maybe… maybe it’s a little controversial but as an aventurine kisser i gotta bring this up… but i don’t think aventurine would necessarily love bomb his partners with his money. treat you well? sure thing, he’ll spoil you now and then but i think aventurine himself would be very against sugar daddying the crap out of you as a love language like some people write him as :c

the ipc has essentially showered him in riches and expenses to dull out his trauma and his past, like hush-money and i think the last thing aventurine would do is use gift-giving completely as a love language. i think he might be more physical touch because he misses having that contact with his family and when he meets you, he’s suddenly reminded of the warmth he’d longed for and almost forgotten ♡

trying to improve both my bahasa (malay) and punjabi and it's funny how often the same word exists in both languages and they mean somewhat different things but i feel they may share a similar root either in sanskrit or in arabic or persian depending on the word, but may also be simply a coincidence. a lot of words fall into this category and that also makes it more challenging for me to wrap my head around both languages because of the dual meanings. like sangat in bahasa means 'a lot' or 'very much' and sangat in punjabi means 'community'. but it's kind of funny experiencing this irl because my family speaks a kind of english-malay-punjabi pidgin with each other in practice and you just end up intuitively knowing what meaning of the word is intended via context

I need a species or race in Warhammer to reverse invade Chaos so badly the Chaos gods get trauma from it, like how the Argonians in Elder scrolls reverse invaded the Oblivion gates. Like I just want them to feel incredible fear of like a species or people from a planet and are just like intense sweating when someone mentions it. my favourite thing about macdennis is their weird domestic habits like wdym they rented all their furniture for more than two decades instead of buying them. they rented the predator movie each time too even though it's their favourite movie that they've watched 30 times in the last two months. mac peels dennis' apples for him and dennis isn't allowed to eat apples with them. they have monthly dinners that they look forward to where they dress nicely and go to fancy restaurants. MONTHLY. mac only knows how to cook boxed mac and cheese and dennis screams at him for this but doesn't consider taking up cooking himself ofc. they make a room in their suburbs house a trash room and paste fresherners all over the room bc they don't know how to just take out the trash like normal people. they need two rooms and two bathrooms at minimum as a home, and bc they can't find that, they'd rather sleep with dee and an old man in one bed in a house with only one bathroom. the fact that basically nothing in their house before the fire belonged to mac, and dennis supposedly hates living with mac and yet still does even though they're pushing 50. they seem to share their finance, and dennis tells mac to stop buying the rock drinks using it. dennis lets mac massage his pecs and dye his hair. they do all this and yet dennis acts like mac is insane for acting like they're a couple.

See, I love MotoGP and I don’t think that will ever change but it’s so sad to me that so many people here and beyond are rapidly losing interest because our sport can’t even force a battle between the top two in the championship. Unfortunately, I can completely understand why they choose to show the top 2 when they’re in any kind of proximity over a battle for 7th because as much as I may disagree, there’s always potential for a race/title altering thing to happen, especially with two flops (sorry not sorry).

It’s so clear that people are losing interest and yet the series organisers don’t seem to care that one-team dominance is ruining the sport. It makes me miss the times in 2021 and 2022 (tbh there were even times last year too) where we could all post about this sport because all our faves were shown on screen and doing a reasonable job. At this rate I’m counting on the gala and testing at Valencia to give MotoGPblr a bit of joy or togetherness because everything I see on my dash is just sad fans, or Marc fans having the time of their lives, but at least some of them are!

I feel weird for writing this post but whatever, want to say it etc. because as much as I love this sport, it’s the community that really made me enjoy it the most when I started watching in 2020. And now that’s crumbling it’s making it harder and harder to watch.
