Pulling the covers off you, you swung your legs out of bed. Sitting up straight, clamping onto the bed, you needed a moment to process what you were feeling. Your brows furrowed hearing your stomach rumble about. Squeezing your stomach, you hoped to silence it. – “Am I that hungry?” – you asked yourself hearing another groan. Looking to the side, you checked what time it was. Nowhere near sunrise. Squeezing your stomach tighter at the pain, you barely could hold it. – “I’m getting food.” – you said out loud, getting out of bed.
You slipped into your comfy slippers as black as night. At a slow pace you made your way over to the door. Stomach making sounds so loud you were glad no one was around to hear it. It would be so embarrassing. It took you a lot of strength to move your feet about. Barely able to lift them. Toes dragging over the floor till you lifted them briefly up to set your heel down. Halfway the hall, you paused to catch your breath.
You stumbled a bit further, dragging yourself forwards. Suddenly the walls felt like closing in on you. Twisting and turning in a blur. No longer able to distinguish the floor from the ceiling. Gasping for air, you stumbled to the side. Grabbing the first thing in reach. A door handle. The door handle flipped down and up by your force. Body crashing against the door as you had lost your balance. It took you a second to shake yourself awake.
On the other end of the door shot Enid awake. Eyes wide with fear. – “Wednesday.” – she shout-whispered, pulling the covers more up. Wednesday groaned in her sleep pulling her covers over her head. – “Did… did you hear that Wednesday?” – Enid asked frightful. – “Go back to sleep Enid.” – Wednesday replied moody. – “But… but… I heard something… in the hallway.” – her lip trembled. – “Then go look.” – Wednesday’s voice muffled from coming under the sheets. – “What if it is the Hyde?” – she freaked out pulling the covers over her head to hide.
Wednesday groaned loud. – “If I hear you scream I’ll know.” – she replied grinning with her eyes closed. Enid huffed loud, pushing her covers down. – “I thought you’d love to explore if it was the Hyde?” – she called out making sure her voice remained quiet enough yet loud and clear to deliver the message. Wednesday slapped her covers off her, staring at the ceiling. – “It better be the Hyde or I’m feeding you to it myself!” – she said getting up in one swift motion.
Enid swallowed nervously moving her covers away as well. – “Now I hope it is not.” – she said. Wednesday grabbed a flashlight making her way to the door. Enid followed wanting to stay close. Wednesday opened the door without hesitation as Enid yelped. – “Do you want to get eaten?” – she asked. Enid shook her head. – “Then stop squealing like a faint girl.” – she made clear with a deep sigh.
Wednesday shone her flashlight down the hallway. Enid grabbed for her shoulder as her light fell upon a figure. Wednesday gave her a bitter expression that made her let go. Wednesday casted her light better on the person recognizing you out of a million. – “Disappointing.” – she said dull. – “It’s my sister.” – Wednesday turned around heading back to her room. – “Wait!” – Enid called out. – “Aren… aren’t you curious to what she is doing so late?” – Enid questioned.
Wednesday stared at her. – “For all I care she is summoning ghosts.” – she answered with little care. Enid took the flashlight from her roomie. – “Well I am going to investigate.” – Enid had set her mind to it. Wednesday didn’t reply to it, closing the door behind her. – “Fine! I’ll be alright on my own.” – Enid said to the door. Turning around nervous, she couldn’t deny she was a bit anxious. What if you were truly going to summon ghosts. She wasn’t sure if she wanted to witness that.
Swallowing her doubt down, she went on with shaky legs. – “Y/n.” – Enid whispered, her flashlight shuddering in her grip. The light bounced up and down. Too nervous to keep it steady. – “Y/n wait up.” – she called out when she was losing sight of you. Enid started running. Going down the stairs as you were already going down them. – “Y/n.” – Enid whispered seeing your hand slide against the wall for grip. – “Are you alright?”
Enid started to run faster. At the foot of the stairs, she caught you. Grabbing you firmly by your arm, turning you around to her. – “Y/n!” – she said shining her light at you. You squeezed your eyes partly shut at the bright light. Enid gasped moving back. – “Are… are you alright?” – she asked panicky seeing the sweat glimmer on your face. – “Just… just hungry I guess.” – you told her, squeezing your stomach more. Enid frowned. – “Does your stomach hurt?” – she asked moving your hand away.
You nodded, bending over at the pain. – “It’s like I haven’t eaten in ages.” – you explained. Enid took you by the arm to keep you standing up straight. She hummed deep looking thoughtful around. – “I don’t think the nurse would be pleased if I wake her up.” – she said to herself out loud. You flinched hearing your own stomach growl. – “Did… did you perhaps ate something bad at the Carnival?” – Enid asked, trying all possibilities.
“I don’t know.” – you answered. – “All I ate was cotton candy.” – reminding her. Enid shone her flashlight at a door. – “Perhaps we can go look for a snack or medicine.” – she looked at you wondering which approach you wanted. – “Food.” – you said clear. Enid moved her arm around you to support you. She didn’t want you to fall to the ground.
Enid found her way to the cafeteria easily in the dark. She led you to the back behind the counters. With her back, she pushed the heavy doors open. The room was cooler. Enid set you down on a chair. Laying her flashlight on the table. Your eyes needed a second to adjust to the light Enid had switched on. – “Okay what do you want?” – she said opening the fridge. You shrugged your shoulders. – “Anything eatable.” – you answered. – “Eatable. Got it.”  - Enid repeated searching the fridge.
She grabbed a blood bag, looking disgusted at it for a moment. She shuddered while placing it back. She dove in with both her hands. Shoving things aside in search for something presentable enough to actually make one want to eat. Most things were stomach turners in her eyes. You felt your stomach contract together, freaking you out. – “Enid…” – you said. – “What?” – Enid replied speeding up her search, picking up packs of raw meat to look underneath.
“I don’t feel so good.” – you told her, feeling your stomach growl. Enid gasped bailing on her task to find food. – “Emergency!” – she called out, running around in search for a bucket. She found one with traces of yellow liquid in it. Thinking what it could be almost made her gag. She didn’t find anything else, going back with the bucket to you. – “Sorry I couldn’t find a clean one.” – she said.
