Today we have Brainwashed Perlipat as The Moon and the Krakatuk nut as The Sun!
both cards are very story related. I'm not gonna spoil what the Krakatuk nut relevance is but with Perlipat gets brainwashed and used as a tool to create more negativity for Hanz and Kaitlyn.

are hybrids treated as equals to humans in your au or are they seen more as pets. just curious btw, u don't have to answer if u don't want to
hybrids are seen as lower beings in this au, and so far do not have the same rights as humans. it's why xiao was so wary of you in the first place!
ever since the absence of the mythical hybrids (zhongli, xiao, venti), people have lost their respect for hybrids. and as they move on the modern world, their achievements have stayed just like that— myths. only common hybrids (ie. kazuha, xingqiu, etc) are seen, and no one has seen a hybrid since the ye olde days.
hybrids who have caught the eyes of powerful people are often elevated to higher positions in life, but usually still subordinate to humans, like secretaries (your father has one that you'll meet soon). but oftentimes, hybrids are treated as pets and no higher than the normal dog.

Notes on the Magic Realms
An exert from a forgotten scholar’s journal.
“A creature that physically enters the Realms will not age in a conventional meaning of the word. While time often takes a bizarre, non-linear form in the dream-plane, it is not dangerous by itself for the traveler. However, many usual dangers that are posed to someone entering the Realms are amplified by the presence of a physical body, causing various anomalies and attracting attention of various inhabitants of the magic world.
In theory, a cautious well-prepared magician with a perfectly peaceful mind can remain in the Realms indefinitely. Curiously, this is partially confirmed by Vanishing Adrole – a rare small plant found in eastern Prakra. The unassuming flower defends its name by disappearing during droughts, only to return some time (generally 3-6 months) later. While several magical animals are known to travel between physical and dream-planes, this humble plant is the only known being that stays in the Realms for such prolonged period of time without any side-effects.
Unfortunately, the very nature of intelligent minds prevents such “time travel” from being safe enough to be practical. Many that tried were either affected mentally or physically, lost their nature, or disappeared completely. Of course, one could argue that the latter could have succeeded in their goal, and might return in very far future. But from the days of ancients to this era there have been no non-demonic beings who remained in the Realms for a hundred, two hundred, or a thousand years and came back.”

I settled on Patatas, and Greg was delighted… for a while. Then he grew tired of him, as he does with all his material possessions. And as he will with me, eventually. But I’d rather not think about that.

You know, I've been thinking. The stars in our world often look quite dim, especially in areas where there is light pollution. Suddenly, I'm imagining that in the Imposter!AU, the Creator looks at the stars at night, captivated by their brilliance. Perhaps Scaramouche or Mona (Whichever you prefer, you may also just write another character you think fits this scenario :D) find them. The Creator looks at them, then back at the stars.
"They're very lovely, you know? The stars never shine this brightly back home. It's a lovely sight..."
They smile. "I'm happy that I'm able to see them, even if it's in another world. I appreciate you letting me look at them before I die."
Perhaps the character takes pause... And sits next to them.
It's a lovely night.
in the stars
word count: ~1k
-> warnings: violence, blood, both of those in your future so technically you’re not hurt yet, not written for mona mains, sorry, didn’t work with the plot :/ also diona/klee/qiqi/nahida/sayu mains are on thin ice with this one. questionable plot. barely edited.
-> lowercase intended

