the host (my beloved ceramics professor, btw) is providing soup (chicken stew with lots of veggies) and a salad

fruit and dessert are also being brought, I do not know more details than that, but people can double up on things, right...? I might also end up bringing... something of that nature? grapes?? apple slices??

I have a lot of things to do and would rather not cook anything that takes more than maybe an hour, but any recipes are always appreciated whether or not I'll use them for this potluck :3

My mom just told me that Laika drank water from our flower pots. That's... actually quite normal for her not to drink from her inside water bowl (but the outside one is ok ? for some reason ?)

Also. I've never told you more about Leo ??? I thought I did lol. Even if his worst crime yet was eating a donut, it was during a date between me and my partner, and he was stuck on our date for like 85% of it... so yup. I wasn't there much that day ^^' I don't blame him for that, it's out of our control ^^ (he also somehow has a bad rep amongst my friends and he's in a meh term with my partner, because he's a little shit but that's why I like him. All barks no bite)

oh have I told you about the ice cream place? it's super fun, they have the weirdest flavors. like sour cream, olive oil, ghost pepper cookie dough, lavender molasses, coffee cheesecake, rose, coriander...... like Weird weird flavors. I love it, it's so fun. and the quality of the ice cream is fantastic as well.

I have mentally planned out a fuckin delicious meal for tonight which requires a grocery run. I'm making salad with walnuts and goat cheese and dried cranberries and sliced red onion, and grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup augh I can't fuckin WAIT

I had to order a new handheld vacuum last night cuz my other one stopped working :/ honestly that's on me for buying the cheapest one available. I actually tried to find a highly rated one this time though