You took the bucket from her, holding it close to your chest. – “Good enough.” – you answered. You stuck your head in it, taking a good sniff. – “Disgusting Y/n.” – Enid called out with a pulled up nose. – “It’s not puss… too bad.” – you told her. Enid faked a gag sound at the horrid idea. – “You know you are one sicko sometimes.” – she said. – “Thank you.” – you answered trying to smile. Enid patted you on your head with a deep sigh. – “Still need any food?” – she asked to be sure. You pulled your shoulders up, feeling a tat better.
Enid moved back to the fridge, taking one last look. Your lips parted feeling lightheaded. – “E…Enid…” – you breathed out. Enid hummed loud, her finger in her mouth, a cup of pudding in her other one. She dropped her pudding at the sight of you. She came running over as you couldn’t see straight. Enid moving from side to side in a wave. – “Y/n! You are looking pale. More then ever!” – she exclaimed in a panic.
“I’m getting your sister!” – she pulled herself up as you stopped her by grabbing her arm. – “No Wednesday!” – you made clear. – “Y/n I can’t attend to you like this? You are clearly sick!” – she called out in a panic. She pulled out her phone, clutching onto it. – “Let me at least call Tyler then! He might know what to do… please.”
You let go of her arm. Enid turned around making the call. The air around you was tightening. – “I…I need fresh air.” – you said getting up. Enid was too busy calling on the phone she hardly heard you leave. You left through a back door, finding a way outside. You took in a deep breath, letting your head fall back. Dropping the bucket you started walking.
Barefoot in the grass. The moon full between the leaves of the trees. Taking another deep breath, you started to feel better. Stumbling through the woods to wherever your bare feet were carrying you. The cold breeze didn’t do you anything. The cold seemed to make you feel clear. Sane. You wandered further in the woods enclosing your school.
Guided by the moon and dark. You smiled feeling almost esthetic. Euphoric of some kind. You smiled wider seeing grim faces appear in the trees. Blood dripping down the bark made you look giddy at it. Heart pattering just a bit faster. What a dream this was.
“Y/n!” – Tyler called out spotting you through the trees. He came running over nearly tripping over his own feet. He bumped hard against you, wrapping his arms around you. He exhaled deeply relieved. Cupping your cheeks, he lifted your head a bit up to meet with his eyes. – “Are you alright. Enid called me that you were feeling unwell.” – he said taking a good look at you. – “I’m fine.” – you told him with a wave dismissing it.
Tyler furrowed his brows. – “What… what are you doing out here in the woods? It’s not save.” – he clenched his jaw, looking around. You started laughing making him frown. – “I am the most dangerous thing here in the woods.” – you teased with a little shove. Tyler chuckled. – “I know.” – he answered. He kissed your forehead teasingly. He wrapped his arms around you, letting his head rest against your side. – “Does your stomach still hurt?” – he asked.
You shook your head. – “Was it the cotton candy?” – he whispered lips close to your ear. – “Or the tea?” – you said making him widen his eyes. He moved you at arms-length. – “What tea?” – he asked frantically. – “Misses Thorn-“ – you started as he let go of you stumbling back. Your eyes widened feeling a strong contraction in your stomach. Tyler gasped, looking with fear at you. You coughed, a dark thick liquid spewing out of your mouth. Droplets hit Tyler on his shirt, making him move his arms up.
More dark liquid came out of your mouth as it stained your chin. You kept coughing it out as it kept coming. – “No!” – Tyler yelled out, catching you when you dropped down. The blackness kept coming out of you as you were slowly choking on it. – “No! no, no, no!” he called out holding your body. Your chest spasmed as the black liquid sputtered out of your mouth. – “No! Please!” – Tyler panicked, his hand trembling as it tried to brush against your cheek.
He almost choked on his own tears watching you choke on the poison. It was clear to him she’d poisoned you. He wiped his tears away, getting up his feet as he carried you. – “Hold on Y/n!” – he made clear. – “I will not let you die on me!” – he started running back to the school, hoping he wouldn’t be too late for an antidote.

not so secret
request: What about miss thornhill x reader where reader is another teacher at Nevermore but they're trying to keep their relationship a secret from the students and principal weems? Thank you!
Tumblr media
navigation // request // me and find the rest!
summary: y/n and marilyn are both teachers at nevermore and are in a secret relationship. well, maybe not so secret after all.
warnings: none
note: i love this one mostly because my motivation comes back slowly
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>•<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
it was all happening so fast. her hands on my waist, her lips on mine. marilyn hold me close to her while our lips were working together in sync. i was leaning against her desk while she was standing in between my legs, trying to be as close to me as possible. we were currently in her class, where all the plants surrendered us. not letting anyone from the outside see what was happening inside.
i pulled away a bit only for her lips to chase me straight away. i chuckled while my lips were on hers once again. she smiled herself hearing my reaction and our kiss automatically broke. she opened her eyes and they met mine.
“so eager.” i commented and licked my lips while she playfully rolled her eyes at me. my hands, wrapped around her neck were now slowly moving down wanting to touch her waist.
“what can i say,” she started and immediately got my attention. “you drive me insane, rose.” she smirked at the end and i uncontrollably shook my head. she raised an eyebrow at me still smiling.
“such an ordinary flower.” i said and she let out a laugh from the back of her throat. it automatically made me smile.
“but such a beautiful one.” she said and her lips attacked my neck in no seconds. i pulled my head back to give her more space at what she smiled. my hands lost their plan to hold her waist and immediately flew to her hair, holding her close to my skin. “just like you.” she added and her lips were now numbing my earlobe. i let out a sigh at the feeling and her smile grew even more.
