proud of these now!

I feel like the problem with Qibli x Moon is that it Qibli won't really grow with her. Qibli's problem is that he's a people (dragon?) pleaser, he wants to be loved and he will do anything to make people love him. It's especially visible during their confrontation with Winter in Darkness of Dragons. Does Qibli really believe Winter is in the wrong? He must know he has a point, but he will side with Moon anyway.

On the other hand, Winter is not so easily pleased and he will stand for what he believes in. Qinter would allow both of them to overcome their issues and they would inspire each other to grow, while with Moon, he just follows the same harmful pattern.

jokes aside I actually do enjoy the music cave scene, though I get why it was cut in the graphic novel, I do wish we got it anyway, but that depends if Qiblis drumming ever gets referenced after this(I unfortunately don’t think it does, which is a shame, since their really could be a story behind that)
