'Love you can hit the shower now, it's free!' Your husband said, going through his drawer to find clothes and some sort, you hum putting the phone back on the table and walk away-- But you stopped double checking to make sure that it was locked before you left to shower.

Salah stopped his movement the moment you lock the bathroom door and went through your phone, it was locked and the face is denied his so he calls for your three-year-old daughter, Habiba

'Can you come here for a moment darling?' She steps in and he put the phone right on her face and the phone unlocked 'Thank, now go back and watch your cartoon show..' He scrolls through your phone hoping he could find something, anything but to no avail he finds none.

Not until a notification popped on the screen and he saw @marcoasensio10 has sent you a message.

He clicks on it and it loads on an Instagram message, it was just one text from you but partially Marco.

He scroll further up until he can't, it started with;

Salah was annoyed, not at you obviously, he trusted you with all his soul and heart and based on the text you haven't paid attention much to him either but he can't ignore the fact that he's jealous, jealous of the fact that somebody is loving his wife right now, his haven. He was frustrated with the fact that a guy of your past hadn't gotten past you.

When he heard the shower tap closing, he rapidly wears his clothes and locked the phone pretending like he wants to get out of the room by the time you got out 'Where are you heading to? You questioned, towel on top of your head as you dried it clean 'Just checking up on Habiba..' He mentioned sending a wink your way and left.

He was thinking of a plan, a plan to get revenge that won't seem to prominent in your eyes at the public's. He then remembered about his upcoming match against Real Madrid.

Today is the match, Mo had invited you over to see him play, you agreed seeing nothing's wrong with it and leave with your daughter, Habiba to the stadium.

You are now sitting on the v.i.p benchers, waiting for the game to start as fans continue cheering for both sides, you smile at Habiba as her hands got ahold of the rail, 'Are you excited baby?' She nods jumping up and down

'Papa!' She squealed pointing to the big screen, you look up seeing the camera are now focusing on him but it immediately switched to his other teammates, Habiba sulk pointing to the screen once again 'Papa!' She yelled, and you chuckle at her sulky demeanor 'There! There's papa Biba!' You exclaimed pointing down to the field and she screeched seeing her father.

The first half ended with Real Madrid leading 1-0, you had started to grew anxious buy it was the opposite for Habiba, she was happily playing with her tablet. You could see that Mo was down but it's not the only thing that caught you, it's including Marco waving over at you with a smile right in front of your husband.

You looked away from him looking down on Habiba and pretending like you catching up on her instead, Mo on the other hand could not take any longer. He push Marco hard he almost stumbles, Mo started going at him yelling words you could not make out, you was worried, so worried for your husband as players from both teams now started to separated the two apart.

It was then Mo got two yellow card with one red card for starting a fight, you was shocked picking up Habiba out of instinct and ran inside the locker room where players assemble.

You immediately spotted your husband running towards his direction and gave him a tight reassuring hug. 'It's okay.'

'It's not okay, he was picking on you. Don't say that it was okay.' He admitted, hands running through your head with a heavy sigh 'You knew?' He hums hugging you even tighter 'But I'm not mad at you, he was wrong for what he did. I'm okay now, I put him in his place.'

'What place?' A small voice cooed, you both look down seeing Habiba looking up to both of you with big doe eyed, you share a look between Mo and her before you let a small laugh 'Nothing babe!'

Mo continued watching the game with you inside the locker room and left shortly after the game ended, all said was 'I'm already excited to leave and spend time with you and Biba.'

Trent was nervous, and so was Y/N. Manchester City were doing great this season, remaining unbeaten in all their games.

Y/N let Trent go with a hug and a kiss, reminding him that no matter the outcome she will be proud of him regardless.

So when Liverpool won 1-0, thanks to Mo Salah, Y/N was happier than ever. Trent got a few minutes during the end, and it was a joy for him to be playing again.

