Anyway I'd rather respond on here than youTube (not that I'mn expecting you to notice my response, I'm not that kind of person who expects to hear back from a celebrity, if you count as that*). But something I think you maybe didn't say, but I thought of... is what if technically it isn't a retcon - It is still true that Heath's father is Lucifer - it is also true that Heath's father is Hades - but they are not the same person! I.e. Heath has two (or more) dads and they are (or used to be) in a relationship. Anyway, that's what I might like to headcanon. <3 <3 <3

Monster High and Ever After High fanfic writers are both missing the opportunity to have Cupid say some absolutely batshit insane stuff and just be like, “but yeah, that’s how my cousin Dionysus would deal with this” or something.

Or like, the Ever After High students canonically visit the Wind Gods every year. Cupid could have been like “Damn, I missed out on visiting Zephyr? I love that guy, he helped kill my aunts” and everyone just has to process that this pretty pink love goddess is all happy that the beach dude helped kill her aunts?

Or just like “Yeah, my family reunion got cancelled this year because my grandma got caught cheating on her husband with his brother again– my grandpa– and we’re not quite sure when step-grandpa is gonna let them out of the elaborate trap he built to catch them.”

I want horrified looks from the students as Cupid presents her family tree project and it’s a fucking subway map. I want someone to ask why there’s a special notation on the line from Uranus to Aphrodite and to immediately regret it. I want Blondie to just be like “wow, I was so worried about my own family tree project and here’s Cupid causing half the class to gasp in horror–WHAT DO YOU MEAN HE WAS A HORSE?!”

Just like, Greek myth is wild and I feel like Cupid should reference her family with total nonchalance like all the time. For the average student of Monster High and Ever After High, it’s the stuff of nightmares. For Cupid it’s Thursday.

So CA Cupid is the daughter of Eros right? Meaning the Greek gods are canon in the MH universe (also Deuce being son of Medusa means Greek myth figures in general are canon)

Twyla is the daughter of the boogie man, BUT she doesn’t like the whole nightmare thing so she’s got a strained relationship with her dad. She wants to bring nice dreams. So hear me out,,, Twyla studying under Hypnos. She grows up to become an Oneroi, works amongst Hypnos’ children. And because Hypnos DOES have some Oneroi that are nightmare gods, working under him and amongst them teaches her why nightmares are needed sometimes even if they’re scary.

hey! so i decided to make an alternative look for Crona after feeling not quite satisfied with the original. i like the first outfit and a lot of the choices i made with their overall look, but i wasn't such a fan with the pose and silhouette.

this time around, i opted for a more modernized outfit, with all the androgynous goth swag of a nonbinary kid finally being able to express themselves and experiencing true gender euphoria in the studded belt and patterned button up shirt lined aisles of Hot Topic.

okay maybe i took just a *little* bit of inspiration from my own experiences... but nonetheless, i really like this one a lot :]

Lately I have been watching the anime 'Tonari no Yokai-san' and the whole idea of peacefully living together with yokai in a Japanese town in the mountains during summer time is nothing short of aesthetically pleasing, so it didn't take long for me to get inspired to make my own custom nekomata doll with two very fluffy tails 🤭 She enjoys working in the vegetable garden behind her home, having strolls through the town and the surrounding mountains, hosting get-togethers with friends and listening to the cicadas at night. She has yet to work on her shapeshifting skills.

Just thinking about the story of Orpheus and Eurydice. And Spelldon and Valentine.

Spelldon's telling Valentine the story and Val, who was once a human and never felt real love before Spell, doesn't understand why not turning around was so hard. He doesn't see the whole picture, doesn't realize Orpheus was doomed from the start (as most people don't realize the first time they hear the story). And Spelldon, whose mother is a goddess, knows exactly why Orpheus was never going to make it. He's heard firsthand stories about the monsters in the Underworld, stories about how trusting Hades is always a gamble. In fact, he knows that even Hades himself would turn if it was Persephone's life on the line.

Valentine thinks he could make it out without looking at Spelldon. Spelldon knows that love means you turn around.
