It makes me unreasonably angry when people say that Hazel doesn't deserve her fairies.

Like yeah she's definitely got a better support system for her issues, but that doesn't negate the fact that they exist or that they were never properly addressed. At the end of the day she's still a kid trying to use her imagination to cope with her loneliness and the fact that there were two major life changes in such a close time frame.

Just because they don't happen to be as dramatic as an evil baby sitter and teacher whose mission is to make her life a living hell doesn't make them any less valid, it just adds realism to a show with so many fantastical elements already.

Her ladies are not. Then Aragorn comes back in like. A week. With a dozen deer. And a new incredibly rustic sled.

That one guard goes mental. "KING ELESSAR YOU ARE KING YOU DON'T HAVE TO HUNT FOR YOUR OWN FOOD PEOPLE WILL BRING YOU FOOD. ALSO WHY ARE THERE SO MANY DEER."

Aragorn's like. "Well I want to keep hunting. If I'm not allowed to I'll legit start social hunting events so that I can show off my rangering skillz"

Guard gets confused "Did. Did you just. Put a Z. At the end of skills. Instead of S. What is this northern madness"

Aragorn calmly replies "it's northern swag bro no cap"

Guard completely mystified. Wants to quit but doesn't. Because northern stuff is cool now and he's learning it from the King himself. Also the pay is AMAZING.

And that one guard is how Aragorn gets the entirety of Minas Tirith using slang the exact wrong way. Whenever the Rangers visit they're so confused. And the Gondorians are like "I'm all hip with the chill northerners, ayyyyyy"

Aragorn has to field so much confusion from the Rangers. And he tells them not to correct the Gondorians bc its the highlight of his entire day every time someone on his council says "dude bro bish we gotta budgie the gals to the money ayyyy bruh there's a legit happening there no cap" and it makes NO SENSE

And Aragorn (and Arwen too let's be real here) is loving the chaos.

I think Cosmo and Wanda needed Hazel. After their last godkid was more their actual kid they raised and having to raise Peri once Timmy left, going back to Godparenting must have felt impossible to go back to with all that emotional baggage. They went on a 10,000 year long vacation, like literal time travel. They chose Hazel by themselves. Regardless if Hazel really needed Godparents or not, I think Cosmo and Wanda needed her.

TRANS WOMAN STILL DISABLED, UNEMPLOYED, IN NEED OF HELP

i've got some updates since my last post. bad news first, my mother is cutting me off from her phone plan and will no longer be helping me to pay for my car insurance, both by the end of february. i still don't know what my plan is in regards to either.

as for good news, i finally had my rheumatology appointment but have yet to start any medication or receive a diagnosis — though the rheumatologist did say my symptoms sounded to him like rheumatoid arthritis. furthermore, my therapist is going to help me look for jobs that might be workable in my present condition.

hopefully, this marks a turn for the better for me. one thing is certain though, and that is that i still need help. i need 500 USD by the end of the month to make rent. please donate if you can and share if not. thank you.