the stars never lie.
mona clutches her catalyst to her chest, wide eyes turned to the sky. she whispers to them, hoping they’ll change, shift into something she’ll understand, anything.
they don’t.
her head lowers, inspecting the book. thrilling tales, the spine reads, the cover a simplified dragon with a sword through it. she tries to read into it, to try and pick apart the motives behind the weapon, but all it returns is a simple needlepoint.
a compass. one she’d followed ever since she caved into the pull on her catalyst, one she’d followed out of the city at dusk and into the plains, hiking up starsnatch cliff at its behest. her twin tails had lost some of their curl on the journey, her hat flopping sadly. it was late, later than she’d normally be awake, and she stumbled once on a rock before quickly catching herself, checking to make sure you hadn’t moved.
you, sat at the peak of the cliff. you, surrounded by cecelias, face turned to the stars. you, who turned at her short cry.
“are you alright?”
she couldn’t bring her hands to shift her catalyst into its attack position. her hands, free from their usual gloves, dug into the cover of the book, shaking both with the chill of night and with… she couldn’t tell, couldn’t pin whether it was fear or nervousness, or something else that blurred the line between panic and excitement.
“just fine, thank you.”
her voice was harsher than it should have been. she could tell you were being genuine, the way the water in the air shaped around you like it wanted to cling made that clear enough, the stars shining down on you as if you were the only being on the planet.
the stars never lie. so why were they saying you meant no harm?
you turned back to the stars, your hands shifting back to weave into the grass between the cecelias.
"they’re very lovely tonight. the stars, i mean. they never shine this brightly back home….” against her better judgement, mona glanced up. the sky was particularly clear, constellations shining down unhindered. “it’s a beautiful sight.”
orders from the knights echoed in mona’s head, orders extended from a god she’d never met. she knew the knights wholeheartedly meant what they said, truly believing the words they were told, but you…
hesitantly, she brought her hand in a circle in front of her, scrying for your constellation. you didn’t have one, unsurprisingly, and she relaxed slightly in the knowledge that you didn’t have a vision.. still, there was something strange about the empty space where yours would have been. swapping the sigils and rotating the outer edge, mona decided to read your future.
all the air was sucked from her lungs, the images depicted in the water making her mouth dry. the water warped and bubbled a dark color, as if it itself hated to show what it did.
you were on your knees, tight steel chains wrapped around you and latched onto hooks in whatever you were sitting on. in front of you stood the favored, the creator’s most prized, their weapon drawn. their form was taught with anger, nearly seething. it was strange, so uncharacteristic that it froze the astrologist in place for a moment.
no matter how fiery the disposition, vessels of yours were calmer after being wished upon, heart stiller for being by your side. they, the most prominent on your team of them all, should be at most handling such a severe situation with a tick in their jaw and quiet fury in their eyes, not…
she watched with sick horror as the favored attacks once, your chest caving once, twice with hitched attempts at breathing before you slumped over, blood trickling from your neck. the favored stepped back, weapon dismissed, and mona closed the illusion before it played any further. she hadn’t meant to look all the way to your death, only a few-
…only a few hours.
her hands shake where they’re still clasped in front of her, the remains of her scrying circle swirling in her palms. you didn’t even have a day.
she let the water fall, sending it towards the cecelias around you, willing them to stand brighter as she approached. she couldn’t bring herself to summon her catalyst, not now that she knew what your fate held.
the grass was damp beneath her, seeping slightly into her nightclothes. you didn’t say anything, simply passing her a flower that you had been twirling in your palms. she willed it to heal, restored the color to its petals and the strength to its stem, then passed it back. she had no use for it, not when you…
you chuckled as you took it, staring down at it for a moment before turning skyward once more. mona followed your eyes up, spotting a well known constellation directly above you. nearly perfectly straight up, glowing like a beacon, was the constellation of the favored, six stars making themselves prominent against the dotted sea of night.
“beautiful, isn’t it?”
she swallowed, eyes flicking down to you. you were still watching the stars, probably tracing the shape of the constellation above you. unknowing of what it spelled for your fate, unknowing of the warning written above you.
mona settled into the grass a little more, taking her hat off her head so it wouldn’t fall when she looked up again.
“indeed, it is.”

Can y’all imagine the chaos that would ensue if we suddenly decided to splice together the way Grian plays Phasmophobia with Watcher Lore?
Specifically going off what is seen in the videos on his second channel, as I don’t know anything that happens on streams-
Grian’s play-style (most of the time) for this game is: Watching. He often stays in the van, monitoring the cameras and telling his friends when activity is happening or their sanity is low.
And, in many of his videos, the times when he does die in a hunt are mostly due to the fact that he can’t see- the ghost, obstacles, hiding places.
Now I’m not saying we SHOULD start dropping Watcher lore into Phasmophobia- I just have an obsession with Watcher lore and got bored so I wrote this

Today we have the last two cards! Mother Ginger as Judgement and a map of The Realm as The world!
For some lore: The Realm is where Alexander and Clara get transported to to collect the keys; each kingdom has a key. Mother ginger appears quite late in Hanz and Kaitlyn's story, she is the Aunty of Princess Perlipat. And like Perlipat... she tries to help them.
I'm going to start drawing some of y'alls OCs next!!! Just some little things for all of you lovely people!