“the things you do to me.” i whispered spreading apart my legs even more. marilyn immediately got my hint and stepped even closer to me, i could feel the material of her clothes on my thighs. at this point i was literally sitting on her desk. her hands left my waist and slowly went up to touch my breasts through the material of my blouse. i bit down my lower lip at the feeling not wanting for her to stop. my breathing got heavier when her hands squeezed my skin. not a second later i felt her start to slowly unbutton my shirt and i gripped her hair even tighter. not that i wanted to stop now, but just the thought of someone catching us was giving me mixed feelings. marilyn seemed to notice my insurance and immediately stop her movements. she pulled away from me looking straight into my eyes. i smiled shyly at her and she just chuckled quietly. then her lips were on mine again while her hands were still placed against my breasts. our lips were in sync again when we heard a squeaky sound.
“i told you! we’re so early.” enid exclaimed slowly opening the door.
“better to be early than late.” another person said whose voice we couldn’t recognise at first.
mines and marilyn’s eyes immediately opened and we teared apart from each other in no time. she was now standing next to her chair while i was leaning against her desk, but not longer sitting on it. our attention flew straight to the people coming in. the blonde finally fully opened the door and her eyes suddenly noticed us.
“hi ms. thornhill, ms. y/l/n.” she smiled to us and moved to her desk. wednesday followed her with a typical for her stern expression. she looked at us while narrowing her eyes a bit but almost immediately her attention shifted to the she-wolf sitting in her spot.
“hi girls.” i greeted them moving away from the desk and turning around so i could face the students. “why are you here so early? if i’m not wrong you both have like another fifteen minutes of break.” i asked trying not to sound suspicious. wednesday looked me up and down but her friend responded to me quickly.
“wednesday wanted to come in so early.” enid exclaimed making face with her lips pursed into a straight line. “she wanted to see the plants or something.” she explained and wednesday looked her way.
“to observe them.” she said and enid shrugged at her words.
“potato, potato.” she whispered but the brunette heard her anyway. wednesday came up to her friend and punched her shoulder slightly while almost immediately walking away from her to actually look at the plants around us. enid shook her head and started to write something down in one of her notebooks.
“i’ll see you later.” i said with a smile to my love still standing in her place. her eyes found my face and she also smiled lovingly at me. she nodded her head slowly.
“don’t be late today.” she said a bit more quietly and i bit my lip. with a smile still present on my face i nodded my head at her and exited the class.
“what plans do you have for today, ms thornhill?” the blonde asked suddenly and marilyn was a bit taken aback by her voice.
“excuse me?” she asked finally looking at the girl and trying hard to focus this time.
“what plans do you have?” she asked again titling her head a bit. marilyn licked her lips still not fully understanding what she meant. enid rolled her eyes with a smile. “you just told ms y/l/n not to be late, so i suppose you have some plans?” she asked more specifically and thornhill felt her cheeks burn a bit. of course she heard it, she’s a werewolf for god’s sake.
“ah, yes.” she said coming closer to the girl sitting in her spot. finally she reached her desk and leaned against it with her legs. “she just got a lot of papers to correct and i one day offered to help her.” she lied trying to sound as natural as she could. “i asked her not to be late because, the later we start the longer we will be doing it.” she added and enid smiled but this smile was a bit different. almost like she was trying to hold back a smirk. marilyn narrowed her eyes a bit.
“well, have fun then.” she said and her eyes looked down at her notebook again. “and good luck.” she added with something in her voice that marilyn couldn’t fully interpret.
“will be needed.” she said and laughed quietly as she pushed herself away from the desk and walked back to her chair looking for something to take her mind away from the situation the two girls just interrupted.
>>
i was running late for my class, not that it was something new but i just couldn’t get there right on time. it wasn’t my fault that the cafeteria was on the other side of school to my class. swallowing the last part of cake i was eating not half minute earlier i fastened my peace which was almost running at this point. i went down and passed the big staircase at the middle of the hall and finally the last part of my journey was straight passage. wiping my hands on my pants i licked my lips trying to look as decently as i could. i shook my head at myself being late again, but as i finally reached the door to my class i took a deep breath and stepped in.
“i’m so sorry for being late, again. i just ugh, can’t make myself be on time when i have a lunch break.” i said looking at the kids in my class. all of them started whispering with smiles on their faces. at least they weren’t mad. i came up to my desk and sat on the edge of it, facing the class.
“are you guys ready for todays lesson?” i asked needing their attention to be fully directed at me. the class went silent and i smiled even more. i nodded my head in the gesture of greatness and turned around to take a look at the papers i prepared earlier. i took them in my hands and finally started my lesson.
>>
“okay, so i think that’s it for today.” i said putting down the papers on my desk while students were writing down the last notes. i looked at the clock and noticed we had almost five minutes left so i leaned even more on my desk and look at all the faces before me. some of them were already packing up while others were still tacking notes. i smiled uncontrollably and a certain blonde noticed it.
“you seem happy today, ms. y/l/n.” enid said looking at me from the second row. i looked her way and smiled even more.
“indeed i am, miss sinclair.” i responded and earned myself a natural smile from the girl.
“i’m curious whose the reason for that.” bianca exclaimed from fourth row and her friends started giggling. i titled my head a bit narrowing my eyes looking at the group. enid bit her lip pretending to be so caught up with packing her stuff.
“i’m sorry, bianca?” i asked and the girl looked at me with a smudge smile on her face.
“you just seem more distracted lately. i don’t want to come out as rude but often people act like that because of someone special in their life.” she said suggesting i got myself a date so bluntly. i tried to stay as calm as possible, but second before i responded i realised there wasn’t actually anything wrong with the thing she said. well, maybe only the fact that it was kind of disrespectful.
“very brave observation of you.” i said with more cold voice. the girl noticeably straightened in her spot, getting a bit nervous. “but you’re right in fact.” i added and smile came back to my face. she let out a breath she definitely didn’t know she was holding and also smiled at me. i shook my head slightly at her with my eyes filled with kindness. “but that’s i’m certain, none of your concern.” i added and she smiled apologetically as i nodded my head at her.
i got up from my desk and walked to my chair finally feeling relaxed, while bianca turned to her friends. i shook my head looking through all the papers spread all over my desk. finally we heard the bell ring and all of the students started to exit the class. i breathed out deeply, relaxing as it was my last lesson for the day. i left all the papers even more spread out on my desk than they were before and grabbed my phone, wanting to check if my mom haven’t texted me today. while being caught up in the mobile the sound of knocking pulled me out of the little trans i was unconsciously in. i let out a louder “come in!” and put my phone down on the desk, waiting for some person to come in.
