MOONPAWPOOL MAP [CLOSED]

first MAP i have ever hosted i'm quite excited. this is a super chill super informal Moonpaw x Moonpool MAP open to beginners and experienced animators. message/comment here or on youtube.

RULES:

All the normal MAP rules, be nice, no bigotry, etc etc. Be reasonable. 

This is a very loose and informal map. There are no set character designs. I’ve never hosted a map before and this is just for funsies. 

Beginners welcome! 

AMV or PMV. Just no lyrics on screen.

You can use ANY design of Moonpaw. If it is not your own, credit the designer. 

Same with the Moonpool! The Moonpool can look like a cat or can just look like water. Up to you! 

Send the finished version to me as a google drive file. 

I’m gonna limit 2-3 parts per person depending upon how many people want to join.

I would like to see a WIP 2 weeks after your part is assigned. I can talk about due dates as the WIPS come in. I know we all have lives. 

There is a very LOOSE script here. This is all for fun since it’s not even canon. 

PARTS 1-3: Moonpaw at the Moonpool. She has not actually gone into the water yet.

PART 4: Moonpaw walks in the first time. She only wades in about halfway up her legs. 

PARTS 5-7: Moonpaw in the water only halfway up her legs, like in part 4. 

PART 8: Moonpaw walks in as far as her chest. 

PART 9-10: Mooonpaw is in as far as her chest. These parts are very open to interpretation since they are instrumental, but I think it would be a lot of fun to do something with the Moonpool swimming around her, or doing something cool with stars! 

PART 11-14: Still should only be as far as her chest. 

PART 15: Moonpaw walks in as far as her chin. 

PART 15-17: You get it. Only as far as her chin. 

PART 18: However you want it to happen, Moonpaw goes all the way in! Underneath! 

PARTS 18-21: In my head she is drowning here, or going deeper and deeper. Once again, very open to interpretation.

Honestly I still think we should treat pre-reveal Moonpaw as an entirely different entity to canon Moonpaw. They can have similarities but they aren't the same. She's fandom OC to me not Moonpaw AU

wait, why were they searching the territory for moonpaw? did burnpaw and the others not tell anyone where moonpaw said she was going?

Bess moved around the outer territory a bit so there was no specific place they met her. That said Usually it was beyond the hunting grounds across the creek - which was flooded by the time they got out to search and unsafe to cross. Instead of doing nothing since they couldn't go that way, they all split into pairs to check the territory in the other ways she could've gone :< It was definitely a kind of wandering desperation and all of them have been up all night

Sidenote but I SO need to draw a map for what their territory looks like bc I've had it laid out in my head since the start

The adults really didn't want them out of camp in emotional distress - what if they found Moonpaw in danger and an apprentice blindly ran to help and also got hurt? So they told them to stay in camp, protect Pansybloom, Vinepaw, and Larkpaw, and keep watch in case Moonpaw came back on her own. It was awful for them, but they followed directions

Yeah - for a calngen game we've been really lucky all things considered but still it's sad!

LOLL Man I swear if I didn't have to make money at real job I'd make pages a lot faster!! I do have the next page sketched though so hopefully it'll be up relatively quick :]

Oooooohhhhhh there should be either a scary secret mouth in the split (a classic if a tad overdone, easy to animate) or an eldritch void of stars (new and interesting and creepier,hard to animate)