People think Sirius was brave enough to stand against his family's ideals. But I think it's that he wanted to be brave enough to stand against the "pureblood" beliefs. His courage was much more likely a response to his experiences, not some innate gryffindor bravery and recklessness.
It's like him being a rebel as a response to his abuse, him breaking the rules of the society he was brought up in, him being a troublemaker instead of a good heir like his parents wanted, it's more the want to be not like them, not so much as inherent bravery. Not to say that's not bravery, that is not the implication here. But people like to either diminish him as this glorified "good" character or make him utterly rash and irresponsible, and make that his entire personality, both of which are entirely opposite to what he is. Many just hate him as this "dark" character with deeds not worthy enough for redemption. Either him being so "good" it excuses all his faults or him being so fucked up it's not worth it to give him a chance.
The fact is he was reckless, and sometimes his actions come off as careless and at other times he makes us uncomfortable. But his flaws shadow his complex personality to such a degree that people forget he's also this brilliant person, someone expected to reach great heights, someone who suffered grave injustice, imprisoned for something he never did. The fact is that he still blamed himself. He lost his best friend, his real family, his soulmate, everything that actually gave him the will to fight on, everything which inspired him to be brave, and then be labelled as a traitor, a traitor to someone he loved the most, a betrayal from someone he trusted with his life, someone he would've given his life for, that stung worse than the imprisonment itself. He already lost the fight in him, couldn't even grieve because that's just how fast everything went wrong.
He's not a "nice" guy, instead has a morally grey outlook on life, because life screwed him over and over. He's selfless to the point it's selfish. He loves in a way that scars. His recklessness is a response mechanism, which will hurt others at times and I'm not excusing his actions either. The man spent 12 years in azkaban yet he was still sane enough to break out from there, which is a seemingly impossible task, the first person to do so. When he got the slightest hint that Harry might be in danger, that along with his burning desire for vengeance, was an incentive enough to awaken the fight in him, he then does the impossible, evidence of his brilliance and sheer determination and will, but also of his recklessness because he probably doesn't care about his life and later on doesn't consider the implications of his actions when he runs headfast into danger to protect Harry. He doesn't stop to think how that would affect Harry because Harry's safety takes priority for him, his utter lack of self worth easing him into the process. But there are moments where he's just this man trying to be a good godfather to his godson, trying to be brave enough to be there for Harry, brave enough to try to live for him. Whether or not he wanted it to end at one point is completely up to interpretation, but I feel he tried to be there for Harry, wanted to be brave even when suffocating in the home he did everything to leave behind, his remaining memories haunting him in every step and reminding him of everything he lost. In a position like that, it'd be very easy to fall into despair and just lose hope, I wouldn't fault him if he did. He's furthest from being perfect, and that's what makes him so human, all his trauma, his flaws, his bad decisions, his hurtful actions. His story is one of the most tragic in canon, but canon reduces him to this reckless hot tempered side character, the black sheep of the Black family yet unable to delve into what truly separates him from them.
This ALSO brings the point that Sirius "wanted" to not be like his family and by extension a Slytherin, similar to how Harry didn't "want" to be a Slytherin, tho Harry had at least canonically a more black and white outlook on life, but justified at the time, because at the mere age of 11, he learnt the evil wizard who killed his parents, the reason he was at the dursleys, the reason why he never had a good life, and probably never will, was in Slytherin, along with the dark arts and pureblood stigma associated with that house. Even though they all are just children, the encounter with Malfoy further solidified that anti-slytherin ideal. Although canon was crazy to make a single house the collective evil when it really is so much more (no one ever accused the TERF of being a good writer).
The way these characters (Sirius and Harry) are raised are also very similar. So gryffindor seems to value the want to be brave more than often, which might make sense as a trait actually favoured in a member of the house (as we see in Neville too), thus making some of these members kinda reckless to be perceived as more brave. Because that's what it is, the want to be brave.

so are we gonna talk about ameri's name literally being a ship name
well it's basically implied canon that merize is her mother
henri's name is technically "anri" in japanese, not henri
anri, merize
ameri?
