Hello! This is were I introduce myself properly! My name is JP! I have few other online names, but that what you can call me here. :)

On this blog, you can expect a variety of posting, related to many different fandoms and topics. Since I've dabbled in lots of different things over the years. Usually anything related to history, literature, mythology, science, biology (speculative and real world), and world building will catch my eye. I also ADORE retrowave and vintage cartoons. Especially stuff from the 1980s, if you can't already tell from my blog theme. Lol.

I'm also an artist, writer, amateur character designer, and amateur script writer, looking to develop shows and movies for everyone to enjoy!

This blog is mostly a place for me to save interesting info, cool art, and inspiration for my personal projects. But I do post art and writing every once and in a while. So keep an eye for any stuff that comes up.

My interests change wildly and rapidly thanks to my ADHD. But my favorite fandoms are these.

- Scooby Doo! (One of my favorite TV shows! Fell in love with this show as a teenager and have been loving Scooby ever since! I would love to chat about this one! #1 Shaggy x Velma shipper!)

- Ninjago! (Best Lego show ever!!! Take a peek at my Ninjago blog at @the-ninjago-historian. But please don't ask any Ninjago related questions here, for the sake of organization. Please. I beg of you.🙏)

- TTTE and the RWS by Reverend William Awdry. (Nervous about sharing this one. Please don't judge me. I like railway history and fantasy. It's a perfect combination of both. I've ADORED since I was a child. Check out my blog @dragons-and-magic for stuff involving The Railway Series, Dragons, and Xenofiction in general. I have a lot of art there for a TTTE Dragon AU I'm making. Again, please direct all TTTE questions there, thanks.)

- I'm also kinda dabbling in a few other fandoms like Sonic The Hedgehog, Transformers, Pokemon, ROTTMNT, etc. We'll see where that goes.

More rambling.

You know, I never really thought about it until I started redesigning my blog, but before I did, I was kinda making the blog's look and posting for other people. And almost never for myself.

Even after I wasn't satisfied with the blog's look anymore, I decided to keep it the way it was because "Other people probably liked it." and "Why fix it if it ain't broke?" I also wanted to keep the blogs theme one specific thing. Despite the fact I like lots of stuff. This was ALSO because I thought people would find it more appealing.

Fast forward to now and I'm like WAIT. This is MY blog. This is MY sand box. I can redesign it however the heck I want because of that. It's doesn't have to be just a Disney Tangled™ and VAT7K blog. That's not my whole personality!!! Why have I not done anything?!😤

And then I remembered.😳😂 So yeah, little backstory for the redesign. I have to say, it's going well. Still some bumps and stuff. But going well!

Thinking about how I want to redesign my blog. I just need to ramble.

I'm thinking Vapor Wave and 1980s Aesthetic.✨✨✨✨

Since I have a deep love for the 1980s. Especially the Architecture, aesthetic, and Fashion. And while my interests tend to shift very rapidly, that one seems to stay fairly consistent. Most of my hyperfixations have been related to the 80s somehow. Or if not, I would try to apply an 80s style to them in my art. 🤣

Speaking of which, I'm actually writing a private project inspired by Vapor Wave, 1980s - 2000s, 80s Anime, and a hint of the 1960s. (It's a very retro project.😅) I don't know if I'll ever post any of it here, since I've been keeping it under lock and key since I was frickin 16. But maybe someday.

Additionally, I'm gonna spiff up my tag system. Good luck finding anything I posted after the revamp. Everything is gonna be a lot more organized. Lol.

I'm also wondering if I should change my blog handle. I made it when I was just starting out and just smooshed a bunch of words together. On the other hand, it's what everyone knows me by. Hmmm.

Sorry I took so long to respond! A lot of stuff has been happening! Also, I should probably give a little more information one what exactly happened. Well, my family actually managed to get a home loan! We've been trying for years, but never succeeded. But it happened!!!

Granted, we still have a long way to go before we moved. (We already had two housing opportunities fall through this week. That kinda dampened my spirits.😭)

But we still have some more options, so hopefully one will go through! :)

Okay, I definitely hear what you're saying. But that's not quite the idea I had in mind. But that's on me for not explaining my idea right. I was trying to put my idea into words, but it didn't quite come out right. Sorry about that. So let me try to explain again.

It's not that I think Anti-Ai people don't know what AI is. (Surely they know about it, if they're talking about it.) It's more that, I wanted to create a post showing the differences between good and bad use of AI for people that may be new to the drama and issues surrounding it. I certainly didn't know for a long time until I came on here. So I wanted to help people like me, who are new to all this. And also so they don't get conned into using it improperly. It would also show how to use AI responsibly.

One more thing. I also wanted to help people who think there is no other options than AI while creating art and music. I also wanted to highlight some good alternatives to these people, so maybe they'll stray away from using it so much.

Hopefully this clears things up?

Something I've noticed that since the reveal and consequences of AI art theft and other AI related activities, people seem to have either forgotten or just don't know about, the good and proper use of AI, and have labeled it as all bad.

I'm seriously considering writing a short article on the differences between proper and improper uses of AI, what good uses AI has, and how it's being misused, to help these people under it better. AI definitely has a few good uses, and I believe we should fight to keep it within those boundaries, to better our future as human beings.

What do you guys think? Should I go through with it? I would have to do a lot of research and asking around. (Not that I mind honestly. I love that kind of stuff.😂)

Please don't come after me. I'm genuinely curious. I have ADHD and to be honest, some of the effects such as executive dysfunction can feel quite debilitating. Especially when I'm struggling with important stuff like school and work. But I'm still not sure if it necessarily counts as one either.

Please let me know what you think! I'm very interested to hear everyone's thoughts!
