Hiya! There are a couple of different Megamind!AUs: Hereditary Enemies by Beckers_522 (series, T)

A Superhero's work is not for the faint of heart. Although he does not enjoy the bells and whistles that go along with it, Aziraphale knows it is his duty to protect the people of his city. He was given a unique gift, and to ignore that gift would be selfish, no matter how tempting his simple dream of owning a bookshop might seem some days. It isn't all bad. He has respect. Adoration from thousands of grateful citizens. A steady job with enough money to last him a lifetime. If only he could manage to keep his villain in check. The Serpent is a crafty one - clever and mysterious and somehow manages to wriggle his way out of every bit of trouble he finds himself in. If Aziraphale could find a way to stop him for good, maybe his boss would finally let him retire. If he could stop The Serpent, they wouldn't need him in The Host anymore and Aziraphale could spend his days with his tea and his books and maybe, if he were brave enough, that attractive red-haired man that owns the flower shop just down the road. All he has to do is figure out the source of his nemesis' powers and the life he's always wanted could finally be his. That shouldn't be too difficult for a hero his caliber. Should it?

Hey guys, it's Mod C 🧡 I have some sad news 😔

Unfortunately, I recently hurt my left wrist badly after tripping two days ago. I thought it was just a normal fracture but I went to the doctor today and found out I need to get surgery on it soon or it will be permanently messed up. I am going to get the surgery sometime next week so I probably won't be able to edit posts/answer asks as much or as quickly for a while since texting one-handed is kind of difficult even with my dominant hand lol. But just know I will still be helping out with the blog, just not as much as I'd like.

Just thought I'd let you all know so you don't have to wonder where I disappeared to 🧡🧡

Trauma holder culture is realizing your exotrauma and the trauma you hold are very similar and being like "why did I have to go through this twice. The first time was plenty traumatizing. Please leave me alone, trauma"

Come to think of it, a lot of our introject trauma holders are like this! Trauma does what trauma does and it’s. Strange and terrible. Take care!

Bucky being really involved with the youth at his synagogue. The kids always seem drawn to him and he finds himself roped into helping out with youth activities, but soon finds it’s something he enjoys. Teaching them to make challah the way his mother taught him. Helping the kids with their Hebrew studies. He’s a valuable resource of Jewish history. Sometimes he’ll talk to the teens about the war because they’re older and understand, but none of them ever press him to talk about his experiences. What the kids seem to be mainly interested in is how Jewish life has changed for kids since Bucky was a kid. They want to know how their shul compares to his, what games he played, and hear the stories he can pass on about living in a Jewish immigrant community. He often finds the kids ask the questions but the grown ups in the room are listening just as intently.
