Exercice du jour : Du fractionné en côte !

Me voilà parti dans l’idée de travailler le cardio et les foulées. Pour y arriver, rien de tel qu’une bonne côte.

A ma droite, voici donc : La côte ! 

300 mètres, elle démarre par un faux plat et se termine par une raideur à 9%. Elle est bitumée, propre, en ligne droite. Le temps est gris et il n’y a pas de vent. Sa détermination à m’avoir est totale et son insolence me motive encore plus !

A ma gauche, le runner : Moi !

Collant tout propre, tee-shirt orange pour être vu par les automobilistes, petite veste ouverte et manches remontées. Ma motivation ne fait aucun doute. Je vais tout arracher !

Le match fera 10 round maximum, si nous y arrivons. A moins d’un K.O. avant...

Round 1

Première ascension et j’arrive en haut essoufflé mais j’ai bien tiré et bien géré. Je suis content de moi. Je redescends en trottinant avec un petit vent de face qui me rafraîchit et je ne dis pas non !

Round 2

Plus difficile (déjà?). Je ne m’attendais pas à souffrir aussi vite mais bon, c’est logique. Je la monte à 80% de mes capacités donc la deuxième fois est plus dure. Je ne m’arrête toujours pas et je redescends en trottinant lentement pour reprendre mon souffle.

Round 3

Je cours différemment. Je monte la première partie à 60%, dans l’idée d’accélérer dans la partie la plus raide. Ça passe mais arrivé en haut je me dit que c’est dur. Allez !! Il faut s’accrocher !!

Je redescends en marchant cette fois.

Round 4

Similaire au round précédent sauf que ma chaussure (mizuno prophecy) droite est en souffrance aussi. Elle fait “scouuiiittchh scouuiiitchh...” à chaque pas (voir la photo pour la cause). J’arrive en haut, j’ai besoin d’air. Les mains sur les genoux, j’ai la bouche grande ouverte. Allez, on ne s’arrête pas !

Je redescends en marchant.

Round 5

Je fais une fixette sur le bruit de la chaussure et ça m’énerve. Je tire sur les bras, je monte les genoux et je prends les appuis sur la pointe des pieds mais je me rends vite compte que je suis moins explosif. Mes appuis sont plus lourds et je monte moins vite. Ça tire !

Je redescends en marchant, les mains sur les hanches !!

Round 6

Rebelote. Tu ne m’auras pas! Clairement, je monte moins vite même si j’y mets tout. L’objectif n’est plus la vitesse mais d’arriver au bout !

Je redescends en marchant.

Round 7

Je remonte mais je suis mort. le K.O. est prononcé et j’essaie de rentrer en trottinant mais je suis explosé et je n’y arrive pas alors je marche.

Au moment où j’écris ces lignes, j’ai mal aux jambes et je me suis rendu compte que ma semelle droite de mes chaussures est cassée. 

Il ne reste plus qu’a aller faire les magasins maintenant  :)