When they met in the family lounge, Y/N embraced him harder than ever. She wouldn’t let him go for a few minutes, and he didn’t complain, enjoying the moment. She then pulled away slowly and stared lovingly into his eyes.

“I am so, so, so proud of you.” She whispered, and a huge smile appeared onto his face.

He didn’t respond, just kissed her. It was a short kiss but full of love.

“Thank you. Thank you so much, my love.”

They sat down and spoke a bit about the match, how intense it was and how great it is for the team.

“Should we head home?” Y/N asked after a while, noticing Trent yawning.

He nodded. “Yes, but not for sleep. I deserve a reward for this win, no?” He smirked slyly.

“Trent! There are kids around,” Y/N hissed. Trent laughed at her reaction, causing her to laugh too.

“You’re so annoying. I love you.”

Another short fluff. This time inspired by this Tumblr post.

Note: Maxene is Jamie’s daughter. Also, Gary and Jamie get together (somehow) during their playing days.

"You really can't be mad?" Jamie asks as they settle into bed. “They’re just keychains.”

"All I'm saying is, how come my keychain only said 'Dad' and yours had '#1 Dad.' She could have given the two of us a keychain that both says '#1 Dad'."

"That would be a lie though, wouldn't it."

Jamie's rhetorical question was answered with a pillow to the face.

"Oh, come on, I'm kidding." Jamie wraps his arm around Gary's middle, who had his back turned to him. "And so is Maxene. She just has that same sense of humor as I do."

Gary scoffs. "Where I'm always the butt of the joke."

Jamie chuckles, which earns him an elbow to the ribs.

"Well, that's all it is. A joke. You know Max doesn't really think of you as any less of her dad. She adores you, Gaz."

It's true. After the first time Jamie's then-7-year old daughter met Gary, all he heard that night from her was 'Gary said this' and 'Gary said that.' And ever since then she was Gary's shadow.

Everything Gary did, she did as well.

When he played his guitar, Max would run off to get her plastic toy guitar. She'd sit in front of him, eyes glued to Gary's fingers memorizing each strum, so she can try to mimic it.

When Gary says he's gonna go out for a run, she'd be in her trainers within a minute and outside, waiting for Gary. She never makes it to the end of the run, of course. They'd be home sooner than Gary planned, with her clinging onto his back.

Worst of all, whenever Liverpool plays United at Anfield, his Liverpool-born daughter was always sporting the wrong shade of red, with the wrong name and number emblazoned on the back. Jamie would catch glimpses of her with her granddad, singing her little heart out. No doubt a song about a certain man being a Red.

And when he and Gary finally get married, his 10 year old daughter danced with Gary first. She clung on him and looked at him as if he was her whole world.

Even now at 18 years old, Max adores Gary. "You know, you're the reason she's going into business school, right? She definitely didn't get the idea from me."

Gary snorts. He turned on his other side so he can face Jamie. "Well, she has to look up to someone," Gary jokes. "I can't imagine how she would have turned out if she only had you as her influence."

Gary braced for the playful punch Jamie likes to deliver whenever Gary teases him. But none came.

Instead, Jamie looked at him with that soft look he reserves for when they are alone. "I'm happy you're here for her...and for me."

Gary's grin softens. "I'm happy, too." He leans in and kiss his husband good night, discussions about keychains forgotten.

Those three consecutive Champions League titles were but a death rattle. Today we are told by El Pais that interest from Real have recently and emphatically been rebuffed by both Mo Salah and Harry Kane.

Those rejections, on the back of Zinedine Zidane walking away and Cristiano Ronaldo bidding adieu, are being interpreted by at least one rash gossip column as signs of a terminal decline. That’s what this wheeze of moving a La Liga fixture to America is all about: Real are stealthily packing in football and will relocate to the US to gradually morph into a baseball franchise. As a football club, they are done. Or maybe Kane just really loves Spurs, and Salah didn’t fancy seeing Sergio Ramos every morning. It’s hard to say for sure. The Mill isn’t pretending to have all the answers here.