“i’m so glad i caught you.” larissa exclaimed as she entered the class. i smiled at the sight of her and she closed the door behind.
“what brings you here?” i asked with a sweet tone. larissa let out a deep sight being obviously tired from walking. she took one of the chairs and put it next to my chair so she could sit down. i watched her while waiting for her to response.
“i wanted to talk to you about some trips we can organise. i know you’ve seen a lot of places around here so i thought you’d help me with all of this.” she explained and i smiled at her words. i titled my head being curious what exact places she had in mind by now.
“of course, it would be pleasure for me.” i said and she smiled softly. she then opened the bag she has been carrying with her and handed me all the papers. i looked through them and noticed a few places i’ve been in before coming to nevermore.
“i was thinking about going somewhere for maybe two or even three days so it doesn’t have to necessarily be as close as jericho. i mean it won’t be a problem if it is that close but i guess we can go over the line a bit with this trip.” she exclaimed and i was nodding my head almost all the time at her words.
“i think this one would caught their attention.” i said as i handled her the paper with a picture of a huge park of plants and animals. she smiled seeing my choice.
“i had a feeling you’d choose this one.” she said and i shrugged my shoulders at her with a smile. she laughed softly and started to read the little information she prepared earlier.
“i think students will be more interested in learning about how everything works in nature than about some old caramels farm.” i said still looking through other offers. larissa laughed once again but it sounded more like a snore this time. i looked at her from the corner of my eye.
“i’m sure you’re right.” she said flipping the paper in her hands on the other side, reading even more about the trip to that destination. “have you been there?” she asked and i nodded my head.
“once or twice. and i can guarantee you it is even more interesting than it looks. and it already looks pretty amazing for me.” i said and larissa slowly nodded her head at my words. “besides, we can always put in the museum not so far from there so that students who are more into history than plants can have something specially for them too.” i suggested and larissa looked at me for a second while nodding her head again.
“i think that’s a great idea, actually.” she said and finally finished reading the article. she handled me it once again taking the rest of the papers from my hands and putting it back to her bag. “we will take only three teachers i think, so marilyn will be coming with us. there’s plants there after all and that’s her thing.” she said and i uncontrollably smiled at the mention of my secret girlfriend.
“i’m looking forward to it.” i said giving her back the paper not reading the article. larissa took it from me and also put it into her bag but folded it before so she wouldn’t loose it. she smiled at me and stretched her arms. i leaned back in my chair also relaxing myself.
“thank you in that case.” she said and started to get up from her chair, grabbing her bag. “i’m sure student will be excited about the plans we’ve—“ larissa couldn’t finish her sentence cause the sound of opening the door interrupted her.
“oh. my. god.” said someone coming into my class. “can you believe it? this little blondie probably knows about us!” marilyn exclaimed coming in and shooting the door behind her. she immediately turned to the cabinets placed at the other side of class to my desk. my eyes widened at her words and suddenly looked at larissa who was now standing next to me and looking at marilyn with one eyebrow raised. shit. i panicked inside but wasn’t able to do anything at this point. “she was so slick today asking me so many questions about you. not that answering them bothered me but just ugh, couldn’t she concentrate on the lesson? she always does so today was a total disaster.” she said looking through the cabinets definitely searching for something in particular. “she heard me asking you not to be late today and all the questions followed after that. like a waterfall. my god i’m so fed up right now.” she continued and i just gave up. i leaned back in my chair again getting ready for larissa to just throw us both out at this point. “sometimes i really wish we could just not hide our relationship, you know? like what’s the big deal actually? there isn’t a rule that forbids us from dating right?” she rumbled more while her hands were still searching through the cabinets. “like why can’t i just tell the students that we are in fact dating? if some of them would even care about it. it’s not like i’m dating a student.” she hissed under her breath and larissa’s eyebrow went even higher. oh my. “like i genuinely don’t understand. does something hold us back? does something not allow us to be dating?” she asked the air around us when her hands finally grabbed something she was looking for. she took out the can and started to read the leaflet around it. “actually i don’t remember why we agreed to keep our relationship a secret in the first place. i mean yeah, the risk of being caught in the middle of doing something is exciting as hell, but besides that?” she wondered more and i started to curse her in my head. larissa had now two brows raised up and i rubbed my face with one of my hands. “why are you so quiet anyway? and also i don’t think it’d be such a big problem to tell teachers or at least larissa about us. like what she could do? as i said before i don’t thinks there’s a rule for us to not date.” she said eyes still glued to the text on the can. she opened her mouth again to say something more but larissa’s voice interrupted her.
“there isn’t a rule against it.” she said and marilyn froze in place. the can almost falling from her hands. she looked to my direction and finally noticed another person in my class. her expression was saying almost everything she was thinking right now.
“larissa.” she half whispered, but we both heard her.
“marilyn.” principal exclaimed putting her hands on my desk for support.
“it’s not how it looks like.” the redhead said and i couldn’t hold in the chuckle that left my mouth. she literally tried so hard.
“oh?” larissa said, smile crawling to her face. marilyn bit her lips regretting everything she said from when she crossed the threshold of my class.
“i won’t say anything more, i would probably make this situation even worse than it already is.” she exclaimed and i couldn’t believe she actually gave up that easily.
“maybe that’s better.” larissa said and pushed herself away from my desk, crossing arms on her chest. marilyn looked at the ground feeling embarrassed as ever.
silence occurred the room.
“you have nothing to worry about.” larissa said suddenly and both me and marilyn looked at her in some kind of shock. she chuckled at our reaction. “as you said previously, there’s nothing i can possibly do to you. there’s not a single rule forbidding one teacher from dating another.” she said and the smile uncontrollably crawled to marilyn’s face. “as you said,” she repeated herself. “as long as it’s not a student i don’t see a problem here.” she said with a soft tone. both me and marilyn finally looked at each other and smiled even more.
