Thanks to Ingek73 for sending this unique ultra-modern apt. in Amsterdam. You literally get 4 apts. made into 1 penthouse. There are no neighbors above or below the connection, and, it's above a shopping center- I would literally be in heaven. 4bds, 3.1ba, € 2.275M / $2.400M

As you can already see, it's a huge home. Check out the chess board in the floor. (If you're like me, you can always play checkers.)

The living room is so big, a grand piano fits in with tons of room to spare. Like the separating wall- you could use the shelving for books or display.

Beautiful modern fireplace is situated between 2 rooms.

Doesn't this dining area look like a bistro? It has a long banquette, and would be great for entertaining.

Now Coryo wouldn’t do this during your relationship, despite his best attempts to play it cool, you make him panic and he’s immediately resorting to rich boy love bombing (trips, those ridiculously expensive boxed roses, 999999999 rounds of oral on his yacht, a summer house, etc.) followed by baby trapping. He’s not stupid enough to try something like that deeper into your relationship, for him it’s about making sure the foundation is as solid as possible and not shaking it up.

This would really only happen before you even start dating, after he’s bumped into you in the dorms enough times to wear you down into giving him your number. He’s still in his “i have to the most mysterious person alive” mindset and he hasn’t quite shed the fuckboy persona yet. You’re smart enough to be wary, too involved in academics and proving yourself to go sniffing around Coriolanus Snow. He’s screaming into his pillow and pacing his grandma’am’s gardens, glaring at the staff pruning the shrubs. Coryo would rather die than admit defeat though, so he hardens his resolve. You’ll break eventually. You on the other hand are living normally, slurping ramen and working on essays. You’ve learned not get your hopes up over a pipe dream, the idea that someone like him would genuinely care about you being so laughable that you get over it rather quickly. You may be from different economic classes, but a man’s attention is never a necessity. That an he’s far from the only trust fund kid in the world.

A week later, your phone goes off in the middle of the night. You step out of the shower and dry yourself off, walking over to your bed and picking it up. To your surprise, the notification from Coriolanus isn’t another dry message, it’s several videos. They all look dark and fuzzy, ranging from 30 seconds to 10 minutes. In some of the thumbnails you can see flashes of bare skin. You click on the first one and are immediately faces with Coriolanus Snow’s sweaty abs.

Playtested (Long story short, there's a weird issue with the kitchen where, if a sim takes out ingredients from the fridge, they'll drop them as if the counters and stove were blocked, but if you then click on the ingredients and choose 'Continue', the cooking task gets completed as usual. You can read more about this problem in this post. Unfortunately, I really have no idea how to fix this on my end.)

Tracy Kinsman's a composer who's been working with various great musicians over the years, but most of the time, she's writing scores for smaller movies, series and videogames. She might not be super famous, but is well known and loved among fellow artists and fans of the genre.

But despite her success, she's been feeling stuck lately. When she started her career, her ambition was to one day leave her hometown Britechester behind, go to Del Sol Valley and work for big movie productions. Now, twenty years later, this goal still seems out of reach. It's not that she's not thankful for everything she has achieved, or isn't enjoying her current projects. It's not even that she doesn't like living in Britechester, on the contrary, she loves the musical scene of the town and has many friends there. But she can't help but wondering if this is it, if this is how she'll spend the rest of her life. Wouldn't it still be possible for her to change something, to reach further? She's almost feeling guilty for considering this. Should she really keep chasing these old dreams, or would it be better to just be content with what she's got, and make the best out of it?

Maybe this is also why she never moved out of her old apartment, where she's been living for many years now. She could easily afford a small house around Britechester, but this would really feel like settling down for good, deciding to stay forever.

Tracy doesn't know how to decide. Will she ever even get an opportunity to make her wish come true - and if she got it, would she actually take it?

so like i think filesystem formats are 95% "if you don't understand what people are saying it means you dont need to care about this" and i understand almost nothing but im interested in something someone said about how btrfs and ssd managers use such similar systems for block based writing and COWing that if you made sure they were block-aligned itd be even more efficient than a naive approach & negate the problems people usually raise with excessive ssd wear with btrfs. but i don't know shit about that or how to begin to know shit about that. it seems like it's maybe a matter of config stuff but i haven't really gotten into OS & firmware level config stuff so i don't know how that goes. also it's fucked up that the accepted/ official pronunciation of btrfs is "butter"
