Hello lovelies!
I will be taking down the posts as I wish to rewrite them from a different angle that doesn't glorify cheating and sleeping around or sneaking off to break the marriage bed. I've felt convicted on this for quite some time and wished to inform you all. I also have minors engaging with my content...this is not okay. While I know I can't stop someone I can block and will be doing this. So:
- please put an indicator of your age in your bio if you wish to continue to read my works as I will be purging my followers list.

expensive art donaldson I need to talk about how dripping in money he is and how he smells so good and his expensive suits and his expensive watch and him standing at the end of the bed he's about to fuck you on as he slowly unlatches it from around his wrist and taking his time to set it down on the vanity, never taking his eyes off you as he moves to unbuckle his belt next.

three generations of chaebol family who are all awful at doing business who don't know how to read people. getting scammed left and right. never once suspecting the one who's been plotting against them for the last 20 years living under the same roof. easily trusting just anyone based on the recommendation of an employee who's manipulating them and ruining their own personal relationships. never once stopping to pay any heed to the daughter who's suspects her mother was murdered. not listening to the one person who's been saving their asses for the past 3 years and is probably the only reason they still have all their wealth. making business decisions based on what a fucking shaman said that they didn't even meet themselves

remember how doug's first wife came out and supported kamala, stating that she has been a great co-parent????? well, him confirming that he cheated on his first wife makes that endorsement that much more genuine to me tbqh. getting an endorsement from a baby mama is one thing, but a baby mama who was cheated on????? that's on a whole different level tbh

One of the schools I work at has a new teacher and she observed my lessons this week to see how they were run. I think we're gonna work very well together :D First thing she told me was basically she wants to organise the classroom because the back room is a disaster and she can't find anything (I was like YES I HAVE BEEN SAYING THIS FOR MONTHS THANK YOU). Then she complained that the Japanese teacher she'd observed didn't really use English during her games she basically just used them as an incentive to get the kids to finish the textbook task, so it was more like "okay let's get this boring English over with and then we'll play a game" (which honestly explains a LOT about their attitude). Then when the kids started coming in she said to me "I'm only going to use English with them unless I absolutely have to, because otherwise it defeats the point of you being here" and I'm like yessss finally someone who gets it.
Also she's like 50-something and doesn't take shit from anyone and has basically already told the company they're not going to bully her into working longer hours because she wants to go travelling and have lunch at nice cafes and see her friends but also she has like the calmest vibes ever and was SO patient and calm with the kids, like there is legit nothing that phases that lady and I'm like yesss I want to be you when I grow up.

"Alice Perrers was perceived by her contemporaries to be an uncrowned queen and through an analysis of her activities it is clear she was able to utilise the practical benefits of queenship for her own ends. However, by taking on the mantle of queenship Alice fundamentally corrupted the sovereignty and kingship of Edward III. First, by her aggressively political behaviour she became the threat at the heart of the power structure that the gendered constructions of queenship were supposed to remove from a consort. Second, by taking on the practical aspects of queenship she inherently undermined the ideological role of queenship, both by the simple fact that she was a mistress and not a queen, and even more so because of her behaviour. The problems Alice caused and how she was perceived were amplified in contrast to the [...] demeanour of Philippa, who was widely respected and much loved by the people. Just as queens in their exalted position were ‘lightning rods’ for ideas about women and female power, so was Alice because of her proximity to the king."
-Laura Tompkins, The uncrowned queen: Alice Perrers, Edward III and political crisis in fourteenth-century England, 1360-1377 (Thesis, University of St Andrews, 2013)
"Alice's expansion of her power through the office of queenship was problematic for a number of reasons. First, while the queen’s power was legitimised by her marriage to the king and her coronation, Alice’s power was not formalised in this way and consequently would have been regarded as illegitimate. Second, she was not the right type of woman to share in the king’s dignity. She was not noble, she was not chaste and she was not virtuous. Instead, she was a low-born London widow and a businesswoman. Consequently, we find Alice being discussed in the language and stereotypes of queenship, but in a rather negative light. For example, while queens are routinely described as noble, beautiful and virtuous regardless of what they actually looked like, Walsingham is quick to emphasise that Alice was of low birth, and that, almost implied as a consequence, she ‘was not attractive or beautiful’. While we do not know what Alice looked like it seems unlikely that Edward III would have taken and kept her as a mistress for so long if she had been physically repellent. Third, and most significantly, not only was Alice an inappropriate mistress exercising illegitimate power, but she also broke all of the gendered rules that queenship was constructed around, inverting the ideal form of queenship to her advantage."