“that’s not a way i imagined telling you about us.” i said and larissa looked at me again. “but at least we have it over with.” i added and she laughed shaking her head a bit.
“i’m even less surprised now, why you smiled so much more at the mention of marilyn.” she said and i immediately looked at the redhead who was now looking at me with curiosity. “as long as you two feel comfortable with showing off your relationship it’s okay.” larissa said walking up to the door finally. “next time just tell me sooner so i won’t have to inquire this way.” she said with a laugh following. we both chuckled at her words.
“there won’t be a next time.” said marilyn when larissa was walking out and she shook her head with a smile on her face. principal closed the door. behind her leaving the two of us finally alone.
“well that was-“ she started but i finished her sentence.
“a real disaster.” i said and she laughed at my words, placing the can in one of the cabinets again.
i got up from my chair and walked up to her wrapping my hands around her neck almost immediately. her hands found my waist and she was looking at me with eyes filled with love. i smiled at her even more licking my lips. marilyn shook her head at me knowing damn well what was going on in my mind at the moment. she pulled me closer to her and connected our lips. the kiss was slower than usual. her hands tightened their grip on my skin and i uncontrollably opened my lips slightly. she slipped her tongue into my mouth still doing it slower than i would have expected. my hands found her hair and immediately wrapped themselves around it. she smiled into the kiss always having a thing for me playing with her hair. she pulled her tongue away from my mouth and licked my lower lip. i tried to catch it with my teeth but she was slicker. marilyn pulled away from me a bit, connecting her forehead with mine. she looked at me while i opened my eyes and was met with hers. she smiled feisty at me but still trying to act innocent.
“i’m glad she knows.” i said and she blinked a couple of times trying to understand what i have just said. i smiled seeing this.
“i agree.” she said gently nodding her head. her hands still holding me close to her haven’t loosened their grip.
“now, i can show my love for you whenever i want.” i added and she smiled warmly at my words. her lips found mine again and i unconsciously smiled into the kiss.
“prepare,” she said in between kisses. “to be flooded by my love.” she added and pulled away only for her lips to kiss my cheek. i smiled at her and one of my hands gripped her chin stroking her skin softly.
“we both don’t have any lessons anymore today, so what would you say to going to your place at the spot?” i offered and she chuckled at my words, but her eyes were enough of an answer for me. her hands let go of my waist.
“i don’t want anything else.” she answered laugh feeling her voice. i let go off her chin and she found my hand with one of hers. she linked our fingers and started to walk to the door. i followed her with one of the biggest smile i’ve ever worn.

Fetish - Marilyn Thornhill
1 - a new beginning
<3
Warnings: anxiety/panic attack
Word count: 3.3k
A/N: Soooo excited to be finally able to post this!!!!!!! Aahhhhhh!!!
Tumblr media
You were on the verge of a panic attack. Your bus had taken you to Jericho, and you had just missed the other bus that was supposed to take you to Nevermore.
You were new to the town. Your home was several states away, but your parents had decided it would be the best for you to attend the boarding school they'd read about. Nevermore Academy, a school for outcasts. You thought it was an absurd idea to send you there, as you were, in fact, not an outcast.
There were outcasts in your family. Mostly psychics. Your mother, your father, your grandparents... But not you. The gene had skipped you. Even though no one ever said anything mean about it, especially your parents, you knew everyone was disappointed. How they all had expected you to turn out a skilled psychic - nothing.
You sometimes even thought that you and your incompetence were the reason your parents had divorced all those years ago. Of course they'd assure you it was not, but you couldn't stop overthinking it. Just like you couldn't stop overthinking everything. You were like that - overanalyzing everything and never feeling like you were enough.
Just like now you were overthinking how you'd never get into that academy, how you'd fail again and end up dead in a ditch-
Stop it, Y/N. You're doing it again, you repeated over and over in your head.
You closed your eyes and took a deep breath, attempting to calm yourself down. You had to think rationally. You were in a foreign small town all alone with no sense of direction.
You should ask someone for help. Small town people were usually nice.
You spotted a cozy-looking cafe across the street, nodded to yourself and walked towards it with your bags and your suitcase. After stumbling your way inside with basically your whole life packed into those bags, you took a sigh and had a look around. It was a small and neat place, maybe you'd go there again on a less hectic day. It wasn't crowded at all, with only a few booths by the window occupied.
You decided not to bother the customers, and instead made your way to the front desk, there was a young boy working and surely he'd help.
He raised his gaze up to you and smiled awkwardly, "Good evening, miss. What can I get you?"
You stepped a little closer, as you knew that back home everyone wasn't so... accepting, of outcasts. You didn't know Jericho's situation, but decided to play safe. "Uh, yes. Do you happen to know where the Nevermore Academy is? I was supposed to be there already but I missed my bus and have absolutely no clue where to go." You rambled, but still with a low tone of voice.
The boy raised his eyebrows, looking rather surprised, and you internally slapped yourself. He must hate you now.
But soon enough, his face turned into an understanding one. "Yes, I do actually. Would you like me to take you there?" He offered and you beamed in joy.
"Yes, oh, thank you so much!" You said, almost jumping at how giddy you were. Maybe you wouldn't end up dead in a ditch. But your face soon turned stern and serious, "I will not forget this." You said, attempting to sound as grateful as possible.
He smiled, "Okay, well, my shift unfortunately ends at 10pm, I'm really sorry I wish I could drive you there earlier."
You checked your phone. 8:30pm. You could handle it. "S'okay. As long as I get there somehow."
"Would you like to have a coffee? It's on the house." He offered.
"Yes, that would be great. Thank you, uhm- sorry, what was your name?"
"Tyler. Tyler Galpin. And what is yours?"
"Y/N. Y/N L/N."
-
Tyler drove you to Nevermore as promised. When he parked, you looked anxious and conflicted.
"I could escort you inside? I know the place, I actually come here by a lot since I know some people here."
You widened your eyes, "Really? That would be great, thank you so much!"
He nodded and you got out of the car, he politely took your bags and suitcase although you insisted in carrying them yourself.
The halls were quiet and empty as it was almost 10:30pm now. You had no idea where to go, as this was definitely not an appropriate hour to be meeting the headmistress. But you didn't question anything yet, you just followed Tyler as he seemed to know what to do. You walked along the halls until he came to a halt at a door, seemingly to a classroom but you weren't too sure. "Uh, Tyler? Are you sure we're... allowed to be here?" You questioned.
He chuckled at you, knocking on the door and going inside, you hesitantly following him.
The place was almost as dark as the Autumn sky at this hour, but you noticed a small lamp light up by a desk in the front. You spotted desks to its opposite, this must be a class, you thought. Even though you couldn't see that much in there, you did notice the tall trees and the potted plants nearest to you. It was a serene place, you certainly would enjoy coming here.
"Tyler? What are you doing here?" An unkwown woman from behind you asked, making you flinch and turn around with wide eyes.
You couldn't see her, at all. She was standing in a shadowy corner.
"Ms Thornhill, I believe I've found a lost student of yours. Well, a new student. She came by the Weathervane, asking where the academy is so I brought her here." Tyler explained, now bringing all the attention to you. You couldn't have been more nervous.
The woman stepped forward, now causing the faint desk light to show herself. She was absolutely beautiful with her auburn hair and warm, brown eyes.
Okay, stop it, Y/N. She's probably your teacher, pull your shit together. Your inner monologue scolded you and you agreed. You shouldn't be thinking like that of your possibly new teacher.
The woman looked at you with an intrigued expression, with her head slightly tilted and her eyes narrowed. You felt like you were being judged. But all that washed away when soon, a huge grin plastered all over her face.
"Well, hello there! You must be Y/N, Principal Weems actually informed me about your arrival today, it's nice to meet you. I'm your dorm mom, Marilyn Thornhill!" She introduced herself, offering her hand for you to shake.
And you did, smiling lightly at her, "Yes, I'm Y/N, Y/N L/N. It's very nice to finally be here, thanks to Tyler. Without him I'd probably still be somewhere in Jericho, panicking my guts." You said with a small chuckle.
She frowned in confusion, "What do you mean, did something happen?"
You smiled awkwardly, "Well, I actually missed the bus that was supposed to drive me here, but luckily I went to the local cafe and Tyler was there to save the day."
She raised her eyebrows and looked at Tyler, who nodded, confirming your words. Her gaze turned back to you and you smiled nervously at her. And something in her expression softened.
"Thank you, Tyler, I'll take it from here. Let's get you to your dorm, sweetheart."
Your cheeks developed a faint red at the petname, but gladly it was too dark in the conservatory for her to see. You turn to Tyler, "Thank you so much for saving my life. I owe you."
He chuckled, "It's alright. I better get going before my father starts wondering where I am. Have a good one!"
After the boy had left, you went over to where he had left your bags to pick them up. But right before you could take the bags, a hand on your wrist stopped you.
"Ah, ah. Let me carry those, you must be tired." She insisted, sending you a look which left you no room to argue. You slightly nodded as you wacthed her pick up your bags with surprising strength.
You began following her through the empty halls like a lost puppy, you didn't speak much but the silence wasn't uncomfortable.
Soon enough, you stopped at a door and she searched for a key in her pocket, opening the door. "I'm sorry, sweetie, but you don't have a roommate. All the dorms were full already so you're going to be alone in here." She explained almost sadly, carrying your bags inside and suddenly rubbing your bicep comfortingly.
You flinched a bit at the sudden touch and your cheeks instantly grew hot, which didn't go unnoticed by the woman. You saw how her eyes looked at you weirdly, but not exactly in a bad way, and how her lips parted just the slightest bit.
You had no clue what her gaze meant, but it was piercing through you.
"I- it's alright, Ms Thornhill. I prefer solitude anyway."
She smiled softly, "By the way, welcome to Opheila Hall. As I said before, I'm also your dorm mom, meaning you can come to me about anything and everything whenever you need, sweeatheart, okay?"
You nodded and avoided her gaze. Wrong move, apparently. She gripped you chin and forced you to look in her eyes, you only now noticed how close you were standing, her touch was sending shivers down your spine.
"Use your words, sweet girl." She cooed, making you hazy at the attention and her way with words.
"I- yes, thank you, Ms Thornhill. I uh, I better start unpacking." You rambled, embarassed at how you were stuttering just because of her touch.
She chuckled, "Right, I'll leave you be. I'll stop by tomorrow morning so we can go to Principal Weems together to retrieve your schedule, uniform and everything else necessary."
You nodded as you walked around the small dorm, observing it and thinking of how you'd decorate it to look cozy. "Yes, thank you so much, Ms Thornhill. And sorry again for arriving this late,"
She smiled as you spoke, "Don't apologize, honey. You did nothing wrong. Oh, and just to go over by a few rules, lights out at 10, and no boys, ever."
-
The next day you woke up, smiling lightly at the newly decorated dorm. It had pretty stringlights hung up everywhere, creating a magical atmosphere, there were some of your favorite books set on your desk neatly, hou hung up pretty and slightly transparent white curtains on the windows to add more life into the previously empty room. In your opinion, the bed was the best thing. You had several cozy blankets, decorated pillows and a few plushies. Above it were also some hung stringlights.
You really loved how the room turned out.
Giddy about your new home, you quickly got out of bed and went into the ensuite bathroom in your dorm. You brushed your teeth and washed your face. You quickly did yor hair and applied some makeup before going over to your closet.
It was your first day here, you wanted to make a good first impression. You ended up choosing your favorite outfit.
You didn't know what you should do, but you wanted to explore the school. You decided you'd go and see if Ms Thornhill was in the conservatory (because you completely forgot she was supposed to come to you).
You left your dorm and wandered around the school, trying to remember the way to your dorm. The school was a labyrinth.
You came to an outdoor area which was filled with students. You felt several pairs of eyes on you, which was pretty expected but still made you feel a pang of anxiety in your chest and made you cross your arms. You were quite a social person, but new situations like these still weren't your piece of cake.
A hand on your shoulder interrupted your thoughts. You jumped a little as you turned around to meet a excited-looking blonde who must've been the same age as you. She had blue and pink highlights in her hair and the biggest ear-to-ear smile you'd ever seen on anyone.
There was a raven-haired girl next to the blonde, the mere opposite of her friend. Where the first girl looked like she was on top of the world, the other girl looked like she'd kill you without hesitation if you ever messed with her or her friend.
"Hi!! I'm Enid Sinclair, you must be new here, what's your name??!" The blonde was almost jumping with joy, and her easy-going demeanor really eased up the situation.
You smiled, "Y/N L/N, nice to meet you too. And yeah, I'm very much new here, I arrived just last night."
You turned to look at the gloomy girl next to the blonde. She was glaring at me, but offered her hand anyway after Enid nudged her slightly. You shook her hand and she introduced herself, "Wednesday Addams. It's a pleasure."
You nodded with a smile.
"Y/N, would you like if we showed you around here? I know it can be hard to find places when you're here for the first time." Enid offered.
"Really? That would be amazing," You beamed, ignoring Wednesday's glares towards Enid for suggesting such thing.
You began following the two girls around the school. They showed you the cafeteria, told you that the outdoors area was called the quad, which you honestly thought was weird but didn't say anything. After about an hour of walking around the school and trying to remember the right paths to certain places.
"So, Y/N, what type of an outcast are you?" Enid asked after showing you to the library, Wednesday following close behind.
Your cheeks flushed and you felt an uncomfortable twist in your stomach - you were afraid they'd abandon you instantly if they found out about you being a normie. You sighed as you already accepted your fate, and reluctantly spoke. "Actually, I'm not an outcast. All of my family is, psychics to be exact, but I'm not. I guess the good gene really decided to skip on me." You closed your eyes as you felt the tears pricking in your eyes.
But to your utter shock, neither of them made a snarky comment or looked at you in a disgusted way. Instead, you felt two arms hugging you tight. Enid wrapped you in her arms and whispered just so the three of you heard- "Don't worry, Y/N, this won't change our opinions about you. We know you're unique, whether you have any psychic abilities or not. You're a special girl, Wednesday here said so."
You looked at the raven-haired girl in shock. You didn't expect she'd say something so nice of you so quickly. She just nodded her head in confirmation before quickly looking away to hide her embarassment.
You smiled softly at them, feeling a sense of calm washing over you. "Thank you, guys. It really means a lot. Uhh, could you possibly show me the way back to my dorm? I think I may have already forgotten."
"Yeah, sure!" Enid exclaimed happily before you three were again on your way.
You took extra note of the hallways leading to your dorm. You did luckily catch onto these type of things pretty easily so it wasn't that hard.
You were so caught up in talking with Enid that as you rounded a corner, you bumped into someone. You closed your eyes and were ready to fall, but to your surprise, you didn't. You felt a pair of strong hands around your waist, keeping you up and steady.
"Woah, there!" Ms Thornhill chuckled, but soon furrowed her eyebrows in worry, "Honey, where were you? I thought I was supposed to come and get you so we could go to the principal together?"
You widened your eyes as you realized, you had forgot.
"Oh my god, Ms Thornhill, I'm so sorry, I really didn't mean to, I-I was-" You started rambling nervously.
She huffed on a soft laughter, still her hands were on your waist even though you were standing up straight now. You blushed furiously and that didn't go unnoticed by the woman.
"Sweetie, calm down. I was never mad at you, I was just worried, okay?" She said gently, squeezing your waist assuringly before letting go. And for some reason, you immediately missed the contact.
"Okay," You whispered, almost forgetting how Wednesday and Enid were still standing beside you, observing the interaction you had with the redhead.
"So, are you ready to go to Principal Weems now? Come on, I'll go with you, bye girls!" She linked your arms and pulled you away from your new friends.
You quickly waved to the girls before disappearing around the corner.
You suddenly got extremely nervous about meeting the principal, how angry she must've been at you for not showing up. You're nothing but a burden to everyone, you shouldn't even be here in the first place.
You stopped dead in your tracks, and Ms Thornhill, who still had her arm linked to yours, stopped abruptly too, turning around with confusion all over her face.
She furrowed her brows, "Sweetheart? Is everything okay?"
You pursed your lips together and looked around to see if there was any way to escape the uncomfortable situation. You tried your best to avoid eye contact with the teacher, which only grew her more worried. There were a few students in the hallway, which only made you more anxious. Ms Thornhill noticed this, as she quickly placed her hand on your lower back and walked you to a more secluded corner.
Your breathing picked up and you could only think of how it would all come crashing down before it even started.
"Hey, honey, I'm right here, you're safe with me, okay?" Ms Thornhill tried to assure you with a patient smile.
"No, no, I can't, m'sorry-" You rambled as you still were trying to blink your tears away.
"Hey, hey, listen to me, can you be a good girl and do that for me?" She whispered, causing your breath to hitch in your throat at the good girl and your attention shifted onto her and her words. You vigorously nodded through your ragged breaths.
"Such a good girl, now, breath with me. One in, one out, just do as I do, okay?" And that nickname absolutely made something surprisingly pleasant on fire in your abdomen.
You nodded again as you watched her chest inflate and deflate again and again, and you did the same, following her movements.
If you weren't in such a state right now, you would've noticed Marilyn's amused but attentive eyes set on you as you kept on looking at her chest.
Over and over again, in and out, and it started to help. You weren't in a state of panic anymore, you felt surprisingly good. She really had helped you. Taking in a last big breath in and out, you sighed in content as you had finally calmed yourself down.
Ms Thornhill smiled tenderly and cupped your cheek with one of her hands, soothing her thumb across it. You smiled lightly as well.
"You did very well, dear. I'm proud of you."
You nodded to assure yourself everything was okay now.
"Do you think you'll be able to go see Principal Weems now? You don't have to if you don't feel like it. But I'll be there with you if you want to go, okay?" She gently spoke.
You thought for a second and then nodded, "Yeah, I think I'm ready to go,"
She smiled softly as she linked your arms again.
If only you’d have known that this was the beginning of something so incredibly disastrous.

Creepy.
A/n: this is going to hurt.
Trigger Warning: Blood. Death.
Tumblr media
You were very overwhelmed.
Your Girlfriend, Wednesday had been expelled.
She did kidnap Tyler and used your taser.
And now, you were in your room, knowing you’re going to have to send her letters and you had subpar grammar.
You were twisting quartz into stone, already working on one of the many gifts you were going to send her.
Then you heard running foots steps and then loud knocking at your door.
“Holy- It’s open! The hell,” you raised up from your bed.
In rushed Ajax, heavy breathing following him. “Dude, grab your shit dude, we gotta go, like dude come on why aren’t you moving? Bro-“
“Dude, calm down, do you have your inhaler?”
Ajax breathed, reached in his pocket and pulled it out. “Yeah but like this is an emergency. Wednesday got kidnapped by Thornhill-“
“Full stop, why did Thornhill kidnap her?” You got out of your bed.
“You know about like the picture in the book with Wednesday and the pilgrim dude?”
“Yes what does th-“
“It has everything to do with that. So Thornhill is the pilgrims ancestor and her real name it Laurel Gates. You know the Gates?”
“Yea, Gomez went to jail for killing their son. Wrongly, turns out it was Morticia. Anyway about my girlfriend being kidnapped?” You shouted.
“Yeah I don’t know why but she is and now we are evacuating the school so can we go now?” He yelled, grabbing your bag.
You and him ran out to the balcony. Just in time to dodge blast. You looked to where it came from, and there he was: the pilgrim.
“Ajax, run!” You shouted, you turned the other way and ran. You went into the room of relics and looked for anything to fight with. You saw it, a spear. You grabbed and ran down the stairs and then you saw her.
“Wednesday!” You screamed, running to her.
“Booker! Stop,”
You then looked at the arrow the pilgrim was turning, you ran quicker and jumped.
You felt it go through your chest, then the ground. You then saw Wednesday look at you. “F-fight.” You said, a smile still on your face.
And that she did. You watched her, vision slowly fading.
You then looked at the sky, it was red, deep maroon due to the Blood Moon leaving the sky. It was growing dark, like her eyes, you smiled. She was beautiful, just like the sky. Everything felt cold, everything except where the arrow was in your chest. It was also red, almost maroon
You saw her enter your limited line of vision, worry on her face, you knew why she was worried but you didn’t want her to. You lifted a hand to her head, “You are… amazing.”
“Don’t.”
“Wednesday, I know I’m dy-“
“You’re not, there’s an ambulance. You are not.”
You brushed the hair from her face, “an arrow in the chest. And to the heart. Happy Valentine.”
“It’s not February.”
“Every day is with you.. If I could go back, imagine what I would do over…you’d never be one of them. ”
You sighed, your hands growing so cold. “I’m going to miss you. Could you,” you coughed. “Hold my hand. Look at the stars. ”
She gave you a look, deep sadness and acceptance. She slipped her hand into yours, the other holding your face. She looked up at the stars, a new one coming into sight, to the far left of the moon.
“I love you.” She said, eyes looking to the sparkling star.
“I loved you.” You whispered, cold red filling you.
Wednesday held your face, gently rubbing, she didn’t stop.
Your breathing had stopped, hand limp in hers, eyes fixated on your stars. You were a constellation. A beautiful creation.
She felt tears from in her eyes.
She reached for your other hand to put them on your chest when she felt something.
It made the tears fall. For yet another ‘last time’.

Laurel is a dumbass because she dedicated her life to using witchcraft to bring back the notorious witchhunter. Like, bitch, who do you think he's going to burn after he's done with everyone else?

The more I think about the show and it’s storyline, the more I come to the realization, that Laurel was a stupid villain. Ofc we all agree that we hate her because of her hatred of outcasts, for grooming and manipulating a teenage boy etc.
But listen, the way she approached the murder of outcasts is ridiculus to me. Raising an ancestor from the dead? What is he gonna do? And why was he suddenly using magic after his ressurection? ALSO, using magic to bring him back is not very in-character for someone who hates outcasts, witches, vampires etc. Doesn’t make any sense.
Like, this woman is not the first person in the world who wants to murder a whole miniority grup. I understand If the whole Crackstone thing would be like a worshipping thing, her using the same methods of mass murder as him - closing all/most of the outcasts in one room and killing them all at once (WHICH WAS WHAT SHE COULD’VE DONE DURING THE RAVE’N - she had most of them in the dancing room, there was this fire protection system which those boys used for sprinkling blood all over outcasts. She is a biology teacher, she knows her venoms and poisons, she might as well know a lot about acids and gas [not to go full on 2nd WW here, and I hate to even suggest that]. She could’ve switch the liquids in the cistern before Rave’n. The boys wouldn’t know. The outcasts blood would be one their hands. And after that she could just send Tyler (who wouldn’t be in the room at the time) to kill the rest of outcasts, that weren’t in the dance). She could have drawn a lot of inspiration from the history - the history of her family itself, and not use magic (which she  presumably hates).
Idk, she is just a poorly written villain imo. She could’ve been way better, with the whole changed indentity, and no-one knowing that she is a Gates.
Less magic, more thinking writers. Pls.
(Also If you have any ideas how they could've make her a more compelling villain after the reveal, pls share).

She likes to restrain you
She is always in control no matter what
She can be gentle if she believes you deserve it
She likes to tease you
She makes you eat her out under her desk
She will use some aphrodisiac plants now and then
She likes to pull your hair
Likes when you wimper
She will have you squirming under her in less than ten seconds
She likes to be called misses and mommy
